The house is located at the end of a dead end road, in the middle of Drøbak city center. Quiet and secluded, while it is only a two-minute walk to the "hustle and bustle". No other residents. The house is 94 sqm and contains two large bedrooms, a small bathroom with heated floors, large and spacious entrance, new kitchen and large living room with two large sofas that can be used as beds. Everything was renovated in 2017. There is a patio with evening sun that belongs to the house and parking outside. Right by the beach, forest, mountains and city. Whether you want to travel, climb, kite or just relax. Heating is provided by a heat pump and wood stove as well as panel heaters.

Cottage by the sea with a large dock

The place is perfectly located between Fredrikstad, Halden, the Swedish coast and Vestfold. You can arrive and have a car parked on the property, but if you have a boat then this is a connecting point for so many amazing excursions. You can easily go to Skjærhalden, Søndre or Nordre, Edholmen, Strømstad, Koster, Engelsviken or into Fredrikstad. A short trip can be to visit the different restaurants Hvaler Islands have to offer and a longer trip can be Grebbestad or Tønsberg and others.

Cosy cabin with a great view. 200 meters to the nearest beach and 800 meters to a big public beach. Sun from 8 am to 10 pm in the summer. Large terrace on three levels. Kitchen holds a modern standard. Main cabin holds to bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with a single bed), living room, dining area (with a kitchen sofa that can be made in to a double bed) and kitchen. Second cabin is the bathroom and third cabin is a bedroom. Note: The third cabin is without electricity.
