A lovely simple dwelling with all the essentials for a comfortable stay. For the price, it was really great. The neighbor behind the cabin is a field with a few cows and on the side: it is an undeveloped green lot. When we arrived we could hear the monkeys, we were also able to observe different birds. I also really appreciated that the parking was on the grounds behind the large screened door at the entrance. The owners were very responsive to our questions after we arrived, which made our stay easier. thank you:)

Nice and attentive

Jackeline’s place was the perfect home base for my wife, our 18-year-old daughter, and me as we explored the ruins and waterfalls in and around Palenque. The property offers a good level of privacy—while there are other homes nearby, they aren’t right next door, and we never felt crowded. The home looks exactly as it does in the photos, which was a pleasant reassurance. If you’re someone who needs complete silence to sleep, this might not be the best fit, as the howler monkeys are quite vocal at night—but we found it to be part of the charm. A family of Red Macaws lives nearby, often flying overhead, adding to the tropical paradise feel of this home. Our stay was nothing short of amazing, and we would return in a heartbeat. A huge thank you to Jackeline and Señora Oralia for their warm hospitality!

I had a great week staying in Stephany's apartment. Self-check in and check-out were easy. The wifi was excellent throughout my stay, and the shower had good water pressure and hot water (that is, if you do want to take a hot shower in the sweltering Villahermosa climate!). Air conditioning worked well in the bedroom, as well. I really loved the location - Near downtown, but in a safe, quiet residential area. It's less than ten minutes' walk to a big park and to the wonderful Mercado de la Sierra - try salbutes with shrimp at San Judas Tadeo,or the pozoleria (that's pozol, not pozole) inside the market. Now a few minor complaints: The apartment was mostly clean, but one of the bedrooms (the one I didn't sleep in) had a strong musty smell when I checked in. Stephany seemed really nice, and we had good communication via chat app, but she didn't respond so much on Airbnb. Still, it was a very good stay overall, and an excellent base for getting to know a great, underrated city.

Beautiful place, super clean. 24-hour surveillance (the girl who was looking after us was very nice and friendly) they helped us with everything.

It is an excellent place to stay while passing through but not for a long stay. During my stay the power went out 3 times at night, although it didn't take long to come back. A stranger came in once, but because he had the wrong apartment. The air conditioning is super essential in the room because the room heats up a lot (extremely) if it is not kept on. Overall, it's worth the price, but they could improve many things, such as checking that there are extra trash bags, extra toilet paper, and that things that work with electricity or batteries work. Overall an 8.5 out of 10.

The apartment is very comfortable, practical and spacious. The area is quite central and you also have shops nearby in case you need something on hand. Everything was very clean. We felt so comfortable that we decided to extend our stay 3 more days. It is definitely a highly recommended place for both work and rest. Susuki provided us with all the necessary information to make the stay even more comfortable. The place is highly recommended
