Close to amenities: 6 km from Talloires-center & lake, 20 min to Annecy. 3 spaces to welcome you: Le Fenil (apt 4/6P), Le Mazot (chalet 2/4P), Le Solaret (apt 2/4 pers - PMR). I live there and am here to answer you. Place driven by eco-construction project & "fruity and aromatic" farm, sharing, simplicity and respect for the environment. Great cottage for a stay for 2.

Quiet chalet of 16 m2 on the heights of Lake Annecy at the foot of the path that climbs to the Forclaz pass, a recognized place for paragliders with magnificent views of the mountains and the lake. The chalet is equipped with a terrace, bedroom, sink and toilet. A private shower room and toilet are accessible 24 hours a day in my accommodation located a few meters from the chalet. A small dining area is available in the cottage. The wifi is sometimes a little capricious, no worries for 4G.

Located in Alex, 6 km from Menthon St Bernard (which offers beaches, shops, restaurants, cycle path, bike rental, pedal boats), 15 minutes from the Planfait paragliding site (Talloires) and 13 km from Annecy, the Venice of the Alps.

Between Lac et Mountains, we are located between Annecy & Thones, 3km from the lac, 15 km from ski slopes ( La Clusaz, Manigod, Le Grand Bornand). You will love the place for its exceptional view, its large spaces, quietness and the multiple activities you can practice on site (skiing, para-gliding, biking, sailing, walking, fishing, ....) Thanks to its very numerous beds, it is ideal for a whole family additionnal inflated beds and hamacs availables if necessary :)

Chalet with 2 independent apartments ideally located in the village "Le Bois" at the massive foot of the Tournette. In a very quiet, relaxing setting. Sleeps 4 with a BBQ area in the garden. Various activities to discover nearby: Lake Annecy and its nature reserve, the caves and waterfalls of Seythenex, paragliding, canyoning, golf in Talloires, hiking, 2 minutes from the Col de la Forclaz, with restaurants and family ski resort. Le Mazot au fil de l'Ô promises you a timeless break. Nestled in a peaceful alpine hamlet, this cocoon between chalet and cabin is bordered by two streams, surrounded by nature. At an altitude of 800 m, at the foot of the Parmelan plateau, it is located between Lake Annecy (15 min) and the Aravis slopes (30 min). VENEZCHEZVOUS offers the luxurious Chalet LE VILLARET with its sublime lake and mountain views. From every corner of the house you have an unobstructed view of Lake Annecy and a 180° view from the Jacuzzi. Breathtaking! The design is refined and the bay window facade offers plenty of light. The house is equipped for the utmost comfort of vacationers. The chalet is conveniently located 15 min from Annecy and 1 km from the beach and shops.

Cozy little cottage between Lake and Mountain

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.
