Vacation rentals with outdoor seating in Sveti Vlas

Ivan's little house is very nice, the outdoor space with its many plants is appreciated. It is well located, close to the beach with commmerces (excellent fruit and vegetable shop) and restaurants within a 5-minute walk and parking available on site.

We enjoyed a great stay at the villa .every thing was very much as described in the listing. The host was really helpful and always available.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

The owners were really firendly and take a good care of us in every situtation. Strong recommendation!

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. A very comfortable stay in this lovely apartment. Despite being near the main road the house was very quiet with good quality windows and doors. Superb beds, beautiful bathroom, kitchen and lounge/dining area. All kitchen equipment new and the place was clean and tidy, the modern fixtures and fittings made it feel clutter free. Rado was always quick to reply to any queries. Loved Sarafavo for easy access to shops, restaurants, airport and the beach. Thank you - we enjoyed our stay.

It was a perfect stay. Decent place where i didn’t regret for spent money at all, kind and responsive host, one of the best at my memory, scenery was beautiful, peaceful atmosphere and walkable access for the beach, groceries stores. Kateryna responded quickly to our messages. The apartament was clean, had everything what we needed. Is very close to the beach and in the complex are pools with slides, which are well maintained and perfect for the kids. If we return to Bulgaria for holiday, for sure we will come back to Kateryna's place.

This is a great apartment with the most lovely view over the sea. Oleg was a wonderful host, and gave clear instructions for check in. He was in contact throughout my stay, and helped me with check out. The shops and Lidl are 15-20 minutes walk away, with the bus and taxi stations also right outside the door. The apartment itself is comfortable and has everything you need. I would highly recommend this place, and I will miss the sound of the sea every day! Thank you Oleg! :)

Daniel was a great host. Every time I contacted him the response was quick and helpful. The accommodation is at central location. Literally everything is no more than 5 minutes away, including the beach. There are a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. The space is not very big but was more than enough for us. It was clean and well maintained. Bear in mind that there is no kitchen. There’s only a kettle, coffee machine, a few cups, a few plates and some cutlery. Also the fridge is quite small therefore there is no space for anything else except some bottles. Overall we had a great time and we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Daniel.

I highly recommend the place! Very modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. A crib was brought on request. Viktor was very kind and helpful, he always responded immediately and helped. Beautiful location overlooking the pool and the sea. Nearby is a supermarket and a small beach. Completely satisfied with everything. Glad to come back!

Stayed at Veronikas apartment for a week. The apartment is very cozy and well equipped. Veronika was also very friendly and easy to communicate with.

Rozalia’s place was definitely worth the money. Location was walkable, very good restaurant and fruits stands right across the street. Very quiet place. I was sleeping very well there. No criminals in the area, you can walk late at night around the area. I’m very satisfied.

Great accommodation complex on the border of Nessebar and Ravda! Beautiful place and small apartment offering the necessary amenities to make you feel at home! The atmosphere created by Katerina, the official hostess of this apartment, is something she can't help but impress. Colorful, cozy, with walls dotted with pictures and paintings... It's like you're walking in and someone starts telling you a story! It was a very nice week break for our family of three! I'm glad we picked the right place!
