Vacation rentals with beach access in Tagaytay

The place is very nice, spacious, well-maintained, as well as complete of appliances, supplies, and amenities. Very good for big group like us, since there were 2 rooms which were nice to separate the boys and the girls. The unit is near the guard house and just a few steps away from the parking, the pool, and the beach. I recommend this for those groups who want to go for an outing and to hangout with their friends or family while having a relaxing view of the sea. Also, Ms. Zeta, the owner was very kind and accommodating. She was very responsive to our queries and easy to deal with. Ms. Myrna and Mr. Renz, the caretakers were also very kind, accommodating, proactive, informative, and easy to deal with. I would like to thank each one of them for the fast and smooth transaction. Also, thank you so much for your kind welcome and assistance. Thank you for making our stay comfortable and memorable one. Definitely, we will comeback again here soon.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive, and check-in/registration was completely hassle-free—special thanks to Sir Al for assisting us. All the staff at Pico de Loro were nice, polite, and very accommodating. Highly recommended!

On the service: - The host helped us on the confusion while entering thru the Guest Pavillion. - The caretaker, Al, was very helpful. He helped us with a trolley to bring up our bags at check-in, and also came over with the trolley at check-out. - The caretaker was also very responsive to questions and requests, like the trash bags he provided (since we needed more for baby's diaper disposal) and the gallon of water he helped us buy On the room: - The room is nice and cozy. The linens and pillows were clean and comfy, and they provided towels and toiletries for use in the room. - The floor under the pullout was quite dusty. It looks like it got missed out when they swept/cleaned the room. - Despite additional instructions from the caretaker, the hot water in the shower was not coming out, but the room had a pail and tabo so we resorted to heating water on the kettle (esp for baby). - Out of their control, but the room is unfortunately facing construction on the other side of the road.

Billyn and her caretakers were very responsive and accommodating. My group booked the 2 rooms which had everything we needed because we cooked our meals and did some work (no internet connection issues). Billyn answered all my queries clearly so we can prepare for our trip. We didn't encounter any issues during our stay so yehey!

My family enjoyed staying at this place but I would not advise to book on weekends. Overall, it was worth it.

Ron’s place is in a beautiful neighborhood, and we had an amazing weekend getaway. My kids loved the playground, beach area, and the spacious backyard where they could run and play freely. Kenny, the caretaker, was very responsive and helpful. The house was well-equipped with everything we needed for cooking, and we truly appreciated the thoughtful touch of free snacks and coffee. Overall, it was a fantastic stay—thank you!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. They have all the necessary stuff that you can use, they have fast internet connection, huge TV and a nice porch with direct access to the beach. I love that the place is quiet and private. No hassle check in and check out experience is a plus.

This is officially our new go-to Airbnb unit in Pico! The owner and his mom were super responsive and incredibly accommodating, sobrang bait nila! The unit is perfect for families, especially if you have a toddler. We loved how the beds were set up, very comfy and family-friendly. It also comes with Netflix, the aircon works perfectly and keeps the place nice and cool, everything was clean, and the WiFi was fast. We really enjoyed our stay, definitely a 100% recommendation from us!

Jo is a great host. He replies to my messages promptly and is very efficient. The detailed direction to the place is described in the Airbnb posting but we had trouble finding the place at first only because I lost my internet connection while we’re trying to find the place. Make sure to write the direction in a piece of paper or snap a picture to save it in your photo gallery. The place is so nice & very clean, it has all the amenities that you’ll need. The kitchen. has all the pots and pans, plates, utensils, wine glasses, microwave, coffee maker, etc. Every room is clean & the beds are comfortable. I will definitely recommend this place to anyone specially if you’re looking for a peaceful and tranquil kind of R&R with your family. Your view of the beach is breathtaking. I love the hammock under the trees! Plenty place to relax. Lots of tables & chairs outside for the family. They even granted my request for a bonfire. My family had so much fun. We will definitely come back again.

Sir. Ryan was really helpful and friendly never failed to tend to our needs specially Ka-Domeng the boat driver and caretaker welcomed us and gave us free fresh fish it was just a lucky day where they had a lot of fish! If you ever meet Ryan during your stay feel free to ask him questions he’s very informative & helpful! I believe he was a vivamax star back in the day!

The house was beautiful just like in the photos. Great place if you prefer a private location. Had lots of rooms and individual beds, so was perfect for our company outing. The beach is just a few minutes walk away. Tide was very low when we went, mostly sandy and calm water, so was good for small kids. We enjoyed the free paddle boards, just be careful there are sharp corals in some spots further out. Beach isn't as great as other more popular areas. Caretakers were kind and helpful. More food and water sports near Matabungkay beach about 10 minutes away but it's quite crowded and dense. Highlight was really the house, it was beautiful and relaxing, good for family or company bonding. Kit was very friendly, quick to reply, and provided complete details and recommendations. Thankful that we got to borrow her place.

We had a great and comfortable stay at Loiue's place. We should have booked for 2 days, instead of an overnight stay to fully enjoy the amenities and the peaceful ambiance. Nakakabitin tuloy. We will definitely be back and recommend the villa to our friends.

Our stay at K Lebrix was phenomenal from the beginning to the end. We immediately felt at home when we arrived. Our family was welcomed and Ate Juvy showed us the amenities, asked if there's anything we need, and even offered island hopping opportunities. We like the refreshing pool, the rooms are nice, the neighborhood is quiet, the KTV Room is wonderful! We had the chance to not only make our dinner but also celebrate several family members' birthdays. Ate Juvy went the extra mile in getting us some ice and providing generator power when the electricity went out. She's a really cool house caretaker! We really enjoyed our stay and I'm glad we chose this place to accommodate our big family during our reunion in Nasugbu. Thank you K Lebrix!

Nice place. Bigger than expected. The unit was clean. We love spending time on the big balcony because of fresh air. They have everything you might need when strolling around the vicinity, there’s even hats to borrow. The location is a very short walking distance from the country club. They have also granted sa special request from us regarding check-in and check-out time, which we highly appreciated. We’ll definitely book again next time.

Beth’s place is quaint, comfortable, and cozy enough for a party of 4 persons. Although, maybe someone who has a hard time walking or bending then standing up, like grandparents for example, will not be as comfortable sleeping either at the loft because of the steep stairs, or at the sofa bed in the living room because it’s too low. Other than that, it’s a great place for staycation. The kitchen is well-equipped if you want to cook your own food. There’s a smart tv in the living room to binge watch your favorite series. There’s internet speed is great in case you brought your work with you. As mentioned, there’s a loft for a separate sleeping area. The bathroom is clean, with complimentary shower, conditioner, and hand soap which you can use if you did not bring your own. Bath towels are also provided which is a plus because these usually take up so much space in the luggage if you bring them for your trip. The hosts are very responsive too. Overall, we had a fantastic stay.

unit was spacious for 10 pax..nice view of the beach and pool from the balcony..complete appliances and utensils for cooking and eating..nice, comfortable mattresses and pillows..unit was cool and cozy with enough ACs and fans to stave off the heat..highly recommended!👍

Super Lage, alles was an Mariannes Möglichkeiten gelegen hat perfekt! Verbesserungsbedürftig sind die schlechte Internetverbindung, das zum großen Teil nicht vorhandene Mobilfunknetz und die mangelhafte Professionalität des Pico Managements in Bezug auf Trinkwasser während der Hochsaison!

Ms Joanne is very responsive and clear with the instructions, her place is near the pool and beach. Quiet and clean place. You can cook, refrigerator is good! Microwave - ok! We will book this again, already recommended this place to our relatives. Thank you
