The host was available to answer our questions, the accommodation is very well located. No complaints except that if we return to the area we will not hesitate to book it again.

Great stay at Manuella's, we were a family of 2 adults and 2 kids the apartment was perfect enough space and well equipped! Very quiet in a peaceful place and central enough to visit Saint Malo, Dinan, Cap Frehel and Mont Saint Michel!

Absolutely fabulous stay. Dinan is a beautiful town , but having the opportunity to stay in a 500 year old house on such an historic , atmospheric street as the Rue du Jerzual simply enhanced the experience. Lovely house , exactly as described in the listing. The location is perfect for walking down to the port or simply strolling in to the centre of town ( literally a few yards ) to the numerous super friendly bars and many restaurants. Communication with Tim was ideal. Super friendly and super quick response any time we needed to ask or check something with him. The whole experience - town , house , host - was a real pleasure. Very enjoyable stay. Thanks Tim.

The most friendly welcoming family that we have had the pleasure to meet and stay with. They went out their way to ensure we were happy with the accommodation.their eagerness to help us throughout our stay and even booked and drove us to the restaurant. They allowed us to leave on our own time . A very friendly family who i am sure I will stay with again. Outstanding hosts. Thank you so much for everything.

This is the most beautiful little apartment. It is so tastefully decorated and has everything one would need for a short stay. Don’t be deceived by the slightly tired appearance of the entrance and very steep steps to reach the 2nd floor. Once stepping into the apartment we were completely bowled over by the finish and attention to detail. The view is just incredible. It was magical to watch the river scenery throughout the different times of day from the 3 living room windows overlooking the river. The dark blinds and sliding bedroom door turned the sleeping space into a quiet, dark and private space. Great for a relaxing lie in. Everything was spotlessly clean & beds and sofas most comfortable. I highly recommend this apartment and Valerie was a perfect host. Thank you so much.

Apartment with charming outdoor terrace! Clean and really very nice, it is located in the historic center of Jerzual which is very nice!

We had a lovely stay in Emile and Jordans apartment. It was very well equipped, spotlessly clean and very central in the old town of beautiful Dinan. One day was just not enough as there was so much to see and do. We will definately try and come back to Dinan but will maybe stay 2 nights next time!! Although we were above a restaurant and pub we had no disturbance at all. This may be different in the very busy season but for us it was perfectly situated.

Perfect stay! A real little nest, cozy, very clean; very appreciable little touches (from the little note at the entrance, to the coffee, tea, orange juice, madeleines) Very functional, very nice! To be redone Recommended!!

Pascal and Béatrice gave me a very warm welcome. The accommodation is comfortable, quiet and independent of their house and the terrace with a nice view of the greenery. The apartment is very well equipped and maintained. I can only recommend this address near Dinard, Saint-Malo, Dinan!

The apartment is as described. Very well located, in a quiet neighborhood, a few minutes' walk to the beach and close to shops. Very responsive exchanges with Nathalie and Pascal. We would recommend it.

The accommodation is true to the photos and very clean, which I really appreciated. Nothing special to note except that it is an old building so very low sound insulation and it is in poor condition. However, the apartment is in good condition so it's quite acceptable for a few days. In addition, the apartment does not overlook the street and it is not noisy or busy, so this limits the noise. It's good for a few days 👍 Good communication with Chrystèle as well.

We had a wonderful stay at this conveniently located place in the city center of Saint Malo. The apartment is charming, perfectly clean and very well-equipped — you immediately feel at home. The calm of the place, combined with the proximity to shops and restaurants, is a real plus. A recommended place to stay 😊 Antoine welcomed us in a very friendly way and showed us everything we needed to know. We felt very comfortable right away The room had a beautiful view of the water and Saint Malo and also included the kitchen. The bed was also the sofa, which was pulled out for sleeping. The bathroom was also very nice. A small adjoining room served as a storage room for luggage, etc. The whole place is tastefully decorated and we liked it very much! 👌 We will be happy to come back!
