A very nice place to stay. As an athlete, quiet sleep is necessary. Sleep was excellent. The loft stay was close enough to the track, easy drive and reasonably price unlike all accommodations in Eugene during track season.

We only stayed one night while attending a softball tournament at the University of Oregon, but it was just what we needed for a great night's rest. Quite, private and conveniently located. Would definitely stay again. Thanks for having us!!

We had a great stay. It was perfect for our weekend trip. Ken and Sandra were very responsive, willing to help and even let us check in early.

Super cozy spot. Clean and organized. Cute signs for various things around the place. Quiet neighborhood that felt safe. Only thing to be aware of, which is in the listing, is that the floor above does creak as people move around and you can hear people walking around. There was earplugs provided if that is bothersome. Prompt and friendly responses! I would definitely recommend staying here.

What an amazing place. Right downtown. Walking distance to many restaurants. The place was so much more than we expected. It was so spacious and super clean. It seemed brand new. Beds comfortable, couch amazing, closets bedroom size and plenty of amenities. But if you aren’t ok with stairs there are stairs up to the lofts. My parents are senior with mobility challenges but they did ok. Slow and steady up the stairs. Once inside everything was perfect. Thank you. We loved your place. We felt right at home.

The Ruby Room studio apartment is a good little “home away from home”. It’s in a great location, near the best of downtown Eugene & very close to the university. The rooftop patio is lovely on a nice day and it feels clean, safe & secure. Neighbors are friendly & entry is straightforward if you follow all the steps in the instructions. The bed is comfortable and the kitchen & bath are well stocked with all the necessities & more. Nice to have a dedicated parking spot as well. Whole Foods is next door for groceries. We enjoyed Pardita across the street for tacos, margs and live music. Nearby Osteria DOP was a favorite as well. Great pizza!! Dining hours can be tricky in Eugene and things tend to close fairly early. The Saturday morning market is not to be missed! This is a solid option in Eugene if you prefer hotel alternatives.

The house was super easy to find and get in/out of. It was very walkable to the OSU campus, and was perfect for a weekend stay!

It was a PERFECT experience! I would def rent again if back to Eugene … so clean, quaint, easy to walk to Hayward and local restaurants there! Melody was so quick to respond and helpful with recommendations! The place was spotless and stocked bathroom, kitchen, laundry! The neighbors and home owners above us were so quiet!

Great place close enough to Downtown Eugene and campus but far enough away from any chaos

We had a wonderful stay here! The apartment is clean, quiet, and comfortable—a perfect cozy fit for three adults and a dog. It is attached to the host’s house but still feels private and peaceful. The hosts have a very cute dog. The unit is on the lower level yet is bright with lots of windows to let in the fresh air and has direct, same-level access to the gardens. The whole place is well-stocked with anything you may need during your stay. I spent a fair amount of time at the apartment working remotely while the other guests were at a rowing competition, and it was a nice work retreat. There is a small desk and chair available.

Nice and peaceful stay in Springfield. We walked to the coffee shop and went for a run on the trail. We appreciated the amenities and complimentary goodies. I guess I missed that this was a duplex and all three beds share a bathroom, but it's a historic house and it worked out fine. I would definitely recommend to anyone staying in Springfield, which is just outside of Eugene.

I highly recommend a stay at Angie's apartment. She was so kind and added an iron and board because she knew we were in town for a wedding and we needed to iron our guest outfits. Her apartment was so very cute, clean and quiet. The neighborhood is calm.and relaxing and we took evening walks with my family and encountered the sweetest cats . I 10/10 recommend

Really enjoyed my stay! I have stayed in many Airbnbs and this was among the best I've experienced. Clear communication, easy check-in, squeaky clean, very comfortable bed, very convenient to OSU, quiet and walkable neighborhood, and lots of little touches that each made the stay that much more convenient (e.g., easy access outlets next to nightstands, nice lighting and labels on all light switches, large enough surface around bathroom sink for toiletries, coffee pods and mini half and halfs for before I got to the store to provision). Never met the hosts but communicated with them a few times and they were very responsive. Highly recommend if you find yourself in Corvallis for work or pleasure.

Perfect in every way! The apartment was clean and well-appointed. The bed is comfy and the bath towels are super soft. A dream of a stay! I have also rented the barn apartment on the same property. All of my stays have been wonderful! Julie and Mark are exceptional hosts! They are very kind and gracious and go out of their way to make sure you feel at home. Julie is a deeply caring, generous, and honest woman. She is an inspiration. I was treated like family. Even my cat was treated like family! Their property is gorgeous and very well-maintained. The horses are beautiful and friendly. Wildlife is abundant such as deer, frogs, and birds, including wild turkeys. So peaceful! I truly enjoyed my time here. I can’t wait to return! I highly recommend staying here. You will not be disappointed. From the time you arrive to the time you leave; not only will you be staying in the most extraordinary accommodation, you will be treated with kindness and respect. They are amazing people!

Great host and well appointed place.

Lovely spot for a visit. The hot tub was FANTASTIC. Rich was SUPER responsive. Nice quiet neighborhood. There was actually a football and baseball game that weekend, but we couldn't tell from their house, and traffic wasn't an issue in their neighborhood at all.

Great find for the price! The place was as described and a great home base if you’re exploring the area or in town for work. We visited with our dog, and particularly loved the walking trails right outside the front door. Bed was also very comfortable and had all the amenities you may need for a longer stay.

Once we found the place, this is an amazingly comfortable and charming little suite. The bed was awesome. It is a little hard to navigate to the entrance even with clear instructions. Walking down stairs in the yard around the side of the house was a little odd at first but this place was worth the effort. The walkout basement location looks out onto a beautifully landscaped yard with a sitting porch. Greg was very easy to work with and helped me out when my reservation needed to change and then change back. He was very gracious about the whole situation.

This is quaint little place above a wood workshop, but don’t worry, it’s very quiet! Beautiful surroundings and very enjoyable to just sit outside on the deck. Jessica is extremely accommodating and responsive! Being from Las Vegas, we were a bit chilly at night and Jessica willingly provided us with extra blankets. Some of the furniture is a little small, but overall it was comfortable enough. The extra bedroom is very dark with the lights off, which was fine for our daughter. The shower is small, but it gets the job done. There are restaurants and stores within a short driving distance. Jessica’s dogs will greet you when you arrive. They may bark, but they are harmless. The female lab was happy to spend some quality time with us in the room. There are plenty of dishes and silverware provided if you are eating in. All instructions are clear and concise and very easy to follow. We really enjoyed our stay here and would consider reserving it again!
