Court MORE room-M / ビジネスや観光に!バルコニーでくつろぎを

MichaelRating, 5 stars2 weeks ago
We enjoyed the place pretty much. It was relatively large and very clean. It is a little remote from the center of the village, so you have to walk about 10 minutes to the nearest shop, but that didn't bother us. For this, you can walk to the very nice Banna Park within 30 minutes. In 20 minutes you are at the ferry for excursions. It is also no problem to park a car as the parking is right in front of the house and is very open, i.e. parking is very easy. There is plenty of fast internet, but to stream movies it was quite unreliable, so we had to download it to a tablet beforehand. The host is very friendly and provided detailed instructions for check in and check out. Overall highly recommended if you don't have to stay in the middle of the action. We would stay there again.

I used it for a 3-night, 4-day spring break trip. It was close to the city by car, and it was just the right place to access Kawahira, so I had a very comfortable stay, walking around the city during the day and the sea at night.
A spacious living area features a circular ceiling with a fan, creating a relaxing ambiance. Natural light floods the room through large windows, highlighting a comfortable seating area and decorative plants. A wooden table is positioned nearby, complementing the warm wooden flooring.

100 ㎡ private rental just outside the ferry port and downtown area, perfect for large group trips!

前原Rating, 5 stars1 month ago
It was a short walk from downtown, but it was clean and spacious enough for us. Everyone was especially happy with the barbecue on the balcony. I recommend it because there are also ingredients in a nearby market. Thank you very much.
A modern dining area is arranged with a long table set for six, featuring elegant dishware and glassware. A blue sofa with yellow accent pillows complements the space. A leafy plant adds a natural touch, while a decorative shelf stands against a contrasting black screen.

(Entire rental/Maximum 4 people) Access-focused/5-minute walk to the remote island terminal for going to Taketomi Island, Iriomote Island, etc. "Rakuya Ishigaki Island"

ShoyaRating, 5 stars1 month ago
Great access, location. The interior of the room is also stylish and beautiful. The owner's response and response were also flexible. In other words, it is a little difficult to find a place, and you have to go up to the 5th floor by stairs, so is it a little tired? Other than that, it was a wonderful trip.
The living area features a light gray sectional sofa accompanied by patterned cushions. A wooden coffee table sits on a geometric rug, with a small flower arrangement at the center. A wall-mounted TV and various framed artworks add character to the space.

When I made the reservation, the host contacted me and explained a lot, so I was able to welcome the day with peace of mind! However, on the day (laughs), I clicked on the email I received or the address in the Airbnb app, went to a different place every time I went to the map link, and I called the host because I was shaken by the map so many times that I went back and forth through the town many times. Even during my stay, there was an accident that the breaker would go up while cooking, but the response at that time was also very reassuring! You're a really nice host.☆ The room is also beautiful, has everything you need, and the location is convenient. I was worried that the wall was a little thin, and I had a very good time, so I would love to take care of you again when I go to Ishigaki Island with my family.♪
A serene sleeping area is presented, featuring two spacious beds adorned with soft blue blankets and decorative pillows. A bedside table with a small lamp sits between the beds. Three beach-themed artworks are hung on the wall, enhancing the tranquil atmosphere.

Recommended for large groups! Ishigaki Island North Beachfront Private Villa!

ChristineRating, 5 stars3 weeks ago
Tsukasa's place was like having our own beachfront house! The island vibe made it feel so relaxing. The industrial kitchen was very used-friendly and basic amenities were provided. The home was clean and uncluttered, and we had plenty of space for all our stuff as a family of 5, he even provided drying racks in both bedrooms. Having a washer/dryer was key because our visit was very rainy, but we ventured out anyway, and frequently came home in wet clothes! PLEASE do heed his advice about getting groceries in the city first, as there is very little convenience nearby this pretty rural location. We loved the peace & quiet, essentially private beach, and beautiful stars of the clear nights.

Newly built house with a comfortable sea breeze (a vacation spent listening to the sound of the waves)

亜耶Rating, 5 stars1 month ago
The innocent floor was the same as my home, and I immediately felt relaxed. The entrance is also large, and it is a sliding door, so it is very smooth when you enter your suitcase. There was a solid ceiling on the second floor, and there was no humidity on rainy days, and the fan was weak and a comfortable breeze came down from the ceiling, so I was able to spend my time in the natural breeze without air conditioning. It was the second house from the sea, so the balcony and bedroom on the second floor had a wide view of both the sunrise and the full moon. The surrounding residents were also friendly, and I couldn't hear the sound of cars driving on the road at all, and the safety of the surrounding area was good. I was renting a large 10-seater car to meet up with friends and family on site, so parking was a little difficult when I entered the narrow road, but I got used to it right away, and there was plenty of parking space for Alphard. There were three bedrooms, so we rested in each space, the living room and dining room were spacious, making it comfortable to spend time anywhere. I would like to stay there again. Thank you.☺️

I recommend staying here for a unique and authentic experience in the heart of Ishigaki! It is necessary to have a car to get there, but the area is convenient to go to the city (10 min by car). The area is beautiful and quiet, with a special beach 100 meters away and a beautiful park. The house offered all the comforts and the host was very kind to recommend special places and restaurants to go.

No additional cleaning fee | Within walking distance of the remote island terminal | Entire building rental | Free washer and dryer | Convenience store and port are also close

ArthurRating, 5 stars3 months ago
Family and I stayed here several days. Everything was really convenient. There was always parking in front of the dive shop. The house is close to the port and restaurants. We cooked every night, just stopped by a nearby supermarket for Ishigaki beef. The space is larger than any other we've encountered on our entire Japan trip, and having a dryer as well is such a luxury. The dive staff downstairs is really friendly, even if the owner is not available immediately.

The property was very cosy, in a great location right next to the beach in a quiet village. Everything in the property was well thought through, super clean and comfortable. Takamichi was a great host, helpful and made our stay very comfortable and memorable. Takamichi is also a local guide and took us on a great jungle trek to some waterfalls, highly recommend!

This is the most memorable Airbnb stay I've ever had. Nagasawa-san accommodated me very last minute and was an exceptional host. I've studied Japanese so we mostly spoke in Japanese the whole time, which was really special for me. He knows everything about Iriomote and is a proactive member of his community, working to restore and sustain Iriomote culture. He took me on a tour of his village and shared so many interesting stories. He also guides hikes, and I joined him on one of his hikes where he also taught us many things about the nature on the island. We talked over a wonderful vegan meal on the last night, and he picked me up from / dropped me off at the nearby Hoshidate bus stop so I was able to travel Iriomote without a car. The space, mere steps away from a beautiful, calm beach, is pristine and I was able to cook for myself in the kitchen. I'm incredibly grateful to him and truly hope to return!
