House vacation rentals in Tamboerskloof

My family of 8 … 5 adults and 3 toddlers have just spent an amazing two weeks in Lockwood House Lulu was an excellent host. We asked for some extra items for the kids which she gladly included. The house is beautiful and in a very quiet street . I wouldn’t hesitate in coming back . Many thanks Lulu

I had an incredible stay at this Airbnb. The location couldn’t have been better—conveniently close to all the main attractions, yet set high enough to offer total peace and quiet after a day of exploring. The views of the sea and mountains were truly breathtaking, adding something special to both mornings and evenings. The photos online don’t fully capture the beauty of the view or the seamless flow of the living area out to the patio—it was even better in person. The home was spacious, comfortable, spotless, and tastefully decorated, and offered many comforts and conveniences. The host was very accommodating and made me feel welcome from the very beginning. Communication was easy, and they were always willing to support in making the stay as comfortable as possible. It was a peaceful, refreshing experience from start to finish, and I would return without hesitation. Highly recommended!

We had a wonderful stay in this beautifully decorated and cozy home in our favorite Cape Town neighborhood, Tamboerskloof. Together with our two children, we truly felt at home. The house is fully equipped with everything you need, and the garden with the pool is a real bonus on sunny days. Communication with Leasa was smooth and easy. Highly recommended!

The house is remarkable. We can easily say it’s the nicest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. The perfect place to stay while in Cape Town. Breathtaking views of Table Mountain and a central location that is quiet and relaxing. The pool was a godsend in the summer heat and we enjoyed all the beautiful spaces there are to relax. Street is quiet and you have total privacy from the road while enjoying the front garden and Veranda. Ample spaces in the front and back garden for both sun lovers and those of a shade preferring disposition. Easy walk in and out of the fun Kloof Street area and the amazing restaurants it has to offer. The blue cafe is a five minute walk away for lazy breakfasts. Highly recommended.

Me and my family stayed at Don & Jaco's for a week and it was the perfect stay. Their place is absolutely stunning, very homely and the perfect location. Don was an amazing host meeting us at the the time we arrived to show us around the house and run through security information. He was then super responsive throughout our stay and very flexible with our check out time. The house is in a very safe area in Cape Town with many shops, restuarants and the beach in walking distance. I would 100% reccomend staying here :)

I really enjoyed the stay. The expierence was good and the host was very helpful. I would highly recommend this place for anyone with a big family who needs a home away from home. The location is good and easy to get to. I will definely come back to this place for my next visit to Cape Town.

The pictures do not lie, The Brickhouse is amazing! Nestled on a hill with fantastic views of Hout Bay. We had a beautiful 10 days there and I cannot wait to go back. Our host Mark was so friendly and accommodating . Thank you again Mark!!

Of all the places I have stayed, and there are many, this place was by far the most spectacular. It is literally a jewel in Cape Town, well worth the price. The hosts are responsive, friendly and considerate. The two story home is absolutely unbelievable and palatial. I cannot recommend this rental highly enough. The community is safe and secure, and the locals are very friendly. Don't hesitate to book this place. It's absolutely stunning.

I would like to thank Monique for the most fabulous stay we have ever had on air bnb. Monique immediately reached out to us as soon as our booking was confirmed, with information which was very helpful about checking in and surrounding area. The whole beautiful cottage was pristine! It felt like we were home. Nothing was missing! Her attention to detail made our stay so comfortable. All cleaning detergents, laundry detergents, bath soaps were provided. The kitchen was stocked with salt and pepper, olive oil, grape seed oil, coffee pods, tea, sugars etc. we found all this very helpful and did not have to stock up on such items. The outdoor areas were clean and beautifully set out with incredible security. The decor inside and outside the cottage had such a comfortable & homey feel to it. Easy walk to Gardens shopping Center and surrounding restaurants! We will definitely be staying with Monique again on our next visit to Cape Town. Thank you Monique for making our stay Perfect.

A beautiful home which is very spacious and clean. Amazing views of Table Mountain from the back. Close to all amenities, including great cafes and restaurants. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the house over Christmas and New Year with our family. We were contacted well before our stay with details of location etc and check in was very flexible. Cloe who came to clean was wonderful and very thorough. I would highly recommend the house to anyone who wants a home from home with all comforts.

As a group of colleagues having each bedroom with its own bathroom was great, and the large kitchen and lounge/dining was perfect for catching up. Easy Ubers from the house to our meetings in the CBD and Conference center. Wouldn't hesitate to book it again!

Bespoke and their accommodation could not have been more amazing. The communication was great and it was really appreciated to get greeted at the house with someone to show you around the place. The place itself was beautiful with all the amenities that one could possibly need and it was in a beautiful area. I would highly recommend Bespoke to anyone and will definitely be using them again. We loved our stay at Andre’s. I especially appreciated that it was his actual home and we just had the privilege of borrowing it for a few nights. The place was gorgeous- and the kitchen amazingly stocked with everything you need. We had breakfast in the garden and walked into town from his. The location, the space, everything was fabulous. Thanks Andre also for recommending the local Maharaj restaurant-was delicious!

We had a fantastic two-night stay at Simon’s place. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-equipped. Simon was always responsive, available, and very helpful, which made the experience even better. I would definitely recommend staying here!

The house is beautifully decorated, is surrounded by an electric fence so you feel Super safe and the garden area was so gorgeous it would be hard to beat this place in Cape Town!!! Would definitely recommend to friends coming to CT. Also, it’s in a safe area with restaurants and shops within walking distance

I booked the place for a business trip with two of my colleagues. We really enjoyed the landscaping and architecture. The layout and design of the interior was excellent and the pool was exactly what we needed in the warm Cape Town summer.

Such a stunning property, exactly as pictured. Ian was such a warm and welcoming host. The house had everything we needed for cooking and for a very comfortable stay. The wood burning stove kept the main area warm and cozy. Would highly recommend staying here, we hope to visit again.

We had an amazing stay at Ilse and Dan’s place! They were incredibly friendly and accommodating. The property is absolutely gorgeous, and the three of us, all experienced Airbnb travelers, unanimously agreed it was one of the best we’ve stayed at. The location is perfect, beautifully decorated, and we had no trouble with parking. Check-in and check-out were a breeze, and they even let us leave our luggage for a few extra hours after checking out, which was super helpful. Overall, a fantastic experience and we’d definitely love to return and recommend it to friends!

Such a beautiful place to stay in Cape Town! Camps Bay is beautiful and there are great restaurant and bar options within walking distance and of course THE BEACH! Getting over the mountains into the city bowl was super a quick and easy Uber ride away. The house itself is gorgeous and was perfect for our group. Since we visited in the fall, we didn't end up using the pool but the outdoor space was still so lovely. I would say to remember to bring shampoo and body wash because that was the only thing missing for us, but luckily there are supermarkets a 2 min walk away in case you forget like we did. :)

Could not recommend Anton’s place more; one of our favourites we’ve ever stayed in. Fantastic location, amazing views, wonderful decor and amenities. To add to that Anton was an incredible host, check-in/out and communication was seamless.

Zebra house exceeded our expectations in every way. This lovely, old and characterful house is beautifully decorated with art pieces; the kitchen was cosy and the beds were wonderfully comfortable with high quality linens. The Bo Kaap neighbourhood is central for many activities and has some great cafes and restaurants. Helet greeted us on arrival and give us lots of information about the area and Cape Town generally. We had a fabulous stay and would love to return.
