We really enjoyed our stay in Coimbra! It’s a charming small city that’s definitely worth a visit. The house was spacious, fully equipped, and set in beautiful surroundings. It’s also very close to impressive Roman ruins, which was a highlight. A great place to stay for exploring the area!

Do yourself a favor and book a stay at Retiro de Gondramaz. The house is beautiful and the location is stunning. The house has everything you need for an exceptionally comfortable stay while enjoying the peace and quiet of this mountain retreat.

We were 3 families, 6 adults and 6 children, and I have to say that the house is spacious, clean and modern. It's one of the few houses that the photos don't do justice, it's much better when you arrive. Jose was very friendly when we entered, he showed us around and explained all the features of the house, and when we left he was very friendly. I really recommend it 100%. We even had a Christmas tree, a nice touch, and the pool was super clean, although we didn't swim, and there's a barbecue.

We really enjoyed our stay at Sozen Mill! The house is very comfortable, with everything you need to spend a few good days and decorated in very good taste. The space is very private and quiet and is right above a stream that flows into the Zêzere. Given the strength of the current at this time of year, it was not possible to bathe. But the garden and dining area allowed us to make good use of the outdoors. Special note to Mariana, always very friendly and accessible. It was a surprise to see the fridge full of good things for breakfast/snacks and to receive fresh bread every morning. By car, you can access incredible areas such as Fragas de São Simão. And we were able to bring our dog and take him on all the walks. 🐶 Definitely one of the best houses we've ever stayed in!

Very comfortable house with everything needed for a great stay! All heating conditions, very well equipped kitchen and very comfortable beds. We spent a weekend to visit the Serra da Estrela, all impeccable, I recommend and very much I thank Cristiano and his mother Rosa who welcomed us so well and so at ease left us. Thank you!!

The house is very spacious, with several environments and can accommodate a large family easily. There are 4 bedrooms and several rooms with beds/sofas, all rooms with air-conditioning/heating. The outdoor space is immense and our dog loved exploring it every day. Easy communication and very friendly hosts 😊

Paulo's place is absolutely stunning. It is even more beautiful in real than on the photos. The kitchen is unique and it is great to spend time there. The whole house is furnished with traditional Portuguese furniture and decorated with sublime taste. The bathrooms are amazing! A real experience and highly recommended.

Clean house and good communication

The house is super well equipped and cared for. All rooms (the 8) have a toilet. Luisa is super nice and let us check out a little later. The only negative point was the pool being shared with the other house, otherwise everything was perfect :)

Our stay was fantastic! The house is extremely comfortable and perfect for a group of friends. We took full advantage of the pool, barbecue and dining room. It is a house with beautiful and peaceful decor, ideal for relaxing and enjoying good times together. It allowed us to get out of the hustle and bustle of everyday life and have a good rest. We highly recommend it and will certainly come back!

This was a wonderful location for us to enjoy our stay. Silvia and the team were so accommodating, nothing was too much trouble. The house is an architectural jewel, very well thought out, bright, spacious, spacious, with a beautiful garden and furniture that evokes a place with history. Although the bathrooms are not modern, they are functional, and there are several, some included in the room. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is very well equipped and spacious. It has a great game room for the kids. The very attentive hosts gifted us with produce from the garden. It's great for several families.

Nice house in a quiet area. 30 min drive to Aveiro. Exterior very nice which is the big plus of the accommodation.

we had a very pleasant week in this quiet house with very beautiful landscapes. the pool nearby refreshed us well and made the children happy. the house is typical and nice the outdoor shower is very nice in summer. Teresa is a very nice person and very available.

Dina and Jack are very nice and very welcoming. The house is superb and it lacks nothing. It has everything to satisfy us, the place is quiet. Dina is very responsive and responded to any requests we had. Jack is very funny and managed to put us at ease despite the language barrier. I would 100% recommend this house and would definitely stay again.

We had a great time. Kevin is a very responsive host. The house fully matched our expectations and description. Everything was perfect. For ideas for improvement, air conditioning in the house and an outdoor toilet when you get out of the pool would be perfect.

Great stay, I can only underline the rest of the positive feedback A very friendly and respectful family. I would definitely stay in the house again. Excellent communication with Porro, Aveiro, etc. If I recommend they update the photos of the house: there is a new TV in both the living room and in the main bedroom. The main bedroom mattress is awesome I traveled with a pet (a German shepherd) and everything was wonderful.

Our host was very flexible and friendly. Thank you dear Tiago. The space matches the description and our expectations. There is air-conditioning throughout the house, including in the bathroom (fan), great! Very nice outdoor space where our dogs enjoyed themselves very much. The space is 100% sealed. For those who like to walk and/or run/trail, just 50m up there is a trail to enjoy the mountains👌⛰️. Thanks again to Tiago for the conditions offered and for his friendliness and availability.

Great place and well maintained. A few flaws were found, but these can be fixed and we were informed that they will be fixed.
