Monthly Rentals in Swan Point

Chris’s guest house is a charming cottage on its own grounds directly overlooking the water with a jetty and an osprey nest just off the beach. Chris is a friendly host who lives on the next house up the road and is always available with tips and recommendations without being intrusive. The house is clean and warm. Sylvia really enjoyed a wonderful experience with a ride on our hosts’ motor launch around the myriads of nearby creeks and bays- unforgettable!

The view from the window every morning was beyond words, and having coffee on my private porch each day with the breathtaking scenery became an unforgettable experience. Although I didn’t get to meet the host Nancy in person, she was kind and always responded promptly, making the whole stay truly delightful. This is a place I would definitely love to return to someday.

Lisa’s place was absolutely beautiful! We felt right at home and had plenty of space! Check in was easy, great suggestions on grocery/restaurants. The kitchen was beyond well stocked and the beds were extremely comfortable! My family enjoyed our comfy stay , especially our kiddo… she wouldn’t get out of the pool!
