Monthly Rentals in Sutter County

This was our second stay at Michael’s picturesque loft. Everything was perfect and there wasn’t one thing that could have been added to make our stay better. Michael’s property is a little piece of paradise on a stately avenue in the grand part of Yuba City. We stayed with our dog this time and we enjoyed walking under the trees to the nearby park. Michael is warm and welcoming, his loft is supremely comfortable and peaceful, and we felt right at home. The views from the upstairs are soothing to city eyes as well! We look forward to returning when we are back in town.

Close to Walmart & very clean. However there is a rooster next door that starts every morning at 4am. 🫠 lol other than that, everything was great.

We really appreciated the quick responses we got from Art and Brenda. Their home was nice, but comfortable. We got permission to have our kids visit for the evening, from Sacramento, which was great! Along with a little extra surprise 💞 Thank You Art!! Everything we needed for our short stay was available as well. And very clean! Thank you Art and Brenda, we look forward to our next stay in your home!

Large, comfortable, private space. Very peaceful location. Very accommodating and friendly. Would recommend to anyone staying in the area!
