This unit was sparkling clean and had all the necessaties we needed. The unit is near several late night food spots and is a 5-10 minute cab ride to the city center. The host, Chim, was extremely hospitable and even linked us up with a private driver that took us to Doi Inthanon (1.5 hrs away) If I return to Chiangmai, I would stay here again!

This is my second visit.They are friendly and friendly with the front desk staff.It is a favorite place to stay with great value and location.One problem is that the road in front is noisy until late at night.I think it would be a great place to stay if there was a little more soundproofing.

Nice flat, everythink we needed. Close to Loy Krathong festival and Warorot market. 15 min by foot to city center. Supermarket and thai restaurant near by. We get every day nice thai breakfast.

Right next to the moat that’s around the old city, very clean place, well staffed, friendly staff and good people here. I’ll go again when I’m back next year

Very good host, friendly and enthusiastic. I caught a cold during my stay, and the host recommended a pharmacy and gave me the location. It was super heartwarming. Thank you. The house🙏 was very clean, the bathroom was the best, the space was large, the hot water was comfortable, and the shared kitchen was fully stocked and clean. It was very convenient. The location of the house is also very convenient, it is very convenient to go anywhere, the host also enthusiastically recommended local food nearby, super delicious, and also provided travel guides, it's very heartwarming, like family, thank you very much. We are both old people, I thought there might be a lot of inconvenience.But once you walk into this "home", it feels very warm and very comfortable.The host is an enthusiastic person, and the hospitality is a little shy.Being responsive (and of course, you can't over-require😀) and take good care of us.The breakfast provided for free is very rich, there are different dishes every day, and you can enjoy it in the "home" in Thailand, and you don't have to go out to eat.Coffee drinks, mineral water, soaking up a bite every day.Address Valoro, meat and fruit market is only 300m, long life is very convenient.It is also a few hundred meters away from the old city, which is just a leg away.Originally a winter visa for two months, I felt very comfortable and extended my visa for 30 days.Everything was done by the host throughout, saving a lot of heart, and the host is really a genuine and genuine person.I will definitely sit at my "home" when I have a chance to go to Chiang Mai in the future.Also really recommend to friends who are in Chiang Mai.

Great for the price and the property is beautiful. The room was right behind the restaurant next door and there was some construction happening during my stay, but with the ac on you could not hear. I was left without linen on the bed and slept directly on the mattress topper. I’m sure that if I had asked for it it would have been provided but I only realized that close to my sleeping time. Either way it’s a recommended stay if you want a nice surrounding and a great cost-benefit exchange.

The courtyard is elegant, the room is clean, the kitten is super cute; the location is very good, everything is very close, great value🥰

We really loved our stay and wish we could have stayed longer. The room was very spacious and clean. The host is also very nice. If we have a chance to come back to Chiangmai, we ll definitely book this place for our stay.

We booked this AirBnB at very short notice and still everything worked great. Nice and clean rooms with air conditioning, however it is very hot in the hallway and bathroom - otherwise everything is perfect. The free breakfast was also very worthwhile!
