Nice place to stay in Sveti Vlas, near to the beach (5-10min). AC in each room. Perfectly clean. Very long balcony. Spacious living room.

Die Lage des Appartements ist 10 Minuten vom Strand und 5 Minuten von der Bushaltestelle entfernt. Der Check in war einfach, der Schlüssel könnte beim 24/7 Sicherheitsdienst am Eingang abgeholt werden. Das Appartement war sauber und wie auf dem Fotos. Hinter dem Haus befinden sich 2 Pools und ein kleiner Kinderspielplatz welche genutzt werden können.

Прекрасное место для отдыха! Квартира полностью соответствует описанию — всё очень чисто, аккуратно и продумано до мелочей. До моря буквально 2 минуты пешком, что стало огромным плюсом. Внутри есть всё необходимое для комфортного проживания: стиральная машина, мультиварка, полностью оборудованная кухня со всей посудой и приборами. Особое удовольствие — бассейн, идеально чистый и ухоженный, с комфортной зоной для отдыха. Район тоже очень понравился — тихо, зелено, много красивых мест для прогулок. Отличный вариант как для короткой поездки, так и для длительного отдыха. Очень довольны, спасибо хозяевам! Обязательно вернёмся 😊

The place is good. Brand new apt. The apartment is tiny studio. Kitchen has very minimum required dishes. No problem with parking.

Très bel appartement, avec équipements de qualités et de beaux espaces. Le resort est à min à pied d’un plage avec transats. Parking sous terrain compris dans la location. Je recommande. Attention, à notre arrivée la piscine était pas en eau, ils l’ont mise en eau à partir du 1er juin.

Гарне розташування, близько до центру та близько до моря. Поряд магазинчик. Трошки заголосно з дороги, але відпочинку не заважає. Наявність двох ванних кімнат великий бонус! Кухня повністю укомплектована - холодильник, морозильна камера, духовка, плита, посудомийна та пральна машини. Чистий постіль та рушники. Помешкання було дуже чистим, коли ми приїхали. Дякую за гарний відпочинок.

The villa was spacious and nice, there was everything that you need. It also had a pool and a fireplace. It was 5 minutes to the beach and 2 minutes to the shop. There were many shops and restaurants in the area. The host was very nice and there were no problems.

Georgi's mom was very helpful and friendly. We checked in pretty late because of some issues we had on the way and she didn't have a problem with it, she was so helpful! The apartment has an amazing view and location. Also there is everything you need there! Would totally recommend. :)

Absolutely a fantastic spot looking over the ocean, everything needed was supplied excpet 1 thing, a kettle. Being a Brit a kettle is important, but we worked around that tiny thing. You can walk to many excellent resaurants in a couple of minutes and Old Nesebar is a beautiful place. The actual appartment was very clean and well presented with plenty of room for four adults. Overall an excellent visit and wouldn't hesitate to go again or recommend to anyone who wanted to have a superb base in old Nesebar.

Super place for relaxing trip with family or group. Only the village has not so many direct action, for more active action need taxy to Burgas or for unlimited nightlife to Sunny Beach

A lovely rustic apartment above a pretty resturaunt in the heart of the old town. The highlight was definitely the balcony overlooking the bay with a fabulous view. Being above a resturaunt there is some mild background noise but nothing major and was always quiet in the later evenings. The island itself is mainly free of traffic and very quiet at night so you can enjoy the sounds of the waves! Also very handy for the fast ferry to Sozopol.

My husband and I loved staying here! The owners were incredibly sweet and hospitable, and the room was warm, comfortable and well outfitted. We loved the charming balcony overlooking the inner courtyard. The place has everything you need, the location is perfect, and staying here in the off season is much more enjoyable, since you have the old town to yourself, no traffic or crowds. A great place with easy access to the Sea Garden and city center, as well as lots of shops nearby. Felt right at home.

Such a perfect stay in summer! The Paradise Dreams complex is a great quiet place for a family with children. There are 3 pools and beautiful gardens inside. Close location to the seaside. Also a big plus is a public bus stop nearby, that takes you to Sunny Beach and Nessebar within 15-30 minutes. The apartment itself is really comfortable for living! There was a microwave, clothes washer and everything you need for your everyday routine. Extremely responsive and kind host. Highly recommend!

Rozalia’s place was definitely worth the money. Location was walkable, very good restaurant and fruits stands right across the street. Very quiet place. I was sleeping very well there. No criminals in the area, you can walk late at night around the area. I’m very satisfied.

Чудесен комплекс за настаняване на границата между Несебър и Равда! Красиво място и малък апартамент, предлагащ нужните удобства, за да се почувстваш като у дома си! Атмосферата, създадена от Катерина - официалната домакиня на този апартамент, е нещо, което няма как да не направи впечатление. Цветно, уютно, със стени, изпъстрени със снимки и картини... Сякаш влизаш и някой започва да ти разказва история! Беше една много хубава едноседмична почивка за тричленното ни семейство! Радвам се, че избрахме правилното място!

Olena is a great host--proactive, responsive, helpful and engaged. She went above and beyond to help us sort a minor problem with the kitchen and was very present in getting us settled in at the beginning of our stay. Daria, her neighbour who helps with guests, was lovely, cheerful and took good care of us. The place itself, while a wee bit smaller than the photos suggest, was very comfortable. The kitchen was very well equipped and everything worked very well. We enjoyed our stay and recommend the place to others!
