Great location, pristine apartment exactly as described. It is on a main road so expect commuter traffic noise from first thing. Lovely hosts - very helpful. Note - parking on road is virtually impossible - garage v useful (small extra charge).

We had our stay in August 23 - this apartment is a little "diamond" and offers a sensational, panoramic view over Crikvenica from the balcony. It's a pity we we never met Ibrahim in person, but it was simply not necessary - he was very well-organised, provided all necessary information in advance with pictures and answered any question within minutes via the Airbnb app. Maybe one relevant point: we occupied the apartment with 6 persons and thus, came with 2 cars. There is only 1 parking space included into the apartment (which we knew before), but we didn't know the parking situation on the street is a littebit tricky and it took us some days to find a proper place for parking. All other points are perfect - the apartment is clean, well-equipped and all relevant stuff was there, including towels, kitchen instruments etc. Looking forward to visit this apartment again!

We enjoyed every minute at the apartment. I was particularly surprised by the first-class equipment of the kitchen ... for the first time that it was not only one, but even two pans in top condition. The view from the balcony, especially at sunset, was great. For the mosquitoes in the sheep room and on the Balkom, Ana can't ... ;-)

Very pleasant lady and her son. The ace was squickly clean and the surroundings were amazing. Just three minutes from the beaches.

This place was a true gem! Everything was so comfortable and inviting, I felt right at home. The relaxing atmosphere made it easy to unwind. It was the perfect spot for a getaway, and I can't wait to return. Highly recommend!

Absolutely stunning location with access to the beach for swimming or a walking path to town. About a 5 minute walk to a bar/restaurant on the water or a 20 minute walk to Piran. The description does not lie — quite a steep hike from the parking lot to the house, especially with luggage. Definitely bring mosquito repellant if you want to sit outside.

Highly recommended apartment! Perfect for two people, very well cared for and equipped with everything you need, exactly as described in the listing. The environment is quiet, very close to wonderful beaches and with a nice promenade in a short time you can reach the center of Rovinj. Filip was a super helpful host, friendly and attentive to any of our needs. We hope to be back soon!

We stayed in Milena's house for a week now and felt comfortable there. The apartment was actually bigger than we expected. Despite the heat, it was also well tolerated in the house without the available air conditioning. Previously, Milena wrote how it works with the key handover, everything worked out just fine. Milena's son greeted us very nicely. The house was handed over to us clean. With the kitchen inventory, you could replace a few small things. You have everything you'll need. Oven,coffee maker,kettle,microwave…. Price/performance top! The beach is Max.5 minutes away. There are snacks and snack bars. In one of the bars, there was often live music in the evening.
