The place looks exactly the same as the photos. The caretaker Razel is very attentive and nice. Though they don't provide toiletries and towels, it's ok since we prefer to bring our own. Needs improvement on the cook wares though.

Over all, our Christmas Eve celebration has been splendid. The place is spacious enough for our family. Kitchen utensils are perfect for my mom’s cooking. We were also able to decorate the living area for our family photos. It felt home for us. —- The location is very peaceful and the scenery is amazing! —- Although, it rained during our stay and it would have been perfect time for the jacuzzi. However, the heater is no longer working. Nonetheless, it was an excellent overnight stay for me and my family. Thank you!

Thank you for being a great host and for welcoming us in the farm. The farm was everything that we’re expecting and more. Special mention to the three welcoming gentlemen (Amiel, Ilong, and manong whose name I forgot to ask) who were all very approachable and kind to assist us when we needed help. The house that we stayed in was very lovely and just right for us. My family enjoyed our peace and quiet stay that we found at the farm, especially my mom who celebrated her 63rd birthday over the weekend. She wants me to let you know that you have a wonderful farm house and garden. She’s eager for us to go back again. We would love to come back soon. Thank you ma’am Rona ☺️

Host is very responsive. The house is beautiful and very spacious with a nice view of Taal volcano. Recommended!!

The place was so nice and really great for a big family/group. All Nipa hut was so amazing and very accommodating, very clean feels like home. Host was so responsive on the messages. The care taker of the place was so nice. No regret will come again to this place.

Very nice place!! The hosts are very friendly and tentative. They helped out my family on everything they needed and were very helpful. Awesome place to rent if you have a big party/family.

Pros: 1. Beautiful house. 2. Helpful caretakers. 3. Good location with lots of restaurants and coffee shops nearby. 4. Best collection of pots, pans, dinnerware, cutlery out of all Airbnb homes we've booked. 5. Drinking water was provided the duration of our stay. 6. Air conditioners worked well. 7. Very spacious. Good for large groups. 8. Pet friendly. 9. Comfortable beds. Cons: 1. Security deposit of ₱5K was required but wasn't mentioned in the listing or in any prior conversation. 2. Only one shower heater was working. 3. Internet connection was slow. 4. A colony of black ants lived in the only bathroom with a working shower heater. 5. Quite a few mosquitoes present in the house. 6. Water pressure in the shower area is weak. 7. Host sometimes takes a while to answer questions. It was a very beautiful place, but some parts of it weren't maintained well. Overall, we still had a nice time, and would still recommend the place.

We loved our stay here! Beyond the beauty of the place, the hosts were friendly and attentive to all our inquiries. Kuya Bong and Ate Sandra, the caretakers, ensured we were comfortable throughout our stay. It truly felt like home, and we left with wonderful memories.

Robert was very quick to respond to my queries. Upon check-in, the staff were very courteous. They assisted us every step of the way. The manager on the other hand was also gracious when it came to our requests. The place was big, and the pool and rooms are exactly what you see in the picture. The place itself is picturesque and it’s advisable for big groups/family outings. I had a great birthday celebration/surprise engagement party here! Will never forget this awesome experience at Montvida. ♥️

We had a family outing in Casa Zacharías & let me tell you, it was exactly as you see in the picture. I didn’t expect the pool to be bigger on site than it was on the photo. Everything was aesthetically pleasing to the eye, the rooms were spacious, with cold air conditioning & we overall enjoyed our stay, adults & kids alike. Ms. Diana was very responsive & kind to my questions and I’m also pleased with the caretaker ate Elvie. Every time we needed assistance she was there to ensure everything is alright and that we got the help we needed. We will definitely come back!

we celebrated new year in this place and we had so much fun.the place was big enought for us.the villas are clean and big.the pool is also nice. my 2 babies enjoyed playing in their garden and pool area.the host was so responsive and kuya mervin the caretaker was so nice,he helped us in our needs....we surely booked this place again soon.

Really lovely place. Great place to relax and bond with family and friends. There are amenities for every member of the family as well. The staff were very friendly, courteous, and accommodating. Highly recommended and I would definitely want to come back.

The rooms are very clean and well designed. They have kitchen, swimming pool, karaoke and other useful amenities. The location is 10 minutes away from Bag of Beans Main Branch.

Diana's place offered a brief yet delightful escape. It was clean, comfortable, and conveniently located. Communication was excellent and check-in was seamless. While the pool wasn't heated and was a bit on the smaller side, it was just right for our little ones to splash around in. We loved our time here and would highly recommend it.

The place was great! Looked exactly like the photos. It was very peaceful, quiet, surrounded by trees & a lush garden, my dog LOVED running around the garden. Mang Amado was great! He was very helpful, reports right when called for assistance, and very happy, friendly guy. Some few things that can be improved: (1) The wifi did not work our entire stay. Mang Amado fixed it multiple times for us but it never worked. (2) The rough road is another thing that we hope can be improved, it was very steep and may not be for smaller cars. (3) We had an issue with one of the air-conditioning units downstairs that was leaking heavily. (4) The bidet in the bathroom downstairs was also leaking. (5) We were also told that it rained so much the previous day we arrived that made the pool water hazy, maybe a cover would help on days like those? But other than those we felt home and comfortable and we definitely will be booking again next summer, we will just make sure to bring a pocket wifi :)
