Vacation rentals with a washer and dryer in Taketomi, Yaeyama District

Die Unterkunft hat uns ziemlich gut gefallen. Sie war relativ groß und sehr sauber. Sie ist ein wenig abgelegen vom Ortskern, so dass man ca. 10 Minuten zum nächsten Laden laufen muss, aber uns hat das nicht gestört. Dafür kann man innerhalb von 30 Minuten in den sehr schönen Banna-Park laufen. In 20 Minuten ist man an der Fähre für Ausflüge. Es ist auch kein Problem, ein Auto zu parken, da der Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus und sehr offen ist, d.h. das Einparken fällt sehr leicht. Es gibt zwar ausreichend schnelles Internet, aber zum Streamen von Filmen war es ziemlich unzuverlässig, so dass wir diese vorher auf ein Tablet herunterladen mussten. Der Gastgeber ist sehr freundlich und hat detaillierte Anweisungen zum Check-in und Check-out gegeben. Insgesamt sehr zu empfehlen, wenn man nicht mitten im Geschehen wohnen muss. Wir würden wieder dort übernachten.

L'appartement d'Akko-san était parfait pour un séjour en ville à Ishigaki, à 10 minutes de marche du port et du terminal de bus, l'appartement est parfaitement bien équipé et fonctionnel, il y a tout ce qu'il faut pour passer un bon séjour !

３泊4日の春休み旅行で利用させて頂きました。 市街地にも車で近く、川平方面のアクセスにもちょうど良い場所なので昼間は海、夜は市街地を散策ととても快適に過ごすことが出来ました。

繁華街からは少し歩きますが清潔で私達には充分な広さもありました。 特にバルコニーでのバーベキューに皆が喜んでいました。 近くの市場で食材も揃うのでオススメです。 ありがとうございました。

Peaceful location with responsive host. Excellent spot which is walkable to the city centre and has a great bakery beside the accommodation. All kitchen amenities were perfect for our week stay

アクセス、立地最高の場所です。 部屋の内装もおしゃれで綺麗です。 オーナーの返信、対応も柔軟でした。 しいていうなら場所が少し見つけずらいのと階段で5階まで上がらないといけないので少し疲れるところでしょうか。 他は素晴らしく素敵な旅になりました。

予約をした際、ホストさんから連絡が来て色々説明してくれたので、当日を安心して迎えることが出来ました！ しかし当日（笑）、私のスマホの調子が悪かったのか、頂いたEメールやAirbnbアプリ内にある住所をクリックし、マップのリンクへいくと何度やっても毎回違う場所に案内され、町中を何度も往復する程マップに振り回されてしまったためホストさんへ電話したところ、とても丁寧に道案内をしてくれました。 滞在中も、調理中にブレーカーが上がってしまうというアクシデントに見舞われたのですが、その時の対応もとても安心できるものでした！ 本当にステキなホストさんです☆ 部屋内もキレイで、必要な物は揃っているし、ロケーションも便利で、強いて言えば・・・壁が少し薄いのが気になった位で、あとはとてもイイ時間が過ごせたので、また石垣島へ家族で行く際には是非お世話になりたいと思っています♪

This stay was all around wonderful. Everything we could have possibly needed was provided, dish soap, extra garbage bags, and so on. It was bright and well lit and the beds were very comfortable. We can highly recommend it!

Tsukasa's place was like having our own beachfront house! The island vibe made it feel so relaxing. The industrial kitchen was very used-friendly and basic amenities were provided. The home was clean and uncluttered, and we had plenty of space for all our stuff as a family of 5, he even provided drying racks in both bedrooms. Having a washer/dryer was key because our visit was very rainy, but we ventured out anyway, and frequently came home in wet clothes! PLEASE do heed his advice about getting groceries in the city first, as there is very little convenience nearby this pretty rural location. We loved the peace & quiet, essentially private beach, and beautiful stars of the clear nights.

無垢の床が自宅と同じですぐに寛げました。 玄関も広く、スライド式のドアなのでスーツケースを入れる時もすごくスムーズです。 2階は無垢天井で雨の日も湿度を感じず、ファンも弱のままで快適な微風が天井から降りてくるのでエアコンも付けずに自然な風の中で過ごすことができました。 海から2軒目のお家なので2階のバルコニーと寝室からは、日の出と満月、どちらも視界が広くしっかり見えました。 周りの住民の方も気さくに話しかけてくださり、道路を走る車の音も全く聞こえず、周辺の治安も良く安心できました。 現地で友人家族と合流予定で大きな10人乗りの車をレンタルしていたので細い道を入っていく時と、駐車が少し大変でしたがすぐに慣れましたし、アルファードも十分停まるスペースがありました。 寝室が3つあるのでそれぞれの空間で休んだり、リビングもダイニングも広く、どこで過ごしても快適でした。 また利用させていただきたいです。 ありがとうございました☺️

思っていたよりもずっっと素晴らしいお家でした。リビングからは海が見られ、朝食は毎日テラスへ出て海を見ながら食べました。石垣は東京よりも陽が落ちるのが遅いのでBBQをしながらも海を眺めました。洗濯機も乾燥機も子連れ旅にはとても有り難かったです。 静かに過ごしたかった私達にとっては最高の旅となりました。また利用させていただきます！ありがとうございました😊

Consiglio di alloggiare qui per un’esperienza unica e autentica nel cuore di Ishigaki! È necessario avere l’auto per arrivarci, ma la zona è comoda per andare in città (10 min con la macchina). L’area è bellissima e tranquilla, con una spiaggia particolare a 100 metri e un bel parco. La casa offriva tutti i comfort e l’host è stata molto gentile a consigliarci dei luoghi particolari e ristoranti dove andare.

とても開放感があり、広々としていました。 大人数での宿泊に最適だと思います。 徒歩１分のところにコンビニもあり、ロケーションもとてもよかったです。

Family and I stayed here several days. Everything was really convenient. There was always parking in front of the dive shop. The house is close to the port and restaurants. We cooked every night, just stopped by a nearby supermarket for Ishigaki beef. The space is larger than any other we've encountered on our entire Japan trip, and having a dryer as well is such a luxury. The dive staff downstairs is really friendly, even if the owner is not available immediately.

Esperienza fantastica, l’appartamento è più bello che in foto! Grande, pulito ed ordinato. L’host è stato molto gentile e comunicativo, ed ha anche prenotato un taxi per me. Ottimi ristoranti nei dintorni (dovete provare “Batida”), inoltre a pochi passi c’è un luogo dove poter noleggiare la macchina e muoversi per tutta l’isola. Lo consiglio a tutti i visitatori di Ishigaki!

内装はとても清潔感があり、口コミに部屋の狭さが挙げられていましたが、4人だと大きいくらいでした！

The property was very cosy, in a great location right next to the beach in a quiet village. Everything in the property was well thought through, super clean and comfortable. Takamichi was a great host, helpful and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Takamichi is also a local guide and took us on a great jungle trek to some waterfalls, highly recommend!

This is the most memorable Airbnb stay I've ever had. Nagasawa-san accommodated me very last minute and was an exceptional host. I've studied Japanese so we mostly spoke in Japanese the whole time, which was really special for me. He knows everything about Iriomote and is a proactive member of his community, working to restore and sustain Iriomote culture. He took me on a tour of his village and shared so many interesting stories. He also guides hikes, and I joined him on one of his hikes where he also taught us many things about the nature on the island. We talked over a wonderful vegan meal on the last night, and he picked me up from / dropped me off at the nearby Hoshidate bus stop so I was able to travel Iriomote without a car. The space, mere steps away from a beautiful, calm beach, is pristine and I was able to cook for myself in the kitchen. I'm incredibly grateful to him and truly hope to return!
