Serviced apartment vacation rentals in Suwon-si

This stay was fantastic for us. We where very happy with the room. Had 2 beds so if your traveling with friends this is the place to go. Only thing that could improve is a little bit earlier check in, but to make up for this, you can already leave your luggage behind. 5 out of 5!

The host of Ivy was incredibly responsive and helpful. I was allowed to check in after hours, and the self check-in was very easy with their instructions. When I left, I forgot something in the room and the host held it for me to pick up 2 days later. The bed is firm but comfortable; I fell asleep almost immediately. It's really a nice place to rest and very good for the price. Would definitely stay again.

Felt right at home. The room was spacious for two people! We had 4 pieces of luggage and there was enough room. Host was great. 10/10 experience! It was easy to find. Location was close to suwon station, within a 10 minute walk. Elevator worked great. It’s not on a hill. Bed was comfortable and sheets were clean. The washing machine works great. And the air conditioner kept the room cold. Would stay here again.

Good stay

This is an amazing location, just a few minutes from the Samsung subway station and a short walk from Hyundai dept store and so many other things. They were very accommodating quick to respond. I'll definitely use it again.

This is a great located place to stay in Suwon! Also, the host is super attentive and the customer attention at the reception is very efficient.

I thought it was a normal Airbnb, but I liked that the service was like a hotel-style service. It was nice to separate the garbage after checking out, and the other response was also quick. I was touched by the thoughtful service, and I think I'll use it again next time!!

The accommodation itself is so great that you can stay for several days. It's clean, cool, fragrant, and spacious. There are Anyang Station underground shopping malls and restaurants nearby, so it's great for entertainment. However, the bedroom space that should be dark wasn't, so all the light came in. I think it'll be a great place to stay if you can improve this part a little more. For example, I think it would be helpful for sleeping if you install two thin transparent curtains and blackout curtains instead of blinds. Also, it's a pity that there was no floor mat. However, this can be replaced with a towel, so it is only an additional cost. I am 100% willing to reuse this trip thanks to your kindness. Thank you.

I'm very satisfied because the accommodation is great for the price. The view was very cool, and I was particularly surprised that the cleaning supplies and women's products were carefully prepared. I also ate the snacks well. The parking lot is a bit narrow, but I'm willing to revisit.

This apartment was lovely and just as it appears in the pictures. It’s in a new building so everything is fresh and up to date. It was really quiet and peaceful and clean. It’s perfect for two people and is great value for the price and location. :)

I needed a place for my family to stay for a day to go to an exhibition in Seoul early in the morning, and it was very close to the Southern Terminal Station and the Seoul Arts Center, and at this price, the facilities were especially luxurious! Everyone was truly impressed and regretted only staying one day. I stayed in a much better environment at a lower price than a business hotel. I've bookmarked this place for when I go to Seoul in the future. Please keep it up for a long time.

I was surprised that the accommodation was tidy and much larger than I thought. Maybe it's December, but the room decorated with the Christmas concept was very unique. It was nice that the host contacted me well. I was a little sorry that I had a lot to contact you, but you didn't mind at all and responded kindly. Satisfied ~

Everything was in place and I really enjoyed the stay. My business partner's office was very nearby and it was easy to come here from the Airport. Compared to the hotels packed with tourists, The Laziest Studio was relatively peaceful and close to authentic Korean experiences around Yeongdeung-po gu. It is interesting that Yeongdeung-po Train Station has many trains bound to different cities outside of Seoul. Next time when I visit, I will definitely stay here at The Laziest Studio and utilize it as a basecamp for my train trip around Korea. Kudos to the host and I wish all the best for everyone staying here.

The location was very cozy with a modern aesthetic. The bed was very comfortable and the washing machine was very convenient.

It was a great value for money. The host's quick response and friendly responses were satisfactory. It feels like a small one-person officetel. If you don't like the atmosphere of the motel, we recommend it.

It was right in front of the station, so it was convenient when going to Seoul or Incheon. There was also a convenience store in front of the house, so it was convenient to buy simple food. Overall, I was satisfied.
