Tinos is a hidden gem and the house is well positioned between Tinos Town and Pyrgos just up the hill from a lovely local beach enjoying great views over the Aegean sunsets. It is one of a small group of apartments with their own terraces a shared pool. The house is well furnished and very comfortable. We were welcomed and well looked after throughout our stay with any issues quickly resolved. Lovely house on a lovely island. Highly recommended.

Graciela was a great host. She cleaned the pool every morning, which was perfect for our kids, and gave us lots of tips for things to do on Syros. The house had everything we needed and we fehlt very comfortable. We'd love to come back!

We had a fantastic five days at Aqua Blu. We were lucky that we had the entire place (4 cottages/apartments plus pool) to ourselves. It’s well equipped, very quiet, great if small pool and literally 5 mins for the best beach (and beach bar) on the island. There is also a cheap good quality Taverna onsite, and boats for hire at the end of the drive. We reckon it’s the best location on the island!

Tony is a great host, always very friendly and always available. The location and the property is just beautiful!

The airbnb was steps from the port & centrally located in the town. Stratos was kind, helpful and informative. We plan to visit again soon!

The place is beautiful! The photos don't honor the reality of the view and the interior layout. Dimitris was very welcoming and always good advice, and Litha was very responsive in terms of communication. We recommend without hesitation!

we had an unforgettable pleasure staying at marina's. Everything was beyond our expectations, the places are magical, the view of the bay breathtaking and the inside of the house absolutely well decorated. The vegetables from the garden came to sublimate our taste buds during this week of relaxation and rest. Thanks again to our hostess

We loved our stay here, responsive hosts, clean and well maintained property / pool (rare in this location), large lounge area, outdoor barbecue terrace. Many of Syros’ best beaches are close by, as are lots of great restaurants…plus one of the best bakeries on the island a (steep) 10 min walk Maria / Stratos recommended local spots that were pretty much all very good and helped make reservations, even one for a restaurant in Hermoupolis after our stay in Poseidonia had ended. One piece of advice for future guests is that there is a supermarket ten mins walk (‘4all’)…we didn’t realise this until our last day (it doesn’t come up on Google Maps and we assumed it was a cafe so were driving to the next nearest supermarket at Voulgari!) All in all a great stay and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it.

Very centrally located place to stay, especially if you are traveling without a car. Boat dock: 5 minutes. Bus station: 5 minutes (easy access to the beaches!). Shops, restaurants and the impressive central square with the beautiful town hall are also within walking distance. Also the restaurants recommended by Ellie are within walking distance and excellent (be sure to try the pastry shop Athimaritis!). The apartment has no view but is cozy and very functionally furnished (very good bed, nice bathroom!). From the espresso machine to the washing machine, there really is everything you need for a longer stay and the air conditioning does its job perfectly. Communication with Ellie was just great! We enjoyed our stay in Ermoupoli very much. Thanks for everything!

Just spent a month at this lovely place and miss it already. The view is spectacular and the amenities are perfect. Christine was so friendly and helpful hoing above and beyond to answer questions and make recommendations. The kitchen is very well stocked the rooms clean the cleaning woman who they recommended was affordable and did a great job. You need to be able to walk stairs to get up to the home which we didnt mind it was great exercise. The outdoor space and roof deck divine.

Simply breathtaking. Meraki is a Greek word that describes what happens when you leave a piece of yourself – your soul, creativity or love – in the work you do. The Collector’s Home is truly the epitome of this, filled with curiosities and treasures, hand-picked by host Dimitris whose passion for island life is infectious and who really does put his heart and soul into what he does. Dimitris was an exceptional host, and by the end of our trip we felt more like old friends. Finikas itself is a very charming little town, beautifully appointed on a sheltered beach looking west. There are several shops, bars and restaurants within a few minutes’ walk; we ate at Calmo Mare several times, drank cocktails at Remezzo, found all the basics at the mini-market and fresh bread and gelato at the bakery a little further along. The spotless, sandy beach is 50m from the apartment and has plenty of shady spots if you don’t want to be in the sun all day. Take a snorkel: the waters are teeming with colourful little fish, shimmering just under the surface. The whole island is served by buses, departing 100m from the apartment every hour or so in each direction; taxis are also widely available. If you want to see more of the island, it would be sensible to hire a car. But once you’ve seen the view from the balcony, you probably won’t bother!

We had an amaizing time at Pieter's home. From the very first second it felt like home. You can sense that it was their family home therefor fits every need. We appreciated the small details including the plates, cups, "library", outdoor shower, marbel stairs and so on. The view is spectacular. Honestly even better than on the pictures because you get to breath the air scented with all the plants on the surrounding land which is btw huge and extremly private. Pieter was so easy to talk to. Super responsive, friendly and also sorted out a booklet with local recommendations which we used and did not disappoint. Thank you for making us feel at home. I can only imagine how it could have been being a child there. We only rented it for the 2 of us therefore used the master bedroom. You'll spend most of your time on one of the 3 terrace however it doesn't take away from how tastefully the house has been decorated. Would highly recommend this place.

Great views, the veranda offers a panoramic view of Ermoupoli (which is also accessible on foot) and we enjoyed all our morning coffees but also in the evenings! The house was clean and you had all the amenities as described. Mr. Aristides was available and helpful every minute. He greeted us even though we arrived early and accompanied us to the house. Even though we visited Syros March, the house was warm thanks to the A/C and the electric blanket extremely proactive. Even though it didn't have enough sunshine the house always had hot water (there is a possibility of a water heater but the solar was more than enough most days) and the water pressure was impeccable. Ideal for long stays as it has a fully functional kitchen, storage areas, large bathroom. The area is quite and we felt safe and with the door open. Syros as an island is beautiful and deserves even the off season months. We highly recommend it!

Our group had a great time at Markos and Nikos’ place - the villa is a two-minute walk down to a gorgeous sandy beach and a walking distance from a coffee shop and a taverna with good food. The views from the terrace were beautiful as well, we enjoyed watching the sunset over the sea. The house was clean and looked like in the photos, and overall great value for what we paid.

My experience at Eirini's home in Kini, Syros, was really positive. The location of the house is excellent, a short walk from the sea and with a great view, perfect for those who love to experience the authentic atmosphere of the island. The house is well organized, clean and equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Although there is a rather lively cocktail bar below the house, for us it was not a problem, in fact, it added a touch of liveliness to the summer evenings, as is normal in Greece during the Ferragosto period. We explored the east coast of the island, visiting spectacular and uncrowded beaches, ideal for those looking for tranquility even in high season. I highly recommend a boat ride from the port of Kini, an unmissable experience to discover the most remote beaches on the island. The local aquarium is a small gem, perfect for a break from the sun. In short, a beautiful stay in a strategic location with warm and attentive hospitality.

We enjoyed the stay in this apartment! Ilias picked us up at the port and guided us to the apartment. He was very welcoming and helped us when we needed something. I would recommend this apartment!

We had an amazing stay at Panousa House in Tinos. The location is perfect if you're looking for peace and quiet—completely surrounded by nature, and just a 3-minute walk from a beautiful beach. The house itself was so cozy and well-equipped that we ended up spending a few days just relaxing there. Marietta, the host, was fantastic—super helpful, and communication with her was quick and easy. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Tinos!

This was an amazing find for us! Fit 8 adults very comfortably, with ample outdoor space and sitting areas. The best feature for us was the veranda with the most stunning view of the sea (Apigania beach just 15-20min walk) but also with the best starry sky I have ever seen. Penelope and her family are great hosts, very amenable to help us out with anything and quick to reply. Could not recommend more!!

It is a good option for a couple or small family as this is a full house. The area is quiet although there are stairs to access. Everything is very taken care of and details. There is a staircase that connects the kitchen and living room downstairs to the room at the top. There are two access doors one upper and one lower. Lena welcomed us in a lovely way and addressed us by message at all times quickly. Overall attention was very good.

Anna is a wonderful host. The villa has a lot of character and is well-located. We very much enjoyed our stay.

What an amazing cozy house by the beach. We loved the location, very quiet and next to the beach. Everything you could want. Lovely welcome from Georgia and great recommendations from Niki. The house was very clean, well equipped kitchen, great showers, comfortable bed, great to have AC, lovely to relax on the balcony watching the setting sun. We enjoyed eating at the local taverna. Niki's recommendations were great, the marble museum in Pyrgos is well worth a visit and enjoy coffee in the local restaurant in the square. The Ursuline Convent at Loutra was fascinating, a private tour from one of the volunteers. The village of Volax is interesting and worth a visit. There were plenty of tavernas around the island, our favourite was Ntivos at Osmos Kardiani, overlooking the sea. All in all we felt very honoured to stay at Niki's house by the sea. It is such a quiet island and we felt very relaxed driving around. Thank you Niki.

Svein's house is beautifully located, perched on a very quiet hill with no close neighbours and breathtaking views onto the sea and Kini beach. The closest village is Kini, approx. 5-7mn drive away. Delfini beach is a 3mn drive away. Ermopouli, the main town, 20mn away. The villa is very spacious, sparkling clean and decorated with care - the owners, Svein and Grethe, have made the house very comfortable and super well equipped, including the kitchen - a home away from home! Jim, the co-host, was fantastic - very friendly, responsive and attentive. You definitely need a car. The house is suited to people looking for quiet surroundings (no nearby busy road or villa, just some fields and the rocky hills). You'll need to bring only biodegradable/over 95% natural toiletries to respect the environment and the plumbing system. The only downside was the absence of aircon in the bedrooms, making for very difficult nights but aircon is about to be put everywhere so no problem in the future!
