Staying at Lauren’s Airbnb was one of the best travel experiences I’ve had in recent memory. From the moment I booked, I could tell this was going to be a different level of hospitality. Lauren was proactive, clear, and friendly in all communication—she reached out ahead of time with a warm welcome and offered incredibly helpful information about the home, the neighborhood, and even curated recommendations for restaurants, cafés, and local experiences. Her attention to detail and genuine thoughtfulness set the tone for the entire stay. The property itself exceeded all expectations. It was immaculately clean, beautifully styled, and had a calming, modern aesthetic that immediately made me feel relaxed and at ease. The Oyster House is absolutely amazing. The perfect place to rest and unwind with a spectacular view and peaceful surrounds. The kitchen was well stocked and the home very spacious and comfortable. We loved sitting in front of the fire and soaking up the ambiance. This was our first trip to Tasmania and we have enjoyed every minute. We will definitely be returning to the Oyster House. Absolutely loved our stay, the accommodation had everything you would want or need and was pristine clean. The location was peaceful and the sunsets were amazing. Highly recommend as you will not be disappointed.

A stunning, cosy little cabin in the sky. It had everything we needed, and Ros and Tim were very helpful and very responsive at all times. Perched in a stunning location and overlooking Coles Bay with a great view of the mountains. The cabin is modern and well-designed and beautifully fitted out. You’ll enjoy it!

Aerie retreat is a perfect little piece of nature- stunning views, private, peaceful and romantic. The house is cosy and well stocked to cook meals. The hot tub and deck are gorgeous, even in the rain. We saw seals, in the channel, and wallabies and possums on the property. The stairs to the water are steep but worth exploring. The tinderbox forest walk is fantastic and nearby Blackmans Bay is also charming. Would return in a heartbeat.

My husband and I enjoyed our stay here. As it was far away from the rest of civilization, there was no light pollution and we got to see the milky way at night. We also enjoyed petting shadow the horse, walks by the river, and sitting by the fireplace.

Petrea’s place was absolutely perfect! It’s very clear that a lot of thought and effort has gone in to ensuring that guests feel comfortable and very much at home. The decor and furniture make for a perfect setting for a cosy night by the stunning fireplace, beds were extremely comfortable and everything you may need is provided. Great location, great value for money and an overall great vibe…. We did not want to leave. Thank you Petrea!

We had a wonderful stay at Sonia’s Airbnb! Sonia is a truly kind and thoughtful host—she was incredibly helpful throughout our trip. The house was fully equipped with everything we needed, and we were especially impressed by the detailed travel guide she personally made. It gave us a deeper understanding of Hobart’s history and culture, and added so much value to our experience. The location is also perfect: very close to the city center, yet tucked away in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The large floor-to-ceiling windows were a highlight—they offered stunning views of Hobart and let in beautiful natural light. It was the perfect spot to relax and soak up the sun. Highly recommended for anyone visiting Hobart!

I couldn’t have asked for more during my stay at Ruth’s. The space was warm, cozy and inviting after my long work days. Bed was super comfortable and the kitchen and bathroom were well stocked, clean and modern. Ruth was a great host. Thank you.

The place was absolutely lovely. Very clean, cosy, easy access to extra towels and blankets, incredible view of the river, close to Mona, huge tv that’s easy to use. It was a really peaceful space. The hosts live above and said hello but otherwise left us to ourselves. I think they would have been up for a chat if we were. The kitchen was stocked with a few essentials and some treats which was lovely. Highly recommend!!

Julie's place is a fantastic place to stay in Hobart. It was super convenient, cozy and peaceful, and we felt right at home. There was even a lovely little box of treats on the dining table waiting for us when we arrived! Would highly recommend this place.

Loved this place from the moment I walked in - no keys to worry about, a beautiful scent as I walked in, the most amazing mattress, beautiful linen and pillows on the bed, a wonderful bathroom with underfloor heating a great size bath to soak in, a huge rain head shower plus a small one too, a full oven ( I didn’t use !) a dishwasher, huge fridge and everything else you could possibly need. It was a very private space, right in the centre of the CBD but peaceful and quiet too, easy walking anywhere and a specialty cake shop just a few steps away ! Elizabeth and Rodney were very responsive and their place was spotless 🌟I loved my 3 night stay and will be back again soon.

Great stay. Lovely views. Quiet and comfortable. We had our own parking space and entrance. Friendly hosts who also respected our privacy.

We really enjoyed our stay at James place. The place was very clean and comfortable and nice to relax after all day exploring Hobart. We were also able to check in early which is a bonus! James have been great! Highly recommend this place

Roxy and Ambre have done a beautiful job with this unit. You can hear the waves crashing and see the beach from the apartment. Beautifully clean and bed was really comfortable. You are close to many yummy restaurants and a few with delicious vegan GF options. If you like op shopping like me you'll find them in walking distance to the apartment. We stayed for 6 days and the neighbours were lovely saying hi to our son each day. The beach is also a kids paradise with a swing on the sand and an area the community have set up with toys. Lovely little touches in the apartment with a rain jacket and umbrellas. We just loved it and will definitely be back. Thanks for making our holiday so relaxing.

Our family had a wonderful stay at Natalie’s apartment. The location of the apartment is great with lots to do with close walking distance. The apartment itself is very spacious, modern, clean and had all the amenities we needed for our family of 4. Natalie and the co-host Dave were really responsive and were immediately able to help out after we had an issue with an access key. Highly recommended.

The place is great, it is an easy walk to so many places around the cbd.

An amazing location and spot, the hosts were attentive and the room was spotless and adorably homely! Not to mention the amazing views, sad we didn’t book for longer! Definitely will be back next time.
