The apartment is exceptional. Very well decorated and furnished. Exactly as she describes it in the listing and as it is in the photos. Easy access, excellent location and a very safe region. I hope to return to João Pessoa and Mercilya's place will be my first choice for accommodation.

Eric’s place was very clean and comfortable, a short walk from the beach, and a short drive to restaurants, shopping, more beaches, tourist locations, and everything you could want while on vacation in Joao Pessoa. Eric was very responsive and helpful throughout our entire stay. We had a great time and highly recommend!

The space is exactly as advertised, with impeccable cleanliness and good bedding. Hosts were always available. The building has good infrastructure, the rooftop pool is very beautiful! It's on the back block of the waterfront, and even though we were in a car, we chose to walk to the restaurants several times. Everything was very peaceful! We loved the stay, it was perfect!

Gorete was exceptional from start to finish, I needed to reschedule the date of my stay and she was promptly understanding and made the change! And when the big day arrived, she welcomed us with great affection, for the first time I saw a hostess go to receive the guests, Dona Gorete welcomed us, showed us the entire building, showed us where the utensils were in the apartment and was always very attentive! Not to mention that she always answered me very quickly in the chat to answer my questions both before and during the stay! The place is beautiful, the pool view is wonderful and it is a few meters from the most beautiful beach I have ever seen in João Pessoa!

The location couldn't be better — in the best part of Praia do Cabo Branco, in a beachfront building with an incredible rooftop, perfect for enjoying an unforgettable sunrise. About the host, he was super polite, gave all the necessary information, without stalling. The building has a beautiful penthouse! The pool is worth a visit. Excellent location, with easy access to the beach, I especially thank Adrianol for allowing the late check-out, which made our stay much easier. The beauty of the beach with access from the condominium makes up for everything! And the pool is a plus. A tip: it's best to go to the market before you arrive, because at night it's a little difficult to get food delivered. I recommend it.

Location very close to Carapibus/Tabatinga beaches. House was clean and tidy. The hammock was very handy.

We had an amazing family week at this bungalow! The space is beautiful, cozy, wooded and with impeccable gardening. The cleanliness was excellent and the bungalow is super well equipped: various appliances, quality bed and bath linens, as well as games for all ages. The decor and utensils are very tasteful. The location within the condominium is great, in a quiet area and easy access to the pool and beach. The condominium is also very well maintained, with a large and clean swimming pool, waterfall, slide and giant bucket. The hosts were extremely attentive and helpful throughout the stay. The only negative point was the constant presence of cats on the balcony, who turned the garbage over at night. Besides that, everything was perfect! I recommend it enthusiastically and hope to return soon!

I stayed 7 days with my wife. Brand new apartment, well-equipped and clean! Super functional in a location at the end of Cabo Branco's waterfront, 2 km from the hustle and bustle. Quiet. Easy check-in and Fabi is very attentive! I recommend it.
