Perfekt for by og markaferie. 15 minutter med bil til sivilasjonen eller 20 minutters togtur til Oslo S fra Snippen stasjon 200 meter unna.Til Varingskollen Alpinsenter er det 20 minutter med tog andre veien. Nordmarkas turstier og sykkelveier starter ved dørstokken. Verten bor i nærheten og er tilgjengelig. Huset har 20 kvm grunnflate, men er effektivt utnyttet med hems, stor takhøyde og gode vindusflater. Terassen er sydvendt og solrik.

The apartement is all new - it’s on the 9th floor with a beautiful view. 1 minute to foodstore, 3 minutes to the subway. (T-bane) The T-bane takes you to the center of Oslo in 13 minutes. Close to NIH (Norwegian School of Sport Sciences) and the Sogn student ‘city’ UIO. Also to the lovely forest Nordmarka and the beautiful lake Sognsvann, where you can go swimming or ice-skating. Safe and quiet area. Feel free to inquire if preferred dates are marked as blocked. I might be able to reschedule .

Her er det loftsvinduer og autentisk treverk i taket og heltre gulv. Soverommet er romslig med en stor komfortabel seng og en praktisk kjøkkenkrok. Det er en liten sitteplass rett utenfor vinduene hvor du kan nyte utsikten over store deler av Oslo og Oslofjorden. Gratis parkering i gaten for de som kommer med bil. En sovesofa, med plass til 2 personer, som kan lett gjøres om til vanlig sofa. Fullt ustyrt kjøkken.

Len deg tilbake og slapp av på dette rolige, elegante stedet. Når du kommer inn døren så er du i stuen. Med privat balkong og peis. En sofa og queen size seng. Ta trappen ned for å komme til kjøkken og bad. Kjøkkenbenken er ganske liten, men den har induksjonstopp og stekeovn. Leiligheten passer for en til to personer som ønsker å være nær turterreng og skiløyper. Fint utgangspunkt for turer i naturen. Samtidig kun 30 minutter fra Oslo sentrum med museer og restauranter.
