Hello 👋🏼 My apartment is in the old town. It's close to the train station and the city center. Annecy is small, so you can easily access the lake from my place. You'll appreciate the comfort, space, location, decor, and old-world charm combined with a modern style, especially the Lego kitchen and exposed beams. Ideal accommodation for a couple who want to enjoy Annecy's old town while being close to the lake. The Saint-Clair parking lot is a 150m walk away. The train station is 500m away.

AU cœur du bourg de Talloire,à 200M du lac, des plage des commerces-des activités sportives un 36m2 en rez de jardin d' une maison familiale-une pièce de jour et une chambre indépendante. Entrée indépendante. A l'étage habite la propriétaire. L'appartement dispose d'un jardin/terrasse privatif ouvert avec vue sur Saint Germain Dans le même lot un logement indépendant avec un chien et un chat.. .L'accès aux 2 logements est commun, les terrasses des deux logements complètement indépendants.
