Waterfront vacation rentals in Sveti Vlas

We had a vacation in June, two adults and two children. Our stay at the apartment was great. A wonderful complex, a charming well-maintained area, the sea and the beach are right behind the fence of the complex. Beautiful sea view from the territory. Beautiful clean pools and playgrounds. The apartment was well equipped and clean, it has everything you need for a comfortable stay and cooking (except for the oven). You can also relax on the terrace with a great view of the pool and magnolias growing nearby. Communication with John and Lena was very pleasant from the beginning, and until we moved out of the apartment, they were always ready to help and answer our questions. In general, we were very satisfied with the vacation and the apartment and hope to return.

It's nice place, one of the closest apartments I have been to the sea.

The flat was clean and in a quiet location. Bars and coffee shops just a few minutes walk. The flat had a good size bath tub as well as a shower. A two minute walk to the bus stop for easy access to Burgas. The buses run frequently and into the evening

Martin 's Apartment was everything advertised and even more. we did not check in until 11.45pm due to flights and there was a present surprise in the fridge for us, bottle of wine, nice cakes & 2 bottles of water. The views are stunning from the apartment and there is a corner shop 3 minutes walk,. for an evening bigger shopping experience there is a full size supermarket within 14 walk. From this supermarket you can also catch the local bus to Sunny Beach & Nessebar. bus no 5 & 8 ( 2 lev each way ) if one prefers there is a taxi stand 5 minutes from apartment. Also room to park a car if you have one hired. we eat at some local restaurants and the food was wonderful. I nearly forgot to mention the pool, local beach 4m walk. & one can also catch the water taxi to Nessebar. 10m walk from the apartment.we reached out to Martin on 3 occasions and he came straight back with advise.I would have no hesitation recommending this apartment to anyone. Elizabet's apartment is brilliant and has an amazing sea view. There is everything you need for the living, kitchen is fully equipped. Clean and tidy apartment. Elizabet is a really nice host. I recommend her apartment.

I highly recommend the place! Very modernly furnished and equipped with everything you need. A crib was brought on request. Viktor was very kind and helpful, he always responded immediately and helped. Beautiful location overlooking the pool and the sea. Nearby is a supermarket and a small beach. Completely satisfied with everything. Glad to come back!

The villa is situated in a great location in Sozopol. It's spacious, with nice, big enough bedrooms, a huge common area with everything you need for a peaceful stay on the sea. Within walking distance is the Paradise Bay restaurant, while nearly 1.8 km away is the restaurant Dalyan Chaika. It is also walking distance to Bamboo beach. I would certainly visit again and recommend with two hands to the still wobbly.

My friend and I visited Sozopol for the first time and picked Милена’s apartment because of the proximity to the beach and it was incredible! Very clean and spacious, with a porch facing the ocean. The neighborhood/street was also quiet so we could hear the ocean at night. There were also great places to eat nearby, and it was only a short walk to the older part of Sozopol. It was easy to check in and leave, and we would certainly hope to stay there again if we come back to Sozopol!

Villa Zigra was absolutely unique: from the location (built on a rock above the Black Sea), to the architectural design and furnishing choices, the place provided an exquisite combination of style, comfort, and breathtaking views from every room in the house. Rosi was incredibly responsive from the first day to the last, including returning a message we sent at 11pm one evening. We cannot recommend this place more- our family enjoyed it tremendously and would happily return in the future!

Great stay in Sozopol. The apartment is conveniently located 5 minutes from the beach. The sea views are fantastic.

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

We had a wonderful and lazy time here.We are an elderly couple, aged 60. We came for nature, silence and privecy and this is exactly what we have found. Everything is as discribed, maybe even better looking as you get here. As we knew before what to expect (carefully reading the description ), we took everything we needed with us : very few things to wear (there are no wardrobes ; maybe no one in the house ever felt this need ) and food for the whole stay. There are two shops with basic food products (some vegetables, groceries, beer, icecream,…) and small hotels with restaurants, but we felt good just being alone. The view from the garden is wonderful, the pool is very refreshing on hot summer days. Very quiet neighbors and nice and helpful hosts. We felt like visiting some friends who lended us their home for one week, everything we needed was left for us to feel good. As allways, we tried to leave everything as we found it. Since there are enough beds in 3 rooms of the house, each room having its own bath, I assume that the place is also suitable for larger families or/and friends. Parking the car was a bit challanging. You can choose to leave your car on the street in front the gate or you can drive in reverse on a narrow path (2,4 m) and 40 m long , on one side of the house. Joanna's apartment is defintely the most well equipped airnnb we have ever stayed in, which makes it ideal especially if your are travelling with children. The Etara complex is very nice with beautiful gardens and tradițional bulgarian architecture. One of the pools was just în front of the apartment but we prefered going to the beach which is also very close ( a few minutes walking diatance) and beautiful. The communication was great and Joanna was very helpful with everything. Overall, we had a great stay and the accomodation was perfect for us.

Nice place!

We had a wonderful stay at Nika’s place! A super responsive and flexible host, Nika stayed up late to check us in after our flight was a bit delayed, and really helped us book some taxis for sightseeing too. The apartment itself is beautiful, and it is so close to the beach! It had all amenities we might possibly need and more, and we can’t wait to come back soon.

Perfect location minutes from both the beach and old town Nessebar! There is a supermarket steps away and some great restaurants right in the “new town”. The complex is very clean and modern, and the pool was a nice amenity as well. Kamila was nice enough to wash some of my clothes as well!

We were here last year, and now we came back to home with same feelings: another wonderful weekend. Rayna helped a lot with this: clear and comfortable apartment, with all you need to have for a family. She waited for us, helped us with the accommodation. During our vacation we were asked if we were ok, if we needed anything else - it was very nice from them. So, if you want to spend a great vacation, in an atmosphere like home - I wholeheartedly recommend Rayna.

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
