Bungalow was very good and worth the price. Caretaker Ajay was very helpful and polite in his work.

This villa was a 10/10! It felt like home! It was squeaky clean and luxurious. The rooms and washrooms are huge enough and neatly maintained! Also it's easily accessible! My stay at this Villa was fantabulous! I would definitely recommend people to stay here, and also this is going to be my escape for the weekend!

My parents, my wife, and me had an amazing one night beneath the stars. Felt like middle of nowhere but we were taken care well by caretaker Deepali. The home is cozy and just as described. Peaceful with breathtaking view. We specially enjoyed the outdoor seating areas - the patio, poolside, terrace - all fantastic places to chill and unwind. At night, the poolside lights are beautiful. Things to note for future travellers: - frequent electricity cuts specially in the afternoon - pool size small so don’t expect to splash a lot and needs some renovation - gets chilly at night even in summers - last 100m stretch is a road under construction as of May 10, 2025 - you are the only visitor in this complex, there are not even any other houses around - master bedroom don’t have attached washroom, you have just one bathroom on the top floor and one downstairs - one hungry, mischievous but super cute cat steals your food so be careful to lock doors - no network but wifi is good Will revisit!

This is a beautiful Villa! It's clean and has a lot of comfort items to make you feel at home. Great location, beautiful surrounding atmosphere, great staff. Most friendly and helpful hotel owner(Rohan) ever, lovely and great first impression of hotel. Everything about the Villa was exceptional. It was clean, stylish, roomy with excellent service. Food was good and great value for money and service was attentive and efficient. Room itself was well equipped and comfortable. I was very pleased with my stay. I hope to be back for a longer visit in the future.

We went with our family and had a peaceful and amazing stay. The home was spacious, just like in the photos, and all listed amenities were available and functional. Shri, our host, was responsive and helpful—a special shoutout to caretaker Rajender ji, who was always available and ensured we had a comfortable experience. The property also had electricity backup, which added to the convenience. Just a small note for future guests: the pool is on the smaller side, so it’s better suited for a quick dip rather than a full swim. Also, while the bathrooms served the purpose, except one, the other two were not as spacious as one might expect. That said, the overall experience was wonderful. The weather was lovely, the place was easy to reach, and we truly enjoyed the serene and homely vibe. A great spot for families looking to unwind and spend quality time together.

Our stay at AFITA was wonderful! The place was peaceful, with a charming location that allowed us to relax and focus on our work-related trip. The caretakers were incredibly responsive and attentive, ensuring we had everything we needed throughout our stay. Our stay at Deepika's calm serene Farm Stay was truly unforgettable! The moment we stepped in, we were greeted by the lush greenery and the soothing ambiance of the property with a lily pond at its centre. The rooms were immaculately clean, with plush beds and spotless washrooms that exuded a sense of hygiene, care and comfort. The kitchen was equally impressive, with a warm and inviting atmosphere. The real highlight for our kids was the delightful garden, complete with sprinklers that added a playful touch to their stay. But the pièce de résistance was the charming gazebo, perfect for relaxation and taking in the picturesque surroundings. We were warmly welcomed by Deepika's furry friends, a friendly pet dog and cat, who added to the property's charm. And the home-cooked food was simply delicious. What truly made our stay exceptional was Deepika herself. She was a superb host, meticulous in every detail, and incredibly responsive to our needs. Highly recommended!

We stayed at The Mulberry farms for two nights and had the best stay we have had in maharashtra. Shamit’s place was exactly as described and probably even better than we expected. Shamit (the host) was very responsive and friendly from the time we booked to the time we left. The caretaker Naresh did an excellent job with the food and looking after us. The location of the property and the detail in everything is exceptional. You can tell the owners really love and value what they’ve built . Everything was spotless clean and very comfortable. The plus point is the beautiful pool which is pretty rare for stand alone homes in Mulshi. We will be back very soon ♥️
