Stay in this beautiful South University apartment. The location is fabulous- charming neighborhood with Either driveway (when available) or on street parking. Only five blocks from the University of Oregon, we’re located on the bike path. Close to restaurants, shops, and downtown. Very clean and light, this apartment includes a master bedroom with one queen bed and bedding, full bath with tub, comfortable living room with Futon couch that can be set up for additional guests. There is a smart TV and high speed Wi-Fi. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook meals at home – full stove/oven, refrigerator, dishes and cutlery, coffee maker, toaster and dishwasher. Small dining nook with table and 4chairs. The apartment has a private outside stairway entrance and its own small deck and adirondack chairs. Bright and airy with high ceilings, and lots of windows. Includes stacked washer/dryer. Children welcome. So many great restaurants within walking distance! The apartment is one block away from Sundance natural food market. Also within walking distance of 19th St. McMenamin’s Pub, Prince Puckler’s ice cream, Eugene City Bakery, Bepe & Gianni’s Italian Restaurant, Agate Alley and Studio One Café. Amazon running/biking trails and public pool are all just blocks away. Bicycle rental nearby. We are 7 blocks from Hayward Field. The apartment is above a large Craftsman style house- which is where we, your hosts, live. We are available at all times, but respect your privacy. The apartment is a self-check-in, allowing you to arrive at any time. PAYMENT by airbnb website service prior to arrival. PARKING – Room for two small cars on left side of driveway or permit street parking available. The calendar is up to date. The condo is an 800 sq. ft. apartment located above our working shop & is separate from our home, w/ a hot tub you reserve. The main open loft space has a king bed & single sofa sleeper. There is a separate bedroom space w/ a full bed. It has a small bathroom & kitchen. The condo & our home are on 2 acres with lush trees & close to vineyards, such as, Coria, Willamette Valley, and Ankeny & beautiful parks, a wildlife refuge, & rivers.
