The view from the front garden is just beautiful. The house was lovely, clean, very well equipped, very comfortable. Plenty of cooking utensils and felt confident in cooking , preparing meals etc. Private parking for at least 2 cars. Enclosed front garden for children and pets. Two bathrooms/ toilets, very handy. Downstairs shower is particularly lush!

The Member

We had a wonderful stay - Nigel gave clear instructions for finding the property and was very responsive when we had questions. The house inside is beautifully decorated, comfortable and furnished to a very high standard, it has wonderful views over the garden and Loch. The welcome pack was much appreciated - especially the local goodies - the bread, shortbread and whisky. The house is located right next to the Loch Sunart and in an ideal location for touring around the area. There are so many things to do whilst staying in the house. Highlights of our stay were Sanna Beach and the Singing Sands, Castle Tioram, and climbing Ben Hiant. We will definitely be back!

The image captures a serene beach scene, featuring smooth, dark rocks along the shoreline and gentle waves lapping at the sandy beach. Sunlight filters through the clouds, casting a warm glow over the landscape, while rolling hills are visible in the background.

Little Boiler

We spent a relaxing few days at this cosy cottage in a unique setting, just a short distance by foot to stunning beaches. We enjoyed local walks from the cottage and our trip to the Isle of Mull from Kilchoan (20 minutes drive) via the ferry to Tobermory.

Herons Rest Pod By The Sea

JaneRating, 5 stars4 days ago
Had a wonderful week at Heron's Rest, I cant' recommend it enough. The pod is perfect, exactly as described and pictured. So cosy and comfortable, especially when the wind was blowing outside! The views are outstanding and the beach really is seconds away. There were gorgeous local coast walks and both Malaig and Arisaig so easy to get to. I had a great day with Arisaig Sea Kayak Centre exploring the Arisaig skerries and I did see the herons, stags and the visiting woodpecker too from the pod. Colin and Elaine have created a lovely space there and couldn't have been more helpful. A place to cherish and return to.
A cozy dining area features a checkered tablecloth draped over a wooden table surrounded by woven chairs. A small wood burner is visible in the corner, and a large mirror reflects the room's warm lighting. Decorative wall art and a candle provide a welcoming touch.

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. Perfect cosy space to use as a base for exploring Mull. Beautiful view of the bay from the bed and wood burner to get warm after a day out were highlights. Would stay again!

Camas Bàn Cottage

PeterRating, 5 stars10 months ago
We have visited the area several times in the past. Without realising this idilic hideaway existed. Camas Ban Cottage is in a perfect location overlooking Loch Sunart. This tranquil setting is blessed with a wide range of wildlife which we enjoyed watching especially in the evenings. The traditional cottage ( The Ruin ) has been lovingly renovated to provide a very well equipped kitchen, a bathroom with shower over bath. The cosy lounge has a log burning stove, and uniquely a double bed screened with curtains. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at The Ruin, and will happily return, to this most peaceful of settings. Sooner rather than later.

Two caravans are positioned on a gravel pathway, surrounded by gently rolling hills. A bare tree serves as a focal point between the caravans, while a small patch of grass is visible nearby. The scenic backdrop includes distant mountains under a cloudy sky.

Riverview Caravan 2

We had an amazing stay at this place! If you’re seeking a peaceful haven to unwind, reflect, and contemplate life’s mysteries, this is the ideal spot. The caravan lived up to its description. Both hosts were incredibly friendly and welcoming. It’s a shame we didn’t stay longer. We’ll definitely be returning in the future.

Silversands, The Munro Pod, Arisaig

MatthewRating, 5 stars1 week ago
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Sarah's pod. The location was stunning with loads of beach and rocky coastline to explore with exceptional views. The pod itself was small and cosy yet very spacious for it's size making it comfortable to relax in when the weather wasn't the best! Sarah and Danny were very friendly and helpful and made us feel right at home. We hope we can return one day!
