House vacation rentals in Sveti Vlas

what an absolutely gorgeous place to stay. Accommodation was spacious and had everything we needed for our 10 day stay. Everything was clean, tidy and worked perfectly. Any small hiccups (like us not understanding the boiler operation) were delt with quickly and help was at hand for everything we needed or wanted. The host and people on site we fantastic, welcoming and helpful. The pool was a very welcome addition and kept clean to a high standard by everyone as were the grounds of the complex. This was exactly what we were looking for and are already planning our next visit. The property does require a car to get to for ease but there is a bus service to sunny beach. The village has a small pub, a few shops and little place to eat which sold the best burger we have ever had served in a Bulgarian pocket bread. Can't thank Genya and Dessie enough for their help and everyone on site for their very warm welcome. Can't wait to go back.

The home is a real gem. In the pictures, not even detailed all the amenities. The check-in is self contained, with a key in a lock box with a code, own parking space in front of the house (you constantly see your car), the complex is closed and with CCTV. With controlled access (doorman with barrier at entrance). The villa is separated from the hotel area and among other villas, beautifully and tidy. The pool is for the use of the cottage only and is in the backyard of the house. There is a 1.5m fence around the cottage. It has absolutely everything you need for a stay. There is a supermarket in the complex with everything you need from cosmetics to food and drinks. There is also a bar at the hotel complex pool with great cocktails. The villa is suitable if you want peace and privacy. Spacious and comfortable. There are many cats in the complex. Petty, not cheeky, they are clean. Communication with Alan was smooth. Everything was explained in detail. We left sad because we needed to stay! Thank you, we will be back again next year with pleasure.

Good location, close to the center and close to the sea. There is a shop nearby. A little headlined from the road, but rest does not interfere. Having two bathrooms is a big bonus! The kitchen is fully equipped - fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher and washing machine. Clean bedding and towels. The place was very clean when we arrived. Thank you for a nice stay.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Everything matches the description, go ahead. It is very well maintained, closed and secure to leave the children in the wild. It is for families or friends, there is a covered place equipped with tables and chairs to eat for 12 people. Worry-free street parking, nice neighbors. It takes a car because it is 25/30 minutes from the beaches but it is indicated in the listing. The village grocery store is clean and has a lot of things. Chuck Wagon is 10 minutes away and grilled and pizza, on site or take away for prices from another time, a meatball is 90 cts in €...well, with 2, you ate well. Perfect.

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

We stayed at the Ravda Residence for one week as a group of 11 people, and our experience was exceptional. The co-host, Oleg, was incredibly helpful and attentive throughout our stay. Anything we needed was either already available or promptly arranged by Oleg, demonstrating the hosts dedication to guest satisfaction. The house itself was spacious, clean, and modern—perfectly suited for accommodating a larger group. Although the property is typically intended for up to 10 guests, Oleg kindly arranged an additional bedroom to ensure everyone in our group was comfortable. The location was also ideal, with the beach just 100 meters away, making it easily accessible. The property offered numerous amenities, including bicycles, a sauna, and various recreational activities in the backyard. We especially appreciated the outdoor BBQ area, grill, and fireplace. Everything needed—firewood, an axe, and fire starters—was though

It was a lovely family flat we stayed in. The place was spotless. We expected it to be smaller, so were pleasantly surprised upon arrival. Fani’s son who came over to drop the keys was very friendly and accommodating. We had a great experience. The communication was a little bit off at times, nothing a quick phone call couldn’t resolve though.

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

A beautiful place to rest and enjoy the Bulgarian seaside! The house was tastefully designed to take the guest away from the busy daytime in the city and provide a tranquil retreat. Add the pool and the starry nights and the vacation at the Yellow House becomes the perfect summer destination. All the hot spots in this part of the seaside are a quick drive away, including the beaches, restaurants, shops. We had a wonderful time and would definitely choose Manuela's house for our next visit to the Black Sea.
