Vacation rentals with breakfast in Sveti Stefan Beach

Ivan’s family farm is a cluster of beautiful stone cottages set amongst fruit trees with BBQs, pools & terraces to enjoy. I’m sure amazing in the summer but not as useable during our late October stay unfortunately. The location is peaceful with beautiful views of the mountains & very close to a number of vineyards. The cottage we had was large & spacious with everything we needed. Ivan is great host. Quick to respond, helpful with advice & recommendations. He met us so we could follow him in our hire car to the property & also supported by printing our boarding passes that we read we needed for Podgorica airport rather than digital (which wasn’t true for information). Great & peaceful last two days to our three week tour in the Balkans. Thanks Ivan!! 😊

The hosts were outstanding from the moment of arrival, making always the most to make you feel at home and to enjoy your staying. We were received with an warm welcome of some fruits and sweets from their produce, followed by a short tour on the surroundings of their field and a little tasting of their liquors in the wine cellar. The farm is just wonderful and a truly ecological example. The local breakfast and dinner were a delight.

It was a very valuable stay for us! We were warmly received by the host. The house is located in a unique place with beautiful view. Everything as described. Clean. Excellent water quality, clean air. Our honest recommendations.

A lovely place to stay. We were able to have our dinners and breakfasts at the villa, with good food cooked by the hosts (and home made alcohol too!). If you want to do a boat trip on Lake Skadar, speak to Dragan as he organized that for us with a local friendly guide. We had initially looked to stay in Virpazar and were glad we chose this place instead, it was nice being more on the outskirts of the town.

The room is very close to the ancient city, fully furnished, spacious room with a terrace outside. The host and housekeeper responded promptly and were very welcoming.

It's a great apartment, we particularly loved the balcony area and the location. it's far enough away from the town to be more chilled, but close enough to walk in. it's also right by the water, so easy to find a jetty to swim from and sunbathe on!

Excellent apartment. Perfect location for visit to Kotor. Slobodanka and Sam are probably the beat hosts we had so far. Thank you and hope to see you soon.

We spent a lovely week at Biljana’s beautiful property with two children aged 2 and 4. Amazing view with sunsets, great pool and lots to see in the area. Biljana and her family were so kind and helpful. Thank you so much for everything. We will definitely come again!

We felt very comfortable. The space is great, just the view from the balcony is priceless. The private sea access was worth gold as the beaches in the area were excessively crowded. We really liked Montenegro except for a few small things and we can recommend the place.

Thank you for the nice router messages starting before check in and thanks to the team who were helpful during the stay. I can say that the place is right on the beach, you can leave the room and swim in the sea after a few steps. The air conditioning , clean beds and towels were very successful. We had our breakfasts in the section with sea views. It was also important that it was close to Budva.

We really enjoyed our stay! The place is so cute and very clean. Bojana and her mother were so kind, helpful and lovely. They helped us with the boat tour, to wash our clothes and everything! I would recommend a million time ☀️

Amazing place with great attention to detail. The room was very clean, and the property was incredibly well-maintained. Andjela was attentive and responded quickly, and her brother helped us with everything at the villa. There were a few minor issues, but I'm sure they will be taken care of. Thank you!
