If you are looking at these reviews then stop reading and just book - its amazing spot. The pool is gorgeous, the location is beautiful - hikes close by, playground and soccer pitch next door. Mini market down the road. I can't recommend this place enough - it was so good we extended our stay.

I had an amazing short stay at the house! It is surrounded by beautiful nature, and I felt completely at ease. The location is perfect for a quick drive to the beach or exploring nearby towns, but I honestly didn’t feel the need to leave the house much because it was such a comfortable space. Communication with the host was great, and I definitely need to return for a longer stay.

Marko and Marica were gracious, friendly and fantastic hosts. The property was immaculately maintained, very well prepared and with a superbly equipped. The location is fantastic, so peaceful and with a great relaxing atmosphere. Marko met us at the nearby petrol station to show us how to get to the property including how to navigate the tight corner. The first drive up and down was quite tricky but was fine after that and no problem in a large SUV. Highly recommended place, very good location to explore Kotor Bay from and an oasis of calm where time slows down.

Jovica and his family's house has an amazing location and an amazing pleasure area. We made the right choice to stay here. It was a wonderful experience to be by the sea. Everything was spotlessly clean and very attentive. Jovica and his family welcomed us very warmly, helped us a lot and made us feel at home. We had rented a car but it was great to have a meat and fish restaurant right behind the house and a restaurant with delicious shellfish just a short walk away! There is also a small market within walking distance of the house for basic needs. It was a wonderful experience to enjoy the sea during the day, the stars at night and the beauty of Kotor Bay. A beautiful property. Boštjan was very helpful and checked in occasionally to see if there was anything we needed. The free beer and wine provided on arrival was a nice touch after a day of travel.

We’ve just got home from a lovely week. The villa is lovely, spacious and airy with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Some fabulous places to visit nearby. Car is essential. Lots of homely touches at the villa and a good sized pool area to enjoy. Excellent value for money and would definitely consider visiting again.

We booked the villa for our friends hen party weekend. Ana is the perfect host and the villa is absolutely stunning - the location is easily accessible by Uber at all hours but you may want a car for easy access to local supermarkets (less than 5 mins drive). The view is amazing and the villa has everything you could need and has a real authentic but luxury feel - Ana was always available for any questions, gave us amazing recommendations and we are so so grateful to have found this villa! Would not hesitate to recommend booking! Ana, you’re the best!

Mima and Neda’s Airbnb was the perfect rustic, mountain getaway. It was tucked away above Kotor, you will need a car to get to and from, but still close enough to drive to nice restaurants and activities. I loved Mima’s communication. We got a little lost headed to the Airbnb, but Mima was very responsive and helped us the whole way. You are definitely getting a rustic experience, our daughter loved playing in the back yard.

it was an amazing stay at Danijela's place we had a fun time. It's a perfect location with an amazing view. She's amazing host she was there all the time we needed, helping. I highly recommend it

Absolutely fabulous 5 days in this beautiful apartment with outstanding views! Within easy walking distance of the centre of Cavtat, which has so many great restaurants & beach bars! It is a short steep walk back up (just like a lot of places in the area!) but worth it for the amazing views! We found the road a little easier than the steps, nice to have the option! Victoria was very helpful and on hand for anything we needed, even providing fresh towels & toilet rolls mid stay! The pool area was lovely, never busy and a great place to watch the beautiful sunsets! The apartment is on the road into Cavtat (also the inbound flight path), which wasn’t busy at night, also, the apartment seemed very well soundproofed, so we didn’t hear anything at night and enjoyed watching the planes in the day! The only disappointing thing was lack of furniture on the bedroom balcony, which was a shame, as we’d like to of used it! We would all highly recommend the apartment and hope to return!

Lovely apartment with private area to Lou he by the sea, the photos don’t do this space justice it is bigger than it looks including the outdoor terrace to eat and relax on if you want. Matea was very thoughtful, and always available and gave good recommendations of the local bay and where to find food and walk. Very good stay and will be coming back.

We had an amazing 3 week stay here :) you can walk 10 paces and jump in the water, it’s amazing. We were working while we were here, and the wifi was strong and the balcony was a perfect workspace with an amazing view. We would definitely come stay again :)

Dušan is the most wonderful host who was available for anything we needed and great information. The place is fabulous and close to the promenade. Lots of stairs going down so if lots of luggage suggest you get a taxi to the marina and walk along. We loved it and would recommend it.

Our stay at Milica and her family's place was perfect. The studio is very pleasant, quiet and close to a restaurant. We had a good conversation with Milica and her husband, in English. Thank you very much for your hospitality!

Thank you Kata for the welcome with heart on hand 🤗 All your little touches helped us and erased the language barrier. Spacious space (3 large bedrooms) and very clean. Rooftop with amazing view. It's best to drive down to the restaurant-lined coastal path. Happy hosting, both of you 👋

We had the most wonderful stay at Nela’s house! The view from the balcony is worth a million dollars, I’d say it’s probably the best view in Perast! Really well situated with boat tours leaving from the doorstop, a little wine bar downstairs & plenty of restaurants to sample nearby. Nela was really attentive and helpful too when arranging taxis and check in. Will be recommending far and wide!

Perfect. A little far from Kotor on foot. But we had the car. A little off-road but then it's perfect. The apartment is great. Thank you.

Stefan's property is wonderful and has beautiful views of the bay only thing that may be an issue for some is it is not walkable to Kotor as footpaths disappear at some points along the narrow road into Kotor requiring us to get Taxis to get around which was not a bother for us.

Stevo and his wife were very friendly and helpful, and the apartment itself is best of the best, cozy & modern interior, small garden from the kitchen side and just 2 minutes walk to the sea, definitely recommend!

What a great few nights in Cavtat. Bruno was so good at communication and responded within minutes of if I needed to ask a question. Super friendly. The apartment was very clean and as described. The walk to the main harbour was about a 25 minute walk, it’s a bit tough walking back up the hill but we liked that as made sure we worked off dinner and drinks. Beautiful location and so near to the beach and closer restaurants if you didn’t want to walk to the main town. So much to do and a great base for excursions. Little cafe a minute walk up the road for water or snacks/breakfast. All in all I will be returning. This place is truly magical.
