The home is very comfortable with good amenities including washing machine, microwave, induction cooker, vaccum cleaner, toiletries and required vessels for basic cooking and serving. Lawson's is just 1 min away giving you the necessary requirements immediately. Overall it is a 5 star experience at home.

Great place to stay in Tokyo! Great location! Very efficient host: receptive and responsive! All instructions are clearly translated and illustrated. All essentials needed from pre-arrival to Japan, and up to check-out are all properly and timely communicated. Tokyo-Ryokan is indeed so “user-friendly”! The place is so clean, fresh, and organized for a comfortable and restful sleep after a tiring day of exploring the city. Reasonably-priced, too. Very highly, and strongly recommended!

If I were to come back to Japan I would choose Futaba hotel all over again. Location was convenient to fly into from Narita airport, you could avoid the rush hour crowds getting on the JR lines. And the neighborhood was so peaceful coming back to at night. Akira was an amazing host and accommodated all our needs and answered all our questions that we had. Place was spotless and spacious something rare to find and the beds were comfortable . Worked perfect for my group of 4.

Would recommend if you are with a big group or have a lot of family members. If you don’t want to stay crammed inside a hotel, this is really the place to go. If i ever go back, I’ll be booking this airbnb again!

We will recommend this place to all our friends who are going to visit Japan. It is very nice and spacious (the latter is not so common in Japan), and the hosts are very friendly and responsive. Moreover, it is close to Nippori station, so it is easy to get around Tokyo and also very easy to get from the airport — on a convenient Skyliner train where you can fit with your suitcases or strollers without any hustle.

The place is spacious and gorgeous. It feels like an American spacious apartment. It is very modern and sleek. The location is conveniently located near Shinjuku but in a quiet neighborhood. The one downside is that you must take the stairs to the Apartment. There is no elevator and the staircase is really narrow and in a winding direction so if you have American size luggage, it will be challenging. That’s the only downside, other than that, I love the place.

Cozy little apartment in an extremely convenient location in Asakusa. Walkable to places like Ichiran ramen, Senso-Ji shrine, and the Tokyo Skytree complex. It was nice to walk across the street to the Asahi beer shaped headquarter building and have drinks on the top floor, overlooking the vast city skyline. Great way to end the night! Also a 5 min walk to the train station to move all around Tokyo and use it as your home base. Stairway into the apartment was a little narrow with big suitcases so be careful! But it’s manageable. Beds were comfortable and arranged side by side with curtain dividers. Would definitely recommend this stay for the price and the location is unbeatable.

Väldigt bra boende som låg centralt nära både tunnelbana, buss och affärer för att köpa mat. Finns även många bra restauranger inom gångavstånd. Sköna sängar och bra plats för att sitta och äta frukost på morgonen. Jang var snabb på att svara när vi undrade något och alltid trevlig och hjälpsam. Kan verkligen rekommendera det här boendet.

入住体验相当不错！房间很干净，空间足够用，几个行李箱完全摊开都没问题，可以睡床也可以睡榻榻米，而且还能看电视！靠近路边会听到车和乌鸦的声音，最好准备一些耳塞，楼梯比较窄搬行李有点费劲，但都是小问题，房东友好又贴心，总体来说非常满意！还会再来！

Perfect place for our stay in Tokyo. Suite was clean and spacious for 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Walkable distance from the Kanada station and about 20-30 min train ride to various popular tourist destination. One stop from Tokyo station to catch the Shinkansen to Osaka or Kyoto etc. The Wherely team was very communicative and proactive in ensuring a pleasant stay and hassle free experience, providing recommendations and following up with clear instructions. They also answered any questions we had. Would highly recommend and visit again
