Our stay was great, the entire experience was perfect. I really love the place, the view, actually everything, it gives you peace and it's definitely the perfect place to unwind with your family and friends. Kudos to the Host Sir Joel and staffs for being so accommodating and one call away whenever we need anything. This place is really a true hidden gem and very highly recommended. We'll surely go back here. ❤️❤️❤️

We had an incredible 13-day stay at vicky’s place! The property was spotless, beautifully decorated, and (Just missing an entertainment eg, Smart TV) equipped with everything we needed for a comfortable stay. What truly stood out, however, was Ms.Bien’s kindness and how incredibly helpful she was throughout our visit. She went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed, and her thoughtful gestures made us feel so welcome. From prompt communication to sharing local tips, Bien made our stay absolutely stress-free. If you’re looking for a host who genuinely cares about her guests, Bien is the perfect choice. Highly recommend her and her lovely home—thank you, Bien, for making our stay so memorable!

Our family has traveled and visited lots of Air BnBs, but this one takes the crown. The house is unique and furnished with only self made furniture, a true heaven in the middle of nature. The pool is nice to cool off and great for kids. And the half court basketball on the premise is amazing. But this place set itself apart by Jezebel, Matthew, Hannah, Bom and the entire team treating us like family. So much hospitality, support, proactivity and joy being hosts is hard to describe with words. The area is not a touristic one at all and yet we experienced some magical things here every day. A day trip to Sohoton caves is highly recommended. Experience Filipino life away from the crowds and be nice to this amazing family please. We will definitely come back!

I would recommend the place. We stayed for 19 days and felt like we were at home away from home. Great service, we had drinking water, received coffee set and bed sheets in regular basis. The place is clean, quiet and spacious. Ignacio and his wife, Grace were friendly and accommodating.

Power interruption in the city presented some challenges, I needed a muffled and convenient space to catch up on work and meetings following a recent trip. Although it took some time to get my initial queries answered, I commend Ryan, the host, for promptly addressing my concerns and granting my requests. Unfortunately, during my stay, the generator shut off unexpectedly, which disrupted my meeting. I was quite anxious about this, but Ryan and Vangie were so reassuring and exhausted all means to resolve the issue quickly which I appreciated the most. Overall, despite the power issue, I still enjoyed my stay. The room was cozy and squeaky clean and the hosts handled their guests with utmost attention and care.

Our recent stay at the Green Villa was nothing short of magical! The pictures depicted the apartment pretty accurately. It’s located in the city center which makes it easy to explore the area by tricycle. Tacloban is by no means a very walkable city so be prepared to navigate the city with different means of transportations. The garden looks even better at night. It can become very hot during the day in summer so the refrigerator came in handy to cool down some drinks. Brownouts are a thing, but that’s a more of a regional phenomenon that one should take into consideration than a problem with the apartment itself. Knowing that, I would not recommend Tacloban for remote work in general. I appreciated the quiet neighborhood, especially because since city center tends to be on the louder side of things with the constant stream of traffic pouring down the roads. Personally, I feel like I had a more authentic experience with this apartment than I would have had with a hotel room, which means a lot to me.

We were looking for a last minute place to stay for our Leyte trip and we're very lucky to find Ryan's place! The room was huge and clean. It has the necessities we need: towels, shampoo, conditioner... The whole place was also beautiful and near lots of establishments. Ryan was flexible in terms of check in time. Our flight was super early and he allowed for us to be able to check in early as well since the room was already available. He and his co-host are easy to talk to and will make sure that you are settled and have everything you need. We had a very pleasant stay and will probably be staying here again when we go back to Tacloban.

The best place to stay in Tacloban if you want to save money and avoid Downtown area. Their internet connection is also fast makes it easier to work, the rooms are pretty basic but you get what you paid for. The location is not that hard to find, although I would recommend using Maxim app to book a trike as they charge more reasonable compared to the ones you get from the streets.

Great place very clean and roomy , catch a pedal cab right outside the gate or walk if you able. I was having some physical troubles with my leg & back and decide to extend our stay another three weeks to rest, beside for the normal comfortable feeling in the house it is also a great help with mobility issues with a down stairs shower , the stairs are shallow risers with wide steps and hand rails are very secure steel railings that easily support my weight safely the upstairs shower is also large enough to put a chair in when required. Smart Tv's upstairs and down
