The most amazing property, in one of the most insane scenery. My family and I couldn’t have asked for anything better. The whole experience of being in Montenegro was made better by Ivana’s friendly hostessing of giving us so many great recommendations. There’s not many places you can stay in a 300 years old house and are a few feet from crystal clear waters to swim in everyday. Also the neighbours are lovely!

A beautiful and peaceful spot in village Krimovica. Perfect for a relaxing beach holiday. A special place. We are glad to have the chance to meet Željko and appreciate his hospitality. Fantastic location , with a fabulous view. Just a 15 minute walk to Old Town. Easy for us with the stairs down to the bay. Would be a challenge if you had mobility issues, but an easy walk down to the water. A great bakery just to the right at the bottom of the stairs. We really liked the restaurant Landovina, which is nearby.

From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by the breathtaking surroundings. Nestled in the heart of Montenegro's natural beauty, the villa offered the perfect mix of privacy, peace, and luxury. The home itself was very inviting, giving us an immediate sense of comfort and relaxation. It felt like a home away from home, with cozy interiors that were well-maintained and beautifully decorated. The villa had all the modern amenities you could ask for, while still maintaining a warm and welcoming atmosphere. One of the highlights was definitely the outdoor area. The swimming pool was pristine and kept clean every day by a friendly groundskeeper. The villa felt like a hidden gem, far enough from the hustle and bustle but still conveniently located to explore the local attractions. Ivan is a wonderful host. Very clear and quick communication. We would hughly recommend this villa to anyone looking for a serene, luxurious retreat in Montenegro. You won't be disappointed!

The house itself was great but the road in was very tight and difficult to navigate.

Extremly helpful and acommodating hosts. Lovely place with a great terrace. Easy walk into Old town, nice supermarkets close by, especially if you have a car. Property is up a steep slope, but we got used to it + help was offered to park car. Location offers beautiful view over the bay. Would recommend.

We had an incredible stay at this cozy villa by the sea. Everything was perfect – from the breathtaking views to the peaceful surroundings. The garden was a dream, filled with mandarins and kiwi, which we enjoyed picking and tasting daily. The sweet scent of roses added to the charm and made our stay even more delightful. It was the ideal place to relax and feel connected to nature. Highly recommended for anyone seeking a beautiful and serene getaway!

A lovely, spacious apartment with great views. It was very clean and well equipped, perfect for a family of 4. We enjoyed being a short drive to Virpazar but in a quiet village location.

We stayed from the 7th to 10th of December. One room and bathroom is enough to accommodate two people. A shabby place, not suitable for those looking for great luxury. Despite this, there is air conditioning, hot water, internet and kitchen and balcony. Simple daily food needs can be catered for. The view overlooks the bay and is pleasant. I'm sure it will be much more enjoyable in the summer, but even in the constant rain and cold Tivat winter, nothing upset us. Recommended in terms of price/performance.

Beautiful apartment with everything you need. Clean, comfortable, relaxing and very spacious. Just a short walk to the bus station so great for day trips to places like Kotor and close to a supermarket. Blazo was a brilliant host and check-in was easy and welcoming. Super helpful, great communication and even helped us arrange airport transfers. Would definitely return to explore more, Budva is stunning. The perfect place! 😁

Great home base for exploring the bay of Kotor. Walkable to the old town of Kotor, and surrounded by restaurants and cafes. The host has tons of recommendations for what to do in the area, we highly recommend staying here.

Natasha was very helpful. She upgraded the internet while we were there, now it is super fast (300mbps) The bus to the coast has a stop (Delta city) very near the building which was nice. The area is very quiet with nice restaurants around. It is a very quiet suburb of Podgorica.

Aleksandars place in cold bay is an absolute dime! The location in the bay could not be better and I had the most peaceful month there. Since I went outside of the high season there were only very few but friendly people there and Aleksandar was easy to communicate with if there were questions. Cannot recommend enough!

This place was amazing! The host was incredibly friendly, explained everything about the city, and gave us some fantastic recommendations. They were always available whenever we needed anything. The apartment itself was spacious, beautifully maintained, and offered a great view. The old town and other key areas were very easy to access. I would definitely recommend staying here!

Unbeatable view!!!!....nice walk to old town and all the action then a quiet evening on the balcony for peace and night lights from the city. Milo was incredibly helpful and accommodating, especially with helping us check in early. He was super friendly and met us at a time that worked perfectly for both check-in and check-out. Very informative and made everything easy for us. He was very responsive to our questions and needs, a great host! The apartment itself is something else – the views are absolutely breathtaking, truly a must-visit! It had everything we needed, was spotlessly clean and tidy, and made for a perfect few days away. This villa is amazing, we had a wonderful time and at full occupancy it was not camped at all. Only drawback is the accessibility, you 100% need to drive and the roads have big drops and are quite tight with blind sides and the locals use them as a racing track! The local beach is brilliant, very steep so you need to be relatively young and very fit, I run marathons and worked up a sweat but it is doable for a fit adult it is 4.5km and a large drop and incline. Make sure you stock up as realistically the shops are around 30 -40 mins away, there is a small shop at the beach though for emergency supplies. On the flip side the you are in the mountains, amazing views and pool was fantastic and set-up was perfect so if you are after tranquility it is perfect. Jas is super helpful, great comms and Rosa is lovely although doesn't speak English so use Google translate to Siberian. The comms from Jas is perfect, he even has a video of driving up to the accommodation. Best host ever!

The apartment was even better than was shown on the pictures. When we arrived someone was waiting on us to show the place and how the jacuzzi worked. The people were really friendly. The VIEW was amazing. I’ll be coming back for sure.

Just the most idyllic and beautiful space to recharge. Goran is by far the best host I've ever encountered. It really feels like staying with a long lost friend that gives you plenty of space and privacy. The breakfasts in the morning are just amazing and so varied. I've come back lighter and so full of energy. For runners the villa has some beautiful traffic free running routes (just a couple if protective dogs to dodge on the way). The perfect place to recharge away from everything but close enough to everything? (definitely recommend hiring a car)

We had the most amazing time at Villa Old Castle! There were six of us in our travel group and we reserved the entire castle for our five-day stay. Filip and his family were incredibly kind, and helpful, and went above and beyond when they made us a traditional dinner and shared their homemade grappa and wine with us. I highly recommend booking the entire place for your stay if you can. We loved having the castle all to ourselves. The pool area and restaurant on the main floor were great areas for us to gather all together, and the separate apartments gave us our privacy when we needed time to relax on our own. Filip and his family were phenomenal hosts who went out of their way to make sure we had an excellent stay.

Amazing hosts, incredible stay! Staying at Marko and Anže’s place was an absolute dream! The beds were super comfy, which made it so easy to recharge and enjoy every moment of our trip. Anže and his girlfriend were the kind of hosts you hope for – always there with helpful tips, quick to respond, and so trusting, they really made us feel at home. Thanks to them, we had the best experience in Montenegro. Honestly, we couldn’t have asked for more. Highly recommend!

My family, a total of 7 people, were guests at Liubov's. The villa is fantastic, 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, a large terrace and a pool. The location is great, you walk a few steps to the sea, the nearest small beach is also within walking distance. However, you need a car to go shopping or eat out. The view of the sea from the villa is magnificent. We were guests for 12 days, the whole villa was cleaned once, the beds were freshly made. The towels were changed very often, you don't have to bring bath towels from home, everything is available. The hostess is always available, she helps immediately with the smallest problem. We really enjoyed our vacation and would book with Liubov again at any time:)

We absolutely loved our stay!! Couldn’t recommend this airbnb more. As a group of 7, this suited us perfectly, and we made full use of the space, including some great BBQs in the outdoor space. Everything was as described and as in the photos, and the hosts were brilliant! Going above and beyond to greet us upon arrival, help us with car rental for the week, and anything else we needed. The place is also secluded enough that it feels super private and special. We hope to come back for another group trip - Montenegro is truly beautiful

Milo’s was very friendly & welcoming. Great communication from start to finish. The villa was lovely & very well equipped. The pool was great & the boys went in it every day, despite it being April!
