The area around the building has an emart supermarket and restaurants. The building itself had a CU and some eateries too. So it was very convenient and comfortable for a 10 day stay for my business trip. thank you Zoe !

I stayed with my daughter for two weeks. First of all, the location and transportation are so good. 1 minute walk from the subway. If you get to Gangnam in 20 minutes, you're in! The airport bus also stops right in front of the house. There are many convenience stores, bakeries, and restaurants nearby. The officetel is tidy and cute. The bed is comfortable. I didn't cook in the kitchen, but it had all the necessary utensils, and I used the Nespresso and electric kettle very usefully. I used the drying rack, hair dryer, and everything else in the laundry room. Most importantly, a kind host. He answered questions right away. Please send me a KakaoTalk message as soon as the detergent runs out. I had a really comfortable stay.

There was a gathering with friends, so I booked the accommodation in a hurry, but thanks to you, I had a really good time. It was right in front of the station, so transportation was convenient, and I was satisfied with the surrounding infrastructure.

Though it was hard to find at first, Jane’s location is very clean and it is what is described in the listing. It is near to the subway station which is a plus. The place is also secure, quiet and very private. It has an amazing view of Pangyo and it is near to a 24 hour convenience stores and 24 hour restaurants. A very good find indeed. Jane is also very responsive to our messages.

The accommodation was new, so it was neat, quiet, and the interior was so clean that it was nice!!!

I was a little worried because it was built, but it was so neat and well decorated that I wanted it to be my home. However, the bathroom was narrow, so my tall friend was a little uncomfortable. I rested pleasantly. Thank you!

There were a lot of games in the accommodation and there was a CD player, so I had fun without realizing the time!! It was so clean and the interior was so nice, so I was hanging out thinking I wanted to live here. I'm 120% willing to revisit!!

Wow, I've used Airbnb a lot, but it's really here. It was a satisfactory accommodation. It was neat and spacious, and the bed was so fluffy. The water in the bathroom came out well, and the water pressure was good. What was really, really nice was the bedding, but it was heavy, smelly, and big... I really wanted to ask where the mattress was from. It was enough that I wanted to steal it from the bedding and the whole mattress to the house lol And the refrigerator was very awesome, so it worked well. I put the lukewarm soju in the freezer for a while, but it became a slush. It was a great place to stay If I have to go to Anyang, I'll definitely book here again next time.

From check-in to use, the host guided us well, so 5 people stayed comfortably for 2 nights. It's not easy for many people to chop up the accommodation near Pangyo. There were 3 rooms and 6 beds, so I rested comfortably. There was a parking problem because it was a residential area, but it was convenient to be able to use the private parking lot because the host was considerate, and it was so nice that the water purifier and disposable items were perfectly organized inside. Apart from the fact that there are not many places to eat nearby, I highly recommend it.

This is a great place to stay with lots of beds for a group of people to visit. There was plenty of room to lie on, not only on the bed but also on the couch. The accommodation was on the roadside, so it was easy to find, and it seemed safe even at night. It was a bit of a shame for travelers with a lot of luggage because it was on the 4th floor without an elevator, but I was satisfied with the location because it was close to the Tongdak Street and Suwon Hwaseong, and I was satisfied with the cleanliness of the accommodation and the generous items provided. He managed it with care and the feedback was quick. I was grateful for the additional towels.

We had an amazing stay at the "tile-roofed house on a hill" in Suwon. The location is unbeatable — just a few stairs away from the Seojangdae Command Post, with a beautiful Buddhist temple next door. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and cozy, with a stunning view over the city center. We especially loved the traditional roof ceiling in the living area. Great Wi-Fi, easy check-in/out, and thoughtful amenities like an air purifier, high-tech water dispenser, and washer/dryer. The hosts were incredibly responsive (10/10!), and their detailed manual covered everything. Down the hill, cozy cafés and shops line the streets. A perfect stay!

The place is really nice, it is small but comfortable. The bus, mart, cafes and convenience store is really easy to access by foot. The SNU shuttle bus is also accessible after about 10 mins walking down the hill. The heater works well during winter and the air conditioning is great during summer. The bathroom is clean and there is a small window which is really nice. I stayed for almost 5 month and had a really great stay! Helena is such a great host too! My room does not have the microwave at first so i asked her and she prepared it for me right away and she also checked up on me most of the time asking me if i needed something during my stay.

I have stayed with this host at many locations it’s always an easy and comfortable stay. Will forever come back to stay with them :)
