Monthly Rentals in Sutomišćica

We stayed for to weeks at the AirBnB and it was a wonderful time! Doris and her parents are very loving and helpful people. She picked us up at the ferry port and brought us back as well, answered all our questions and gave us recommendations for our stay! The AirBnB has everything you need (well equipped kitchen, big bed, sofa, tv, clean bathroom etc.). It's located in a quiet area so you can come down well. We especially loved the terrace with the view of their beautiful little garden! I would recommend it to everyone!

The arrival went smoothly, all the necessary information was sent to us beforehand. We were met by the possessions who live on the ground floor of the apartment. We were shown the apartment very nicely and we also got a lot of tips for shopping right away. The apartment was super clean and also looked like in the photos. The listed amenities were also available. We also had no problems with the landlords that our dog (10 months old) was sometimes a little louder😅. The area is super quiet, everywhere you can find usable loungers and clean beaches.

I loved absolutely everything about Karmen’s house. It was comfortable and d cozy. I slept very well and loved looking at the stars out of the sky lights. Karmen and her sister answered any question. Also, the wifi was great and the shower had plenty of hot water. Great location. I will definitely stay again on a future trip to Preko!

The apartment is located on the beach, which is ideal for children, which allowed us to enjoy a carefree vacation. It's spacious, tidy, and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. The hosts are super friendly and helpful – they gave us great recommendations for restaurants in the area, which further enriched our experience. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect seaside getaway and a family atmosphere.
