Kuća ima veliku natkrivenu terasu koja pruža maksimalnu privatnost i uživanje tijekom dana i večeri. Kuća je opremljena sa svim potrebnim uređajima. Ima pristup WI-FI-u, besplatan parking za dva automobila. U neposrednoj blizini nalaze se svi potrebni turistički sadržaji, a od mora je udaljena 150m.
