Monthly Rentals in Tahiti-Nui

We had a great month at Marc's place, he was very helpful from day 0. We were lucky and he did not have guests before us so we could check in straight after our flight (we arrived by very early Air NZ flight at 2am), that was great. The place was easy to find, however it is not very accessible by foot or public transport (we rented a car so no issue there) and it is up the hill (which is great as it is secluded and peaceful). Marc was very helpful and asked us about our situation with car etc. Upon our arrival we meet him next morning and he explained us everything and gave some nice advice about Tahiti, but checkin and place itself was very easy to get in and understand. Location, is uphill but in Papeete which is great middle point (for us to go to either PK18 or Point Venus beach, and gym - convenient 15-20min drive). Place is fully equipped with everything you may need or want (so you can cook and bake stuff as you wish), it also comes with Netflix and dryer. We loved it.

Liais and heiria were absolutely wonderful. They were extremely responsive, gave recommendations whenever we asked (grocery stores, etc.). We realized our flight didn’t leave til late on our checkout date so they let us stay after checkout time for free, they were extremely generous in doing that. The place itself is small, but perfect size for 2 people! The pool was clean (we stayed for 10 days and they had cleaned the pool during that time), 3 burners on the stove that work great. Fully equipped kitchen has everything you need to make meals at home. The driveway is pretty steep but after a few time driving up it, it’s a breeze. There is also a lovely kitty 🐈‍⬛ that enjoys talking while you sit outside and sip coffee or eat dinner. Such a wonderful place, close to downtown (8-10mins) and about 6 minutes from the airport. Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

The property, including the grounds, is well maintained and communication with the host was excellent, very helpful and accommodating. We loved the beautiful sea views from the patio as well as the spectacular sunsets and really liked the outdoor shower, which is fully equipped! Also appreciated the great WiFi! One thing to note is the air conditioning is in the bedroom only (I think this is common in Tahiti). On some days, we found the temperatures too hot with not enough breeze through the house to really tolerate so we were somewhat uncomfortable, but that is a personal preference and also related to the time of year we were here.

Raina’s spot is pretty and secluded. The rooms are spacious enough for more than one person. Everything you need is there, it was a great stay
