Surrounded by the city’s most famed attractions, the apartment allows easy access to the countless cafés and restaurants of the area, but is located in a side street, sheltered from the clamour of nightlife. The apartments are located in a small village, surrounded by the calm of nature.

Grazioso loft vicino all' Università degli Studi di Trieste con parcheggio incustodito davanti all'alloggio. Si tratta di un appartamento di 20m2 composto da una piccola camera matrimoniale, bagno e zona giorno con divano letto. L'alloggio è molto particolare, con mobili pensati a rendere utili tutti gli spazi. Nelle vicinanze si trova una lavanderia a gettoni, una pasticceria, due supermercati e una farmacia. The space has just finished renovation and everything is new, fully equipped kitchen, large bedroom with TV, lovely bathroom and another separate WC.
