Would definitely recommend. Lovely quiet and peaceful area close to the lakes. Short walk to the tram and only 15 minutes from the centre of Poznan. The accomodation was perfect and equipped with all we needed for a weeks stay. Lovely and warm inside despite it being below minus -10° for the majority of our stay. Alexandra and Ewa were perfect hosts. Thank you for having us stay in your lovely home. Hope to visit again one day.

Adrian ought to be the gold standard of Airbnb hosts. His welcome folder was one of the most comprehensive, logically set out guides I’ve ever seen. His place IS what it says in the description: it’s compact 🙂 But good things come in small packages … & it was spotless, well equipped & centrally placed. While the complex looks not as gentrified as some being done up in the street, inside the apartment is modern & utilitarian (the family backstory behind the complex was fascinating. And the stories I bet the steps in the front staircase could tell - I was curious & had a peek!!). Adrian was very helpful with all communication and queries. I found nothing to fault in the place and would be happy to return if I found myself back in Poznań. Nb there is a great traditional bakery around the corner - the ladies don’t speak English - but I had the freshest filled baguettes from there and VERY cheap. On the opposite side is a nice coffee shop/patisserie. (more of a splurge but lovely!!)

Agnieszka was a very friendly landlady. My questions were always answered quickly. The apartment was not far from Poznan. The train station is within walking distance and therefore no problem to get to Poznan. The apartment met my expectations. Unfortunately, it was a little too cool to use the small courtyard. I felt comfortable Thanks a lot!

The apartment is very clean and comfortable. Everything you needed in the home was available. Katarzyna is very communicative and friendly. The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. Highly recommend to everyone 😊
