Le Mazot au fil de l’Ô vous promet une parenthèse hors du temps. Niché dans un hameau alpin paisible, ce cocon entre chalet et cabane est bordé de deux ruisseaux, en pleine nature. À 800 m d’altitude, au pied du plateau du Parmelan, il se situe entre le lac d’Annecy (15 min) et les pistes des Aravis (30 min). Un point de départ idéal pour randonner, skier, pédaler ou simplement se reconnecter dans un cadre calme et ressourçant. Ici, le luxe c est la nature, ici on ralentit, on se reconnecte

The ground floor has a light kitchen-dining area which leads directly to the south facing terrace with outdoor seating to contemplate the beauty and silence of the mountains. The chalet is equipped with underfloor heating, fibre optic WIFI, a WC, shower and stairs leading to a double bedroom. Private parking space.

Rated as a 4-star vacation cottage in 2024 **** Glamorous atmosphere facing the mountain: master suite, sauna, 2 person bathtub, huge walk-in shower... On the garden level of a chalet 15 minutes from the Manigod ski area (ski connection La Clusaz), and 25 minutes from Annecy. The owner lives in the cottage above, but the cottage is completely independent and has no common areas with other tenants or with the hosts. 2 car parking. Possibility of cleaning option to be paid on site: €30.

Dans un écrin de verdure, petit chalet d’alpage rénové (mazot) de 25m2 sur 2 niveaux avec grande terrasse et petit balcon face aux montagnes. Un havre de paix à quelques kilomètres du lac d’Annecy et des stations des Aravis (la Clusaz , Le Grand Bornand..). Situé à Alex, 6km de Menthon St Bernard ( qui offre plages, commerces, restaurants, piste cyclable, location vélos, pédalos), à 15 mn du site de parapentes de Planfait ( Talloires) et à 13 km d’ Annecy, la Venise des Alpes.

Various activities to discover nearby: Lake Annecy and its nature reserve, the caves and waterfalls of Seythenex, paragliding, canyoning, golf in Talloires, hiking, 2 minutes from the Col de la Forclaz, with restaurants and family ski resort. Ma maison est idéalement située pour la pratique des sports nautiques et sports d'hiver, pour les randonnées pédestres, cyclistes, mais aussi pour la détente et admirer les beaux paysages Savoyards.

Small independent and cozy chalet, nestled between Lake Annecy and the peaks of the Aravis. Facing south, it enjoys beautiful light and a wooden terrace to enjoy the peaceful view of the Dents de Lanfon. Ideal for a couple, this cozy little nest is perfect for a holiday that is both sporty and relaxing, close to amenities. Although located next to our house, the vacation rental is completely independent and private.

Ideally located 18 km from Annecy and 30 km from Albertville, you will be in direct proximity to the beaches of the stunning Lake Annecy. Designed, built and furnished by us, we will be delighted to host you in all seasons in our little corner of paradise.
