Die Wohnung ist genauso wie beschrieben. Die Aussicht ist traumhaft. Du kannst vom Balkon aus den Kindern beim Spielen im Sand zuschauen. Diverse Restaurants und ein Minimarkt sind zu Fuß erreichbar. Fernando ist ein äusserst zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Wir kommen sicher irgendwann wieder her.

A charming accommodation on top of a hill with a lovely view overlooking the city. Sophia welcomed us warmly and we had a comfortable two night stay.

Très bien situé dans le centre d'Aveiro, vue sur le canal, le logement est très bien équiper pour passer un séjour agréable et paisible, pas de bruit de voisinage, literie confortable, important après des journées fatiguantes... Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100% der Beschreibung, ist sehr sauber, geräumig und es fehlt ihr an nichts. Die Lage ist toll, mitten in den farbigen Fischerhäuschen, inkl. gratis Parkplatz vor der Haustüre. Eine tolle Unterkunft, die wir gerne wärmstens weiteremphehlen. Danke Carlos, für das Bereitlegen des Portweines und der Ovos Moles!

Super Aufenthalt als Familie mit 3 Kindern. Das Appartment ist nagelneu & sehr schön, man ist direkt am Strand. Der Strand ist super schön mit prima Beach Bars (nicht die erste direkt beim Beach Walk - eine oder zwei weiter rechts gehen!). Insgesamt wirklich toll & sehr zu empfehlen. Augusto hat uns auch viele hilfreiche Tipps gegeben & ist extrem nett! Absolute Empfehlung!

Wir sind herzlich von Elsa empfangen worden, obwohl wir mit einer Stunde Verspätung abends angekommen sind. Das war für Elsa überhaupt kein Problem. Sie hat uns alles gezeigt. Elsa ist sehr hilfsbereit und jederzeit zu erreichen. Sie bot uns jederzeit weitere Hilfe an. Die Verständigung ging nur über Übersetzer App, da Elsa nur portugiesisch spricht. Die Wohnung war genauso wie beschrieben. Es mangelte an nichts, selbst Strandtücher, Windschutz und Sonnenschirm standen zur Verfügung. Die Lage direkt am Badestrand mit Zugang zur Mole und direkt neben dem Leuchtturm Farol do Aveiro ist erwähnenswert. Allerdings fehlte uns persönlich die Möglichkeit draußen zu sitzen oder zu frühstücken. Restaurants, Bäcker und ein kleiner Supermarkt sind fußläufig erreichbar. Alles in allem war es eine sehr schöne Woche, die wir in Elsas Wohnung verbringen durften.

A very charming and peaceful place with idyllic dune landscape and great beaches. Also, many nice restaurants and bars to go to. What else would you want? The apartment is a very personal and individual place, which -at the same time- is equipped in a way that everyone feels at home.

the flat is very homy. the decor is a bit dated, but I think that's part of the appeal. in a way, it carries the original point of airbnb, as it feels you're staying in a home that is lived in. it's very well equipped, and the hosts had the courtesy of stocking the fridge somewhat for our arrival. the beds were comfortable and the rooms were spacious and clean. the hosts were very accommodating in allowing an early checkin. we highly recommend it and will definitely return.

Bel endroit calme et paisible. Très nature et en même temps pas loin des visites : Aveiro et bord de mer. Maison atypique et écologique. Parfait ! Andréa nous a fait un bon accueil et est très à l'écoute de nos demandes. Nous recommandons sans problème !

Un havre de paix dans un environnement paisible et magnifique. Un charme exceptionnel. Vigne et arbres fruitiers à proximité. J’y reviendrai avec grand plaisir.

Olá, Quero agradecer pela incrível experiência que tivemos na sua casa. A casa é simplesmente fantástica, com uma localização fabulosa que nos permitiu desfrutar ao máximo da estadia. Fomos recebidos da melhor forma possível, e tudo estava impecável. Um agradecimento especial à Cláudia e à Andreia, que foram sempre extremamente prestáveis e simpáticas, resolvendo qualquer situação com uma eficiência brilhante e rapidez impressionante. Foi uma estadia memorável e certamente recomendaremos a sua casa a quem procura uma experiência incrível! Muito obrigado!

What a wonderful little estate setting to stay at. Beautiful surroundings all around, very private & peaceful. The apartment has a great layout with spectacular bathrooms and a huge kitchen & living room area. Carlos was quick to respond to any questions. The inground pool is lovely, sadly the weather was not hot enough for a dip. Great location with a quick 90min drive to Porto. Surrounding cities within 30 minutes like Viseu.

petite maison très agréable !!! pas de vis à vis, une espace détente à l'arrière avec jacuzzi, bbq, jardin, table, ombre sous l'arbre... magnifique !!! tout est fourni quand vous arrivez, le linge, le café, les produits de cuisine, de bain, de ménage...la tv, internet, l'enceinte sans fil JBL et le chargeur, tout est bien expliqué, toutes les notices sont fournies...merci

A casa ainda é melhor do que parece nas fotos e na descrição. Grande e confortavel, com tudo o que pode ser necessario. O espaço exterior é otimo, eramos 10 pessoas e havia espaços para todos, o deck tem vistas maravilhosos onde passamos as tardes e espaço para os miudos brincarem e jogarem à bola. As camas eram confortaveis e como eram no piso superior permitam ter uma separação do barulho no piso inferior. O Carlos esteve sempre disponível, foi um otimo anfitrião, com respostas rapidas e sempre disponível. é um sitio a voltar em grupo.

We arrived and in felt like home. My daughter's loved the special cake that Marta left for us upon arrival. The house is well equipped with everything you need and more. The bathtub was a favorite, and the balcony was a wonderful place to relax and people watch. The beach is only steps away, along with places to grab a snack. We used the bikes for a fun ride and my daughter loved the game room area to read and do crafts. Something for everyone in a picture perfect location. The entire home was impeccable. Thank you Marta for your warm hospitality and attention to detail.

Uma experiência a repetir! Fui previamente contactado se forma a saber a hora de entrada na casa e quando chegámos a casa estava com uma temperatura super acolhedora em todas as divisões. A Linda fez questão de deixar um cabaz com produtos da zona que estavam maravilhosos. A cozinha super bem equipada, como tudo o que era necessário para uma estadia e família e amigos. Toda a habitação estava bem cuidada, limpa e com vários detalhes que nos faziam sentir em casa.

Logement très propre, environnement paisible. Lianne et son époux sont sympathiques et nous ont bien accueilli. Les enfants ont adoré la piscine.

We had the most amazing time at Hugo and Jennys. The whole place is just beautiful. Theres a great view of the river from the terasse and the pool is so nice. The kitchen is well equipped, we found everything we needed to cook and there was plenty of fresh vegetables in the garden that we were welcome to eat. We also highly recommend trying Jennys homecooked meals- it was great being able to eat on site without having to cook ourselves, specially when travelling with young kids. The food also tasted amazing. Our kids absolutely loved the place, pool and garden. Overall we highly recommend staying at Jenny and Hugos, the surrounding langscape is beautiful, the house is incredible and Hugo and Jenny are fantastic hosts. We are definately coming back ❤️

Un apartamento de 10! Todo prácticamente a estrenar, las terrazas inmejorables con tumbonas y sillas cómodas, y la vivienda con todo detalle. Sandra es una anfitriona cariñosa y atenta, pendiente de que nuestra estancia sea perfecta.. Las tardes de bruma las hemos podido suplir con disfrutar del maravilloso sofá y terraza. Muito obrigado por tudo!

I recently stayed at Urbiluso Airbnb and had an amazing experience! The space was clean, well-maintained, and exactly as described in the listing. Urbiluso was incredibly responsive. I felt very comfortable and safe throughout my stay. Overall, it was a fantastic stay, and I highly recommend this Airbnb to anyone visiting the area!

Marina muy atenta, nos dejó salir más tarde para aprovechar un rato de la mañana en la playa. Además de dejarnos flores naturales preciosas y un par de botellas de agua. Todo realmente fenomenal. Tenía un menaje muy completo para una familia de 4/5 personas; e incluso aceite, vinagre y sal, aunque nosotros no lo usamos pero se agradece qué lo tengan. Muchas gracias.

Tive uma excelente estadia no espaço da Andreina. O apartamento é bastante confortável e o lugar é lindo.

El apartamento está muy bien, más bonito que en las fotos, y muy cuidado. Dispone de todo tipo de comodidades, y la urbanización en la que está cuenta con muchos servicios, aunque nosotros no los llegamos a utilizar. Está al lado de una playa preciosa, que puede verse desde la casa Antonio fue un anfitrión muy puntual, llegamos a la casa y a los pocos minutos llegó para darnos las llaves y explicarnos el funcionamiento. Es un sitio totalmente recomendable.

Un très bel appartement avec tout le confort possible quoique la salle de bain est minuscule pour un gars costaud comme moi . Quartier tranquille.
