Great place very clean and roomy , catch a pedal cab right outside the gate or walk if you able. I was having some physical troubles with my leg & back and decide to extend our stay another three weeks to rest, beside for the normal comfortable feeling in the house it is also a great help with mobility issues with a down stairs shower , the stairs are shallow risers with wide steps and hand rails are very secure steel railings that easily support my weight safely the upstairs shower is also large enough to put a chair in when required. I've been a regular at JMCL Residences since 2023, and I can confidently say it's a comfortable, cozy, and budget-friendly gem in Tacloban. After a long drive from work, I love unwinding here. Initially, I planned to spend my weekends by the beach, but JMCL Residences offers the same relaxing vibe without the need to leave the city. Plus, I can binge-watch Netflix, play mobile games, and enjoy some me-time. The staff and owners are incredibly accommodating, making me feel right at home. And, they've recently added a coffee shop on premises - a must-try is their homemade tocino and matcha cake! Highly recommended for anyone looking for a comfortable and relaxing stay in Tacloban!

I had a fantastic stay at Jon’s Airbnb! The location is perfect—just a short distance from downtown, yet in a peaceful and quiet neighborhood, making it ideal for both relaxation and work. The WiFi was excellent, which was a huge plus for working remotely. The space felt very private, making it easy to unwind after a busy day. It’s also a great value for the price! I had a lovely stay at this property! The overall experience was great, and I truly appreciated the flexible check-in process, which made my arrival smooth and hassle-free. The room was exceptionally clean and well-maintained, providing a comfortable retreat after a long day of exploring. I was particularly happy to find complimentary bottled water available, as I was quite thirsty during my stay. It's those little touches that make a big difference! The host was very responsive and accommodating, which added to the positive experience. However, I do wish there was an elevator, as carrying my heavy luggage up to the second floor was a bit challenging. It would also be nice if there was an easier way to enter the building without having to ring the bell, especially when returning late at night. I felt like I was bothering the staff each time. Overall, I enjoyed my stay and would definitely recommend this place!

This place was just perfect for us and for sure if we ever need to come back in the area we’ll chose to stay here again ! The room is wide, clean and the outside is simply perfect (feels just like in the province with the city really close) and peaceful. Special mention to the pillows that were just amazing! Moreover Ann and her son are very accommodating and you feel at home very quick. Would have loved to stay longer! Thank you for your kindness.
