Great place and location. Frank is a really nice and super helpful host! The apartment is really simple but provide everything. The swimming pool is awesome. You are staying in the city center of CT so make sure it gets quite noisy at night. If you have hear plugs you won't regret it!

We enjoyed staying at Alison’s place - it was a perfect location for the cricket, with a great view onto the ground from the balcony. The place was secure, with Face ID required to enter the lift, which was set up by security on arrival. The place itself was well stocked with amenities, having everything that we needed for our stay. The rooftop pool and gym was a bonus, with incredible views from up there. Contact with the host was simple and clear. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable stay in the Newlands area.

The place was really beautiful and clean! The only thing we found was that the second bedroom was smaller than we anticipated based on the pictures, however still very comfortable. We also found that the drain in the showers were not working great, however we notified the hair and they tended to it immediately which was great. Other than that everything about this place was great, super safe, well equipped kitchen, AC. Highly recommended.

I communicated primarily with Johan during my stay. He was incredibly responsive and transparent. The apartment looked exactly as expected. The layout was thoughtful and there was plenty of closet space. I was traveling with my toddler and I loved that the patio provided a safe and very high enclosure for her to have a sense of freedom both indoor/outdoor while in my eyesight. Mind you that high enclosure did not compromise on the views of Table Mountain on the backdrop of a beautifully curated patio garden. Please note that garden must be watered and it’s on an automatic system so don’t forget your laundry on the line overnight like me LOL because you’ll be doing a second wash. The pool was amazing and often empty—again VIEWS and don’t forget to bring flip flops the tiles are slippery when wet. Externally, traveling alone with my daughter, I appreciated the multiple levels of security. The front desk was helpful. Co-working space around the corner and lots of restaurants nearby.

We spent a week at Emmanuel's place. It was a work and leisure holiday for us. The apartment was just perfect - felt like home, plenty of space for the two of us, centrally located within the city, very secure, access to pool and gym and a Food Lovers Shop on the ground floor. Best of all we loved the high speed internet connection offered as part of the property. It was truly super fast connectivity. For those internet speed conscious guests, we consistently got around 700mbps down and 650 up. The apartment was exactly as described. Emanuel was super helpful and very friendly. Next time we visit Cape Town this will be the place for us.

I had a great stay at Maddy's AirBNB recently. Easy to find, beautiful views, and the security and cleaning staff for very friendly. She was always responsive and provided clear instructions. Two minor negatives, on very hot days (35+) the lack of aircon is a bit of a problem due to the afternoon sun, but the provided fan does help. Also, the TV is quite small for the space and it doesn't support casting from your phone.

Leigh was such a sweet heart, responded super fast and open for any questions. The apartment was modern, had everything needed and was perfect for my 2 months stay alone. The place Station House is super central, I loved the rooftop and the surroundings. All my daily activities were walkable e.g. The Movement Lab for Pilates, the promenade for walks, my favorite matcha place or my favorite restaurant Ariel. It’s also very close to the beach and it doesn’t take long till you are in town. Overall, the perfect location.

Luxury apartment in an ideal and central location. Tastefully decorated with a large balcony providing additional space with fantastic views. Proactive engagement pre and during the stay. Nice touch with provision of waters, milk, coffee pods, tea and even some ouma rusks, something many hosts don’t provide anymore. Rooms were well apportioned.

Beautiful Airbnb in an absolute prime location in Capetown. Supermarkets, gyms, restaurants, mountains and the sea are all close by. We loved our two weeks there and definitely hope to come back! The communication with grant was very easy and friendly!

No photo can do the view justice. The host communicated without fail, right through my stay. The representative, Cobus met me in the street, outside the building when I arrived and did the same when I left on my last day. This made me feel comfortable and at home. Everything was perfect. There was coffee, coffee pods, tea, milk, juice wine and water. The bed is Amazing and that is important! Plus the most amazing view of the mountain right from the bed. Wifi and all accessories was exactly as discribed. The gym and pool exceeded expectations I love this place, will recommend it a 1000 times and return whenever I have the chance. Thank you once again

Nice big and clean apartment (I would even say very clean, compared to my other experiences in Cape Town). Secure building with fingerprint access. Very central: park, supermarkets, restaurants nearby. No loadshedding. Minor downsides: busy road (with closed windows it’s OK), shared washing machine (one per to apartments). Overall impression was good, would definitely recommend and stay again myself.

My stay in Cape Town was absolutely beautiful. I felt safe the entire time, and the building itself exceeded my expectations. The amenities were excellent, the security was top-notch, and I loved how conveniently located everything was—so many of the places I wanted to visit were just a short walk away. Situated on Bree Street, the apartment is in a pristine and vibrant part of the city that made it ideal for me as a solo traveler. I would highly recommend both the building and the apartment to anyone visiting Cape Town. When I return, I’ll absolutely look forward to rebooking and staying in this wonderful area again.

The accommodation and my entire stay was just perfect! Beautiful house in the best location in all of Cape Town. A wonderful cleaning lady Winnie and above all two wonderful hosts who take care of everything and are always there when you need something. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. Nick is an excellent host. His home is very welcoming and it had everything we needed. All we had to do was buy food, it has all the condiments, spices, coffee, tea, dishwashing and clothes washing stuff we needed. It’s our first time in an Airbnb and we were blown away by how it had everything and felt so at home. The garden and pool was great for the sunny afternoons and the braai was great in the evenings. This is an AirBnB with a little something extra! Every detail is thought out and it really is a perfect place to unwind and spend some time away from the city. We kayaked, walked around the nature reserve, fished (badly), drank amazing coffee on their jetty and wandered around Muizenberg. There's even a hot tub :) The hosts, David and Maya, are super helpful with tons of recommendations, flexible and quick to respond.
