The decoration of the house is really lovely and cozy, and the house is spotlessly clean. Breakfasts were good too. The host was friendly and gave us recommendations on restaurants, cafes and sightseeing places. The house was being cleaned and tidied up every day. We really enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend this property.

Thanwalai is very hospitable. Her house is exquisite, luxurious and clean. Like a five-star hotel, she also prepares a lot of fruits and food. I believe anyone can spend a pleasant holiday in her house. This is a great place to enjoy a quiet life，There are many big trees in the center of the community. The air is very good. The guards ensure your safety. Food and daily necessities can be bought outside the community gate。 For some reason, I cancelled the order and forgive each other with Thanwalai, She is a good landlord and the house is excellence. Recommended choice.

I especially like the common area on the first floor!The lighting and French vintage furniture complement each other perfectly, it's like a photo studio!The kittens were bribed with a cat bar. It was really photogenic. (We stayed in a studio on the first floor and it didn't feel crowded at all. There is a private bathroom ~ Next to it is a super spacious kitchen with all kinds of kitchenware and condiments. The refrigerator and washing machine capacity are also super large. It should be very comfortable for a family to rent an entire house for a long stay ~

We very much enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend to anyone looking for family size accommodation with great facilities (they have a superb gym). We also really liked the location on a safe and secure complex with an excellent little family run coffee shop/restaurant just 5 minutes walk away.

The house is quiet and private. Easy to get around. Clean and safe. The whole group feels like home. Very impressed. Thank you to the landlord for being very accommodating and helpful.

The place is very beautiful snd so peaceful. I am in love with the colonial architecture style. Everything is classy ,thoughtfully put together. I love how the host pay attention in detail ,like the different level of pillows firmness. I am so picky with pillows and I am so pleased with the fact that the host totally understand it. There are many activities around the area such as traditional costume rental or join Tie-Dye fabric workshop with Cotton farm, definitely stay at this place again.

Luxury Spring Festival by the Ping River - Unforgettable Tour of Chiangmai Villa In the Spring Festival of 2025, I traveled to Chiang Mai with 18 of my family and spent a 10 day dream vacation at Tina's villa.This villa, hidden by the Ping River, is like a world away from the world, quiet and beautiful, and we just stepped in and reveled in it. This is a residence on the Ping River, containing a four-room single-family villa and three separate pool rooms with a gym, yoga table and theater room, with separate tea house and family showroom, huge dining and living room, spacious and bright, easily seating 16 - 18 people.Everyone sits together, tastings, and travel insights.In the yard, the pool is sparkling, and the trail next to the table is unique. In the afternoon, sit at the table, breeze, watch the light and shadow in the pool, and feel the oil. The seven rooms of the villa are in a variety of styles, but they are filled with a rich East Asian cultural flavor.In the room, the Chinese calligraphy pen is overwhelming, the Japanese print strokes are delicate, the Thai carved Buddha statue is full of charm, the owner carefully searched all kinds of treasures, each adding a unique artistic charm to the room.The wooden main structure of the villa has been baptized over the years, but it is still well maintained, with many noble and elegant, exquisite, and every piece is a rare art treasure.It is no exaggeration to say that it is more of a family museum or an art gallery, and the reputation of "luxury villas" is true. The villa's service team deserves the luxury of the villa.The Jane team consists of a thoughtful butler, a masterful chef, two hard-working service staff, and two skilled gardeners.They are immense and take full responsibility for our three meals and living.The chef's carefully cooked Thai food, the flavor is absolutely comparable to the dishes of the local Michelin restaurant, and our group, especially the elders, praise these delicacies.The two service staff were very responsible, and regardless of our needs, they were very responsive, and even helped one member of the team wash the stained shoes after running, which was really touching.Jane, the housekeeper, is the bridge between us and the service team, who not only gave us local tips, shopping guides, but also patience to guide us on how to cope with life's trivia, such as medical medication.Particularly thoughtful, she also prepared local specialty ingredients for us, sharing Chiang Mai's flavor with us, adding a lot of fun to our trip. Chiang Mai, a small town full of surprises.It is hidden and sophisticated, with unique little shops, those subtle hobbies and hobbies that require us to slow down and discover them.The rice field coffee that you accidentally encounter during your trip, you just need to spend a long half a day, you can revel in it; several mini fairs, full of human fireworks, the lively atmosphere does not lose the commercialization of those intentionally created; sit inside the Blue coffee shop of the Chiang Mai Agricultural College, looking out the corn field and the Persian Juyuan, time seems to be slow.Chiang Mai, a big city with a panoramic mountain near, far from Mt., Chapa viewing deck and monks can see the whole view of Chiang Mai.

We really enjoyed the stay in Anya's apartment. They help a lot, rooms are clean and beds are comfortable. The breakfast is great and the chef is so kind and helpful. Highly recommend of Anya's apartment, definitely want to come back again.

Great, clean, spacious and bright serviced apartment in a prime location in Nimman. The host was very responsive and the place was as described. The apartment is actually in a hotel so check-in was very flexible and professional. Also the room was cleaned everyday by hotel staff which is quite rare for AirBnBs. Breakfast is included so that was a pleasant bonus. This is a corner room so it's very bright. It faces the back so it's quite private and away from the main street. It also has a nice balcony. It has a little basic kitchenette, the bathroom and shower are very spacious and there's good closet space. It's in a very convenient location in Nimman, within short walking distance of convenience stores, cafes, restaurants and malls. It is worth noting that the airport is not very far, which is convenient but that also means frequent airplanes flying right above during the day - but that's the case for most of the Nimman neighborhood. I would stay again here. Highly recommended.

The new room is very clean and lovely. It's like staying in your own house. It's close to 7-Eleven. It's super easy to walk to eat and get a car. The bed is comfortable. I have a whole house next door. It's not loud. My favorite is that there is a kitchen and a washing machine for free. Big screen TV. The landlord is welcoming. I will definitely come back here again.

Very big room. Good communication. If you want to see live bands there is a place called (I think) "Music" and the Jazz Cafe within walking distance. The food in the restaurant was very good and good price. Very comfortable stay and at a good price.

Five ensuite rooms on 5 separate floors in the one building. Felt like we had our own little hotel! Oum was an amazing host, fantastic communication and always willing to help out. The place had everything you needed for a comfortable stay. Thanks so much!

I had an all-around perfect stay in the Glory Suites! The place is modern, very clean and stylishly furnished – you immediately feel comfortable. The location is great, quiet and yet close to everything you want to experience in Chiang Mai. Check-in was straightforward and the host incredibly friendly and helpful. This Airbnb stay was pure joy! From its luxe interiors to its lush gardens, you will know instinctively after your first steps inside this calming retreat that you made an excellent choice. Yes, the surroundings are beautiful, the food is amazing, and the beds are comfortable but it’s the warmth and consistent thoughtfulness of the staff that will make you reconsider checking out on your departure date. I don’t usually gush on reviews but, oh well, that ship has sailed. Craig and his team tended to our every need and struck a hard to find balance of being attentive without hovering, accommodating without imposing and showing genuine concern without being creepy :) We arrived with only a general idea of the kinds of things we wanted to do whilst in Chiang Mai and the 88 Place staff did the rest. Every outing and service they arranged for us was no doubt the best in the city—the spa, the cooking class, the the elephant sanctuary tour, etc. The days we remained on the property were just as satisfying and enjoyable as the days we ventured out. 88 Place has character, a lot of heart, plenty of soul and, alcohol, so do yourself a favor and book already. And if your dates are already booked, change your travel dates! You won’t regret it.

The place is located close to the old town but in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood. The host is very welcoming and kind. Excellent breakfast.

Amazing !! The house is a true work of art the amount of thought and planning into this estate is amazing ! Patty and the entire staff was equally as awesome ! They helped us plan our days as well as arranged car services . Breakfast was also more than we expected adjusting the time in which we were going to be leaving in the morning . I can not say more positive things about our time spent. We all enjoyed it very much . It is like a fairy tale home and property it is a true work of art .

An extraordinary experience at a very local community. The host has recommended some local sight seeing sites and restaurants and prepared breakfast for us every morning. She also has 2 bikes and 1 motorcycle free to be used. I really enjoy our stay there.
