We stayed at this place last week and it was absolutely wonderful. Mateo (who manages the property) and Vera were both were helpful. The checkin process was easy and Mateo walked us through everything in the apartment (water heaters, Aircons, door codes, etc). He also recommended us on the main attractions and how to get there. Place was clean and had all things as described. Sunset point beach is just a few meters away and has one of the most beautiful sunsets/sunrises. You also have a good selection of Restaurants near by. Old town is about a 10 minute drive and as we weren't driving, we Uber'd which surprisingly is cheap. One thing to note for people with accessible needs that, this specific apartment needed you to take stairs (two flight of stairs). It wasn't difficult but something to keep in mind. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a memorable stay in Dubrovnik. Hoping to stay here next time we are in DBV.

As soon as I entered the accommodation, the marble floor was clean without a speck of dust. The accommodation was clean, including the bathroom. I liked it even more because it was a place where you take off your shoes! I'd like to stay at this property again if I go to Dubrovnik.

We had a perfect host in Mateo. He arranged transfers, was always available to provide advice and suggest activities. He was there to greet us on arrival. Very friendly. The apartment itself was spotless with all mod cons, a great shower, two tvs dishwasher and washing machine. The major plus for the apartment was of course the view, overlooking lapad bay with its beautiful sea. The balcony offered a panoramic scene. However the view is only possible from a height so there is a hill walk or alternatively a long flight of steps to reach the apartment. Other than that the beach is reachable within minutes as is a bus stop for the No 4 bus to reach Dubrovnik old town.

Fantastic location within the Old City. Straightforward to find with flexible check in from Buža Gate and just a few minutes down the stairs to the main streets full of bars, restaurants, and tourist attractions. Immediately responsive to questions and was flexible with check-out time, which was helpful with our early afternoon flight. The place was spotlessly clean, had fast internet for those needing to work, and we appreciated the coffee pods in the morning after arriving late the night before. Would highly recommend staying here, and we'll stay again when we return to Dubrovnik.

An amazing stay! He gave us an earlier check in which was nice So friendly. We felt so welcomed. View was amazing from the room. Room was clean and had everything we needed Walking distance to the old town and many restaurants. Cable car and the airport shuttle bus 1 min walk away. Peaceful and quiet location Our flight was in the evening so he allowed us to store our luggage Would definitely stay here again on my return to Dubrovnik!
