This is the most beautiful homestay I have ever stayed in. The environment is beautiful and the interior decoration is very distinctive. Floor-to-ceiling glass windows surround the small living room in the house. You can drink red wine every day and enjoy the beautiful mountain and water views outside the window. The reflections on the lake are like an enchanting landscape painting!This is a very healing and comfortable modern cottage, and taking a walk by the lake is another kind of enjoyment. The owner is very friendly and helpful! If I come to Switzerland again, this is the B&B I will definitely choose👍

We (a family with a young daughter) stayed four nights at Sebastiano’s place and had a wonderful time. The apartment is equipped with everything you need, very spacious (even larger than expected from the photos), and the balcony and terrace offer stunning views of Lake Lugano. Gandria is a charming, picturesque village with a few nice places to eat. The bus and boat stations are just a short walk away, and there are lovely paths for hiking and strolling. We don’t have a car and got around entirely with public transport — it takes a little planning but works very well. Sebastiano was a great host — very easy to communicate with and proactive, which made everything smooth and stress-free.

Adrian’s place is just as it looks like in the pictures - stunning view and a super clean and practical apartment. Most of all, Adrian was a very attentive host who responded immediately to any questions we had. We didn’t stay long so didn’t make use of the little lake garden, but in summer that is a great luxury to have! The apartment is very practical if you have a car, a bit less so if you want to walk to cafes and restaurants but by car you’re only five mins from beautiful Morcote with all its restaurants and sites. Also, for dog owners there’s a great wildlife reserve just a few hundred metres away that’s perfect for relaxed walks - there are also trails directly from the house to walk your pooch. Loved it - we’ll be back for sure!

We definitely found our home away from home when visiting family in Vevey! The place is in a excellent location right next to the lake, above beautiful restaurants yet far enough back that you have privacy even while sitting on the terrace, and the terrace is where you will love to be on sunny days. Hans is so pleasant to deal with and made checking in very easy and provided us with many tips of places to visit before we even arrived. A must to remember that we forgot to ask for beforehand, make sure to request the Montreaux Riviera travel card that Hans offers in your welcome instructions. We have had this in the past and it is wonderful as it offers free trips on the bus routes and discounts on the boats and entry into many museums and attractions.

Es ist ein charmantes Haus am Wasser. Der Blick aus dem Schlafzimmer ist wundervoll, das Rauschen des Sees lässt einen wunderbar schlafen. Der See ist direkt vor der Tür und lädt zum Bade ein. Mit dem Zug gelangt man von St-Prex an fast alle Orte am Genfersee. Wir können uns gut vorstellen wieder zu kommen.

We stayed at Peter’s place for our ski holiday to Flumserberg . The gondola to Tannonboden ( ski slopes ) is a five minute walk ( in ski boots) from the apartment and the apartment a mere few metres from the shore of lake Walensee . We loved the space and cleanliness . The raclette and fondue makers were an added bonus and made eating in after a long day on the pistes fun !! I would highly recommend this apartment and not hesitate to book again .

My husband, 6yo daughter, and I stayed at Carolina's apartment for two nights. The large terrace and the view of the lake and mountains are amazing - this alone is worth the stay. The apartment itself, though, was also very clean, comfortable, and spacious. The elevator directly to the apartment is convenient, and parking was very easy. The location is excellent - a quick walk to the lake, and we also walked to Locarno, stopping at multiple playgrounds along the way. There is a Coop gas station with a market nearby for quick groceries, and a bus station is also close. We had lovely autumn weather while there, so I can't speak to temperature control in the warmer months, but we did see several AC units, and there were fans available. All in all, I highly recommend and hope to return sometime very soon!

L'appartement était super, parfait pour nous car vous êtes au bord du lac et nos deux labradors ont adoré ça. Carole l'hôte est une femme adorable et nous avons beaucoup aimé discuter avec elle. Vous avez tout à proximité. Vous pouvez vous rendre à pied aux restaurants et faire de nombreuses promenades en montagne pour tous. Nous avons hâte de revenir.

Wir haben zu viert eine sehr schöne Zeit in dieser Unterkunft verbracht. Fabienne hat stets schnell geantwortet und unsere Fragen beantwortet. Das Haus ist recht ringhörig und man muss abends auf die Nachbarn Rücksicht nehmen – wir hatten damit aber keine Probleme und fanden den Aufenthalt dennoch entspannt. Wir können diese Unterkunft herzlich empfehlen.

Fantastiska atrašanās vieta, kur pavadīt laiku pie paša ezera ar skaistu skatu uz kalniem un ezeru. Labiekārtota piemājas āra teritorija, kur pavadīt laiku, grilla vieta, āra mēbeles pie paša ezera. Praktiski pie pašas mājas sākās pastaigu takas gan kalnos, gan apkārt ezeram. Kā arī tuvu ir kalnu slēpošanas kurorti, ko aktīvi izmantojām. Priekš mums bija ļoti laba lokācija, lai plānotu savus ikdienas mazos ceļojumus uz kalniem vai Šveices pilsētām. Dzīvoklī ir viss nepieciešamais un pat vairāk nekā vajadzīgs. Viss ir tīrs un kārtīgs.

Ein schönes kleines Haus direkt am See. Pure Entspannung mit Sauna und genug Platz zu viert auf dem Sofa zu sitzen. Man ist schnell in der Stadt oder in den Bergen und diverse Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in der Nähe vorhanden. Liebevoll eingerichtet und gemütlich. Die Wohnung entspricht zu 100 % den Fotos und der Beschreibung. Das Highlight ist zweifelsfrei die große Terrasse mit Panoramablick über den Genfersee. Besonders hervorheben möchte ich noch die tolle Küchenausstattung! Hinter dem Haus fahren die Züge, Lärmempfindliche sollten das wissen. Ich habe mich wohlgefühlt und kann eine Empfehlung aussprechen.

Ideal sind nicht nur der grosse Garten und das vielfältige Angebot für draussen (Boote, SUPs, etc.) sondern auch die gut ausgerüstete Küche. Top-Sauberkeit im ganzen Haus. Kleiner Wehrmutstropfen war die nahe gelegene Autobahn. Danke an die Top-Hosts Chantal und Familie für den angenehmen Aufenthalt in der See-Villa.

This is the second time we have stayed in Sebastian's appartment and we like it very much. This time, however, was very special since we were in Zermatt during the severe snow storm in April when the town lost electricity for two days and transportation to and from Zermatt was cut. Sebastian and his brother went out of their way to keep us informed of the situation. They also set up a generator for a few hours both days so that we could have hot water, heat and some light during the power outage. Many thanks to them both for being so kind and helpful in these exceptionnal circumstances.

Great lakeside apartment in Vitznau with all the things you need when you're away from home. Judith was great about responding quickly to messages and left clear instructions in a nice book she put together for guests. Walking to the ferry station takes about 10 minutes and it's flat so it's easy to do even with luggage. It takes about an hour to get to Lucerne via the ferry but it's a nice scenic ride. Overall a great, quiet, place to stay with a really nice view and wonderful host. Would recommend to anyone wanting to stay in Vitznau. Thanks, Judith!
