With a staircase down, you enter the living room where it is wonderful to spend time, and you are on the same floor as the water. One level lower are the bathroom and bedrooms, and you are "face to face" with the water.

(On the 1st floor are the other 3 rooms with 2nd bathroom and separate toilet.) The kitchen has all comforts such as; combi microwave, dishwasher and bean coffee maker. You never have to get bored because there is a beautiful Jacuzzi in the garden. There is also a Barrel Sauna with an electric stove (5 euros/hour).

The location of the historic barracks, The Ripperda, is not only beautiful but also wonderfully central.
