Ideal location between Osan AB Main Gate and Songtan Station, each walkable within a couple minutes. Lively area outside the Main Gate is also a couple minutes walk away with many diverse restaurants, convenience stores and services. This 2-bedroom apartment is incredibly quiet. You can just barely hear the very soft sound of the train passing. It was a wonderful place to rest after our long flight. It was very clean. I used the floor mattress and it was very comfortable.

I felt right at home in this spacious, yet cozy apartment. The apartment provides a lot of comfort from reading a book on a big couch, sharing a meal with friends in a fully equipped kitchen to a washing machine and dryer. The host has been incredibly helpful and supportive. The area is central, yet not touristy - so you have a great base for exploring the city and also live right next to a local market.

The communication was so good and you were kind. I stayed with my family and we had a comfortable stay. Thank you.

Even though I booked it suddenly the day before It's so clean, and the host is so kind!! The interior is totally my style!! >_< Clack clack It was so clean without a single hair! The bedding, towels, and even the smell were all good!!! Everything was good!!! 🧡🧡🧡 Thank you so much for taking care of the dog's dishes!! We were looking for a place to stay for two weeks for four people and stayed at the Joy house. It was a lovely choice! Each has a private room with a door, cleanliness, comfortable beds, quality linen, hot water, heating and all the necessary modern appliances. Literally a couple of minutes walk there is a bus stop, including for the express train to the airport, 5-10 minutes and you are in the metro (there are three stations nearby), there is also a railway station. Seoul is located on a hilly terrain, but Joy's place is good in what stands on the plain, so your feet will not get tired. The house is located in the block of low-rise buildings - these are private houses, where there are many various restaurants and cafes for every taste. There are grocery stores, a bank with currency exchange just a few steps away. Near the train station there is a Shopping Mall with brands and a hyper market. Nearby is the Khan River with a territory for walking, the Amorepacific Art Museum, the Interactive Yonsan Museum. We walked to the National Museum and there is also a wonderful park. Thanks Joy!

I went to hang out with the companies, and the bathroom was divided into floors, so it was good for men/women to use separately, and the table was large, so it was good for eating. The pool is also bigger and more spacious than I thought, so I'm going to revisit it later when it's available!

It's not suitable for several families to hang out, but we had a lot of fun for a day. The swimming pool was too shallow for the kids to play, but they still had fun. The props and decor were pretty, and the floor was warm and nice. Since it was near the graduate room village, there were many places that were delivered until late, and the convenience store was a 2-minute walk away, so it was easy to buy additional necessities. We stayed here, but since it's a big studio type, we couldn't sleep comfortably because of the kids' sleeping habits in an MT-like atmosphere. Still, it was adults were all satisfied with the meeting~

There were many toilets and rooms, and the scenery was good, so I enjoyed it comfortably.

There was everything I needed for up to 6 people to eat, play, wash, and sleep, and in particular, facilities such as projection karaoke were more satisfactory than I imagined, so all my friends were very satisfied. I played firewood, sweet potatoes, and guitars in the yard with old friends, and I didn't know that I was going to go at night to find the songs of memories and each of my favorite music on YouTube in the living room. In particular, it was nice that there was no need to notice the interior as much as possible. The owner was kind and I think I'll come again. For reference, for the preparation of meat, we recommend neck meat or less fat beef that can be grilled on a charcoal grill for barbecue rather than meat like pork belly that needs to be grilled with a pot lid on the brewstar.

I was a little worried because it was built, but it was so neat and well decorated that I wanted it to be my home. However, the bathroom was narrow, so my tall friend was a little uncomfortable. I rested pleasantly. Thank you!

The room is very clean and tidy. All amenities is very complete. The host is very friendly and responsive. She help to pick us up in airport, really considerate to bring us snack and drink. The property is situated on top of a hill so the surrounding was quaint and peaceful. The house itself is spacious, hosting an endless amount of amenities, large bathrooms, and the heated floors were a surprise bonus for the chillier mornings and evenings. My family and I had a great time and we’d rebook again for any trips to Anseong.

Great location within walking distance of Bupyeong station. Also perfectly located within walking distance of Culture and Theme Street. Hosts were responsive whenever we needed help on a matter. Highly recommend the place.
