Apartment vacation rentals in Sustjepan

It was certainly beautiful, quiet and clean. However it was a long walk ( mostly uphill) from the old town. We love to walk, and enjoyed the path through the alleyways, and so avoided the heavy car traffic. If you don’t want to walk too much, the bus stop is close and a good alternative. There are no restaurants or night life close to it. ( that keeps it quiet).

We had an awesome experience at Ivana's place😊. We have a lot of highlights but can only mention few here. We were travelling with an infant and had no car seat with us, Ivana was kind enough to arrange a taxi with baby car seat for us. She also offered us early check in as the place was available, which we were so hoping for as we checked out of our previous accommodation at 11:00 and with a baby is a hot summer day it would have been a nightmare. Then we reached the place and it is more than what we expected, not just the place but the small details that Ivana had put down for us. She placed a baby cot in the bedroom and lots of toys for our baby ❤️. The place was super clean and Ivana has decorated it tastefully. She also kept some refreshments for us. we had lots of questions which she patiently answered. The place is easily accessible with both public transport and by your own car. The old town is just 20 mins away and buses have good frequency. The area is quite and peaceful.

Finding affordable accommodations in tourist-heavy cities can be quite a challenge, but we got incredibly lucky. Elma’s Apartment in Dubrovnik is not only comfortable and well located but also reasonably priced. It offers everything one needs to make the most of their stay. The view from the terrace is stunning, and just a few steps away you can catch a bus that takes you straight to the heart of the city, rich with history and attractions—and all for just 2.50 Euros. As for the host, Elma is a delightful young woman whose mission appears to be ensuring her guests are comfortable and happy. Her friendly and welcoming demeanor makes hosting seem effortless, and her attention to detail ensures the apartment is spotless. Snježana was a really responsive host, check in was easy even though we arrived a little late. She also provided us with local advice as soon as we arrived which was so helpful! Location of the apartment is great, good views but quiet and secluded. Was a nice walk into old town and Lapad too. Apartment was spotless! Thanks for a great stay :)

The apartment was exactly as we imagined it from the Airbnb pictures. The apartment was really clean and had everything we needed. The terrace is fantastic, well equipped with sun loungers, a table and sofa set. Mia helped with everything and responded quickly to our inquiries. Of course, there are stairs to climb from the sea to the apartment, but that wasn't a problem for us. If you want, you can always use Uber, which costs less than €10 from anywhere in Dubrovnik. Thank you Mia, you made our vacation unforgettable!

This was our first time in Dubrovnik, so I wasn't sure about the location. As it turned out, the location was amazing. It was a short walk (all downstairs) to the city walls and Old Town. We got an Uber back because not everyone wanted to walk up the stairs. Frankly, any place we stayed would be uphill/upstairs, but Katarina's was super close. The apartment itself has a beautiful, private balcony. I was pleasantly surprised with how comfortable the beds were. Everything was perfect. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Modern relaxing oasis with a gorgeous view. Located away from the craziness of the old city and in a quiet neighborhood where you can get places by foot, public transit and car. With a helpful and easy going host, it's easy to get settled in and start enjoying the Adriatic life.

A picture perfect place! Marko’s home is beyond beautiful and was a perfect place to land after a busy day of exploring. Yes, there are A LOT of stairs to climb as you make your way back from old town but you’re rewarded with stunning views from an absolutely perfect balcony. If you don’t feel up for making the climb a taxi/ uber is very affordable from the town center. The apartment itself has everything you’ll ever need and is perfectly situated. We were sent to the wrong location by Sat nav, Milivoj and his daughter came out in a storm to guide us. They showed us around the beautiful apartment and were available for any questions, they were friendly but respectful of our privacy. We had sole use of the lovely pool. It is a great apartment, if you have a car and want to explore up the coast from Dubrovnik old town, there are so many stunning villages and towns to visit

The flat was lovely and situated in a really good location with all the necessities close by! Lovely base to explore Dubrovnik from and as for Ivica, he was fantastic with lots of information and tips to help you enjoy your stay, I would not hesistate to book again!

We had amazing time, Nico really goes above and beyond to make sure you have a comfortable stay and everything you need. The place is really clean, modern and has all the amenities. The location was great for views and a peaceful stay away from the traffic and hussle of the old town. I actually really enjoyed the up and down the hill, it was great exercise. There are plenty of direct routes via stairs to both the nearest beach and the old town.

The host is very nice and welcoming. He carefully prepared a honeymoon gift for us. The host's cooking is also very good. The snacks he cooked are delicious. The room is very carefully arranged. The location of the house is a 3-minute walk from the pile gate of the old city, convenient. Overall, it was a good stay.

Everything was perfect.

We have loved our stay in this apartment. Such a fantastic view, one we won’t forget. The space is just wonderful and feels so spacious. Bedrooms and bathrooms are perfect. Hot tub too was a perfect addition. The outdoor eating area is so good to sit and chat. Went to the local beaches. Easy walk, hill is steep but so worth the view when you get to the apartment! Thanks, we’ve loved our stay with our grown up family, couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay.

We are very pleased with our stay. It's in a perfect location, close enough to the Old town but quiet in the evenings. Perfect place to relax after a long day of exploring. The steps leading up to the apartment were a killer but well worth it! Simonetta was extremely helpful, offering to give us a ride from a bus stop and giving us helpful tips for local places to eat and visit. She was very attentive throughout our stay and very quick to reply when needed. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Fantastic apartment, location is great with cafes and restaurants within 5 minutes and the Old Town and Lapad Beach around a 15 minute walk away. The apartment is spacious and has everything our family of four needed, and Drago was extremely responsive and helpful. This was the perfect base to explore Dubrovnik and also to visit Lokrum and Lopud islands.

I cannot recommend Poco Loco enough. Minya and Ivo were the best hosts and were so helpful anytime we needed anything. They organized transportation for us upon arrival and departure. They greeted us when we arrived, helped with luggage, and gave us a full property tour. Truly the best hosts, such a gorgeous view, the perfect spacious apartment— all the ingredients for a lovely stay in Croatia!
