Family-friendly vacation rentals in Suwon-si

Mein Aufenthalt war angenehm und die Lage ist sehr gut. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war unkompliziert und ich würde wieder bei ihm buchen.

My family and I greatly enjoyed our stay at Luyi’s apartment. The location was very convenient and easily accessible to both the 9 and 2 subway lines as well as the COEX mall. The apartment was very spacious and clean with amazing views of the city. Both rooms were also very spacious and comfortable. The furniture, including the sofas, were also very comfortable as well. Luyi was also a very friendly, helpful and responsive host. He checked in on us frequently and was always very fast to respond to any requests or questions we had. We also accidentally left a package behind and he graciously helped ship the package to us back in the States. We enthusiastically recommend Luyi’s place for anyone staying in Seoul and have already recommended it our friends.

전철역 바로 앞이라 교통이 편리했고, 호스트께서 친절하고 빠르게 늘 응답해주셨습니다. 숙소도 깨긋하고 좋았습니다.

Had a wonderful stay! The room itself was very clean and the location of the place was perfect as it was very close to the train station, the subway station, and the bus stop. The building was also very well maintained and check in instructions were all very clear. Would love to stay again soon!

Overall I am super satisfied with my stay here. Location is great, apartment is clean. It’s a tiny bit dark, which I haven’t noticed when looking at the photos but other than that everything is great. The host is nice and responsive.

We enjoyed our stay overall—the location is excellent, with easy access to both metro and bus stations, and there are tons of great restaurants just around the corner. The space itself has a lot of potential, but there are a few things that could use attention. The outside staircase is missing a handrail on one side, which might be a safety concern for some guests. Inside, the ceiling could use a bit of cleaning, and we noticed some maintenance issues with the sink, shower, and bathroom as they were leaking. With a few repairs and a bit of upkeep, this place could be a fantastic spot.

덕분에 잘쉬고 잘놀고 갑니다. [장점] - 숙소는 깨끗했습니다 - 넓은공간을 친구와 함께 이용해서 좋았습니다. - 냉장고 등 시설을 이용할수있어서 좋았습니다. [단점] - 화장지와 샴푸 바스는 부족했고 섬유유연제는 빈통이였습니다. 소모품에대한 체크가 필요할거같아요. 그래서 화장지는 근처 가게가서 사왔습니다. - 방마다 문은 일반적인 문이 아닌 옆으로 밀어서 여닫는데, 여닫는 소리때문에 같은방쓰는 친구가 잠들었을때 눈치 많이보였어요. - 여기 찾아오는길이 많이 헤매는데 제일 안쪽끝에있는 건물이에요. Jenny도 차라리 문에 스티커나 문패같은거 붙이는게 좋을거같아요. 모르고 남의집 문열뻔했네요. 방문말곤 빨리 해결할수있을 부분인거같아서 다음 방문을 기대할게용~

We stayed with Mr. Dong for about 3 weeks with my sister and it was a great place to stay for the price. Even though it is a semi-basement, there is plenty of natural daylight which is a big advantage. Mr. Dong's place was very clean and has literally everything you need for everyday life. We stayed in December when it was quite cold outside. Mr. Dong's place was always warm as there are heated floors throughout the apartment which is great. We always felt comfortable there. Each bedroom has its own desk which made it a good place to work remotely. A small issue for us was the internet quality. Even though there were several Wi-Fi networks in the apartment, they did not always work as they should, but overall I would rate the internet quality as satisfactory. Mr. Dong's extremely caring attitude towards guests deserves special mention - he is always responsive and very easy to communicate with. Recommended stay for the price.

역하고 가깝고 병원과도 가까웠어요 주변에 음식점들이 많고 편의시설도 아주 많아요 방도 넓고 화장실도 수납공간도 넓어요 옷을 어디다 걸어야 하나 고민했는데 옷장이 있어서 아주 유용하게 썼습니다 냉장고도 크고 부엌에 식기들 냄비 커피포트 밥솥등 기기도 아주많아서 다써보지는 못했지만 유용했어요 침대도 푹신하고 침구도 깨끗합니다 소파가 아주커서 잘 쉬었어요 티비도 크고 유투브도 되어서 잘 봤습니다! 다음에 또 가고싶어요

This place was the right choice for our accommodation. Everything we wanted to access was within a 10-minute walking distance, and we did enjoy its perfect location for our stay in this area. The unit was exactly the same as what the description had been provided. None can be disappointed in the future. The host was super friendly and always ready to help us.
