O Nuno through the Place of Borralheira transformed the Passover of the Rocha family. Everything impeccable from house instructions to places of interest. It was all done in a super easy and affordable way. At home everything went beyond the spetatives, because when you get there you know that you are at ease and that on the other side is Nuno always ready to help. Nuno has always made himself available at all times to make them easier since instructions to the house, or to serve as a guide in various points of interest. I safely recommend this stay. Great house, very well-equipped, easy to make Checkin, clean and compatible with your photos. Our stay was very quiet and the host was worried to the point that we arrived and the house was already air-conditioned, since it was cold outside, we love it, super recommended!

Mr. Abrão was always super helpful, introduced us to the house and made it easy for us at check-in. The space was perfect, even better than the photos. The areas of the house are large and spacious, have all the necessary things (well-equipped kitchen, hair dryer, dishwasher and washing machine…) and they even left us a box of coffee as a courtesy There is a barbecue (indoor), billiards, ping pong table, foosball and the heated pool is the icing on the cake. I also want to highlight the cleanliness of the space, which was impeccable. Comfortable beds and pillows. Safe for children and animals. The only negative point was just the network signal, which was weak and did not allow much use of social networks, but this did not affect our experience at Andreia and Mr. Abrão's property. We will recommend it to friends and family and hope to return soon!

The stay was extremely invigorating. I strongly advise anyone who wants to leave the daily stress of everyday life. It's great to rest but at the same time there is a lot to do, it was from the stays I've been where the availability of fun and the entertainment options are huge. Andy and Bruno are very available and friendly people, thank you for everything. There is a suggestion for improvement, the check-out could be around 11 am gives families the possibility to have breakfast smoothly and arrange the exit better. In short, we will return for sure. The big hug for Andy and Bruno.

Amazing house, highly recommended

The property was charming and beautifully maintained, from the Garden to the pool and the house itself. Everything needed was included, and the house had a range of useful spaces and lots of room for all 7 of us to relax both together and separately when wanted. The garden and pool area are idyllic, and the whole family spent a lot of time relaxing here. The outdoor dining area amongst the passion flowers was amazing, and we ate there every night with food fresh off the barbecue. The nearby church with its bells was a surprise at first, but we all came to love the regular chimes marking the time and missed them when we were away from the property. Cristina is a really lovely and helpful host, really respectful of our privacy but always responsive if we needed anything. The house has a real sense of it's history and feels like a real family home-away-from-home. We would all happily return here again for a future holiday if we were in the area.
