We had a great stay, Ian was very responsive and helpful with any issues we had - great location, very close to Piccadilly gardens and tram stop just outside - you could hear a bit of street noise at night but that’s to be expected from an old property, maybe bring some ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Beautiful interior design & clean - would definitely stay again!

Very well located and easy to find. The city center is just 5m/10m away (walking distance). The apartment looked like the photos. The only think to note is that the blinds in the bedrooms are not blackout which doesn’t block the daylight in the morning.

Private and peaceful apartment away from the busy-ness of Market street, but close enough where walking to and from isn’t a huge hassle. Close to Victoria Station, and not a horrible commute to Picadilly, a little further away. Apartment was clean and comfortable and looked exactly as shown in photos. Host was responsive and helpful. Address at first was a bit confusing as it wasn’t showing up on Apple Maps, but typing the postal code on Google Maps worked and we were able to locate. Host’s instructions from there were exact and detailed. WiFi was also very strong and reliable which is always helpful + a big tv and comfy couch in the living room. Overall, a very good experience - would recommend

A great little place to stay. Sarah was always quick to respond. The place has everything you need for a short stay, plus there’s a shop nearby. The bus stop is nearby too for getting a bus into Sale centre or sometimes I just walked in. I also enjoyed running round the area and along the canal.

The place is great within walking distance of some great spots, shops and restaurants. The apartment has an amazing view of the area.

This apartment is an absolute gem in the heart of Manchester, it’s immaculate inside, has everything you need for a comfortable stay, everything was clean and modern and lovely. As non drivers arriving by public transport we loved the location, easy walking distance from Piccadilly station, frequent trams and buses just minutes away, shops, restaurants and theatres also minutes away on foot. Fantastic location to visit the football stadiums from. The hosts communication was always very prompt and helpful, providing lots of useful info and clear instructions for the property. We can’t wait to come back and stay again!

Beautiful house with plenty of space. Large kitchen/dining area with separate lounges. Very quiet inside the property even with the busy road outside. We have booked to stay again and look forward to another comfortable stay. 10/10.

The accommodation in Prestwich was perfect for our needs. The property is in a quiet cul-de-sac and the front bedroom looks out on to lots of trees. It took us around 35 minutes on public transport to travel into Manchester City centre. My favourite part of the property was the events room, which was light, airy and had French doors at the back which meant we could open them onto the garden and let in the beautiful sun and hear the birds singing. Such a memorable stay for a bridal party all made possible by this lovely accomodation!

Paul & Co were fantastic. Very helpful and allowed us to use this beautiful space. He was accommodating and even took the time to show me the space to see if it was the right fit for my bestmen & groomsmen the night before my wedding. Thank you Paul. Had a lovely stay at Stanislav's place,great location we all loved it ,great location to trafford centre and old trafford stadium good transport links and uber was also cheap to get around and a very quiet street place was warm enough heating was set at a comfortable temperature Only small down side of too much light in the bedroom at night maybe a curtain will do Dirty dishes hidden under clean ones probably not the hosts fault overall I would recommend Stanislav's place you won't be disappointed

Large house with everything needed

This was my second time staying at Ben and Kate's place. I would definitely recommend it if you're looking to stay somewhere peaceful but within a few minutes walking distance into the town centre. They have the comfiest bed and leave delicious chocolates too.

Amazing little apartment in a great location. Only minutes from Old Trafford stadium, a 10 minute drive to Media City and Trafford Shopping centre and near a retail park. Also easy enough to get an Uber into the city Apartment was exactly as described, very clean and all amenities needed The host was really proactive in messaging around check in instructions, which were really clear to follow Smart tv has Netflix and prime but you will need an account to log into these Bathroom is very clean alongside the rest of the apartment Only note would be that the blinds don’t keep out all the light so it can get quite bright in the morning. However we had sleeping masks so wasn’t an issue for us! Would definitely stay here again

Where to begin! We had a fantastic stay in Manchester at the Boutique Penthouse. From the beginning, Warren had great communication and was incredibly responsive and friendly. We particularly appreciated the local food and drink recommendations. The apartment was simply beautiful!! It’s in a great location and was easy to find (particularly with the thorough instructions Warren provided). It’s located above a very lively street, with plenty of fabulous little shops, bars, and cafés. The penthouse location creates a quiet little oasis to relax after a busy day exploring. The kitchen and living room space is beautifully presented, and incredibly inviting. We felt right at home! The master bedroom is no different, and the bed was incredibly comfortable. The bathroom is absolutely stunning, and is reminiscent of a 5 star spa. Warren truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable, with plenty of special little touches along the way. We would book again without hesitation!

The Airbnb was so beautiful in the photos, but even more perfect in person. Everything was well-stocked , I was pleasantly surprised to find a washing machine and dryer. The location was convenient, with lots of local shops nearby, and parking was easy. The staff were also incredibly responsive and lovely to deal with, which made the stay even better. I’ll definitely be staying here again very soon

Wow, what an incredible place! Easily the quirkiest and most memorable stay we've ever had. It’s the perfect balance between homely comfort and modern style. Sleeping in the vault room of a former bank was such a surreal experience. The photos honestly don’t capture just how cool and thoughtfully designed this space really is. Everything you need for a comfortable stay is right at your fingertips. Rob was fantastic too - super helpful and proactive with communication from start to finish. We couldn’t recommend this stay more highly!

Bob is a great host, always responsive, kind, welcoming me wholeheartedly. Homemade bread and juice provided by Bob were yum! The apartment is an absolute 10 out of 10 for an escape. The Mountain View right outside the bedroom window calms me down instantly and I’d say I had some of the most grounding day of this year so far. Highly recommended and plan to come back again.

Great Hosts who gave really helpful instructions throughout, messaged to make sure we were enjoying our stay and were quick to reply when contacted. Great location and a lovely place to stay, would recommend to anyone who needs a place to stay in the area.
